医学院校自然辩证法教学中的例证探析

目前在<自然辩证法>的教学中还存在一些问题,如教材老化、师资力量不足,学生人文素质背景较薄弱等,为了切实使理论和实践相结合,使学生认识到该课程的重要性而学有所用,以医学院校为例,论述了如何将有关医学实例结合到<自然辩证法>的教学过程中去,以切实有效地提高这门课的教学效果.     

关于一个哲学唯物论体系的构思

关于自然辩证法的教学体系问题,由于教学需要,十年来全国各地出现了不少版本,对推动自然辩证法的科学研究的深入超了很大的促进作用。我先后统编或主编过两本教材,注意到体系自身各个环节的辩证过渡、有机联系,虽有一些特色,但仍然没有完全摆脱“自然观”、“方法论”、“科学观”的模式。 大约1984年前后,我在探索自然辩证法的科学体系的时候,受到了黑格尔的《精神现象学》的影响,明确认识到自然辩证法必须发展到历史辩证法,否则自然辩证法便不能进入真理性阶段,而历史辩证法就没有可靠的客观物质基础。这样就萌发了从宇宙自然的研究到社会意识形态的研究的构思。以这个构思为基础形成从《自然哲学》到《精神哲学》,争取今年能完稿。     

在科技与经济社会的交叉领域开拓——访黄顺基教授

黄顺基,男,1925年生,1951年毕业于复旦大学。先后从事过形式逻辑、数理逻辑、高等数学、自然科学史、自然辩证法、科学哲学、科学技术社会学的教学与研究工作。现为中国人民大学哲学系教授、博士生导师、中国管理科学院科学技术社会学研究所所长、中国自然辩证法研究会常务理事。主要著作有:合著《论辩证思维和它的范畴体系》、《科学的哲学反思》;主编《自然辩证法教程》、《大杠杆——震撼社会的新技术革命》、《自然辩证法发展史》、《大动力——科学技术动力论》、《科学技术的前沿和进展》、《科学技术引论》、《科学论》、《中国管理科学导论》、《大创新——企业活力论》。另有论文60余篇。

全国自然辩证法(科学技术哲学)史讨论会概述

为加强自然辩证法的学科建设,推动自然辩证法事业的进一步发展,1991年3月30日—4月2日,中国自然辩证法研究会、中国人民大学哲学系、北京大学社会研究室中心和《自然辩证法通讯》杂志社联合在京召开了自然辩证法(科学技术哲学)史学术词讨论会。会议主要研讨了似下课题:1、中国的自然辩证法事业;2、自然辩证法的思想渊源;3、自然辩证法学科的发展现状和趋势;4、国外的自然辩证法研究进展;5、自然辩证法史的有关理论问题。 一、关于中国自然辩证法史的分期问题。龚育之认为,自然辩证法,作为马克思主义的自然观和自然科学观,它在中国的传播和发展,是同马克思主义在中国的传播和发展相伴随的,其历史进程,可以分为四个大的阶段。以恩格斯的《自然辩证法》一书于20年代末30年代初在中国翻译出版为标志,在这以前为准备阶段,在这以后,到中华人民共和国建立前,     

国外正在重新编辑恩格斯的《自然辩证法》

德国柏林洪堡大学一个多学科的研究小组,正在为重新编辑恩格斯的《自然辩证法》作准备工作。新版《自然辩证法》将作为《马克思恩格斯全集》新国际版(简称《MEGA》)的第Ⅰ部分第26卷,预计于八十年代中期问世。     

自然辩证法事业的开创者和奠基人——缅怀于光远先生

于光远说:"对于我来说,把马克思主义作为科学体系来接受,使自己成为马克思主义者,学习研究自然辩证法起了重要作用。"这句话,充分表达了于光远从参加革命时期起,就学习、研究自然辩证法,历经60年,在他80岁高龄后的1996年,完成了他一生奉献给自然辩证法事业的夙愿——出版了《一个哲学学派正在中国兴起》一书。

由中国社会科学院哲学研究所自然辩证法研究室编辑的1949年—1978年我国《自然辩证法参考资料索引》已成书。该索引主要内容有自然辩证法总论、自然科学各学科的哲学问题、方法论、科学史及发展概况和趋势等,反映了建国以来我国自然辩证法研究     

Using animals for the training of physicians and surgeons

It is argued that cultural attitudes of a speciesist nature are background to the current practice of animal use in teaching medical students and residents. The scope of this activity is estimated, and educational theory is enlisted to suggest that many assumptions about the effectiveness of the practice are not valid. An assessment of one course used for ob-gyn training is presented. Since it is clear that animal suffering should be avoided when possible, the case is made that alternatives to animals may be used to replace animal use in much of current medical education. Medical educators should routinely question and offer adequate justification for any use of animals in medical education.     

Reflections on teaching health care ethics on the web

As web instruction becomes more and more prevalent at universities across the country, instructors of ethics are being encouraged to develop online courses to meet the needs of a diverse array of students. Web instruction is often viewed as a cost-saving technique, where large numbers of students can be reached by distance education in an effort to conserve classroom and instructor resources. In practice. however, the reverse is often true: online courses require more of faculty time and effort than do many traditional classes. Based on personal experience teaching an online course in health care ethics for students in the Allied Health Professions, it is evident that there are both benefits and challenges in teaching online courses, particularly in ethics. Examples of benefits are (1) the asynchronous nature of web instruction allows students to progress through the course at their own pace and at times that are convenient given their clinical responsibilities; (2) web courses allow for a standardization of content and quality of instruction over a diversity of programs; and (3) examples can be tailored to the differing experiences of students in the course. Some challenges to teaching online ethics courses include (1) the fact that online instruction benefits visual learners and disadvantages those lacking good reading comprehension or strong writing skills; (2) developing meaningful student-student and student-instructor interaction; and (3) teaching ethics involves teaching a process rather than a product. Allowing students to apply their knowledge to real-world cases in their disciplines and encouraging them to share experiences from clinical practice is an effective way to meet several of these challenges. Building an online community is another good way to increase the interaction of students and their engagement with the material.     

浅析医学生考研与实习的矛盾及对策

近几年,由于种种原因,应届医学毕业生报考研究生的人数比例日趋增大,形成了一般的考研热,医学院校临床实习与考研之间的矛盾日益突出,严重扰乱了临床教学医院的教学秩序,严重影响了学生临床实习的质量。有些学生对临床实习只是采取应付的态度,致使临床实习质量严重滑坡,给教学医院的医疗和管理工作带来很大影响。为此提出考研与实习的矛盾对策。     

性别的社会性约束与可持续发展

临床医学生人文教育不能模糊医学人文知识和医学人文精神两个不同的概念,需要科学精神和人文精神的辩证统一。临床医学人文教育理论与实践的分离,临床医学人文教学与临床医学专业教学的分离,临床医学人文教育目标、实现途径和评价体系的不确定性,使临床医学生难敌市场经济功利性的负面导引,医学模式的转换在教育层面受阻。     

论医学哲学的特征

医学哲学也称为医学辩证法,是在总结医学科学成就的基础上,通过对医学理论和实践中一般、普遍、共性问题的研究,揭示医学认识主体思维活动普遍规律的科学：是人们认识和处理健康和疾病问题的一般方法论。无论是与医学还是与哲学相比。医学哲学都有着显著的区别,运用对比分析的方法。对医学哲学的研究对象、理论体系特别是思维方式等不同方面的特征,进行理论探讨。     

Medical Education and Disability Studies

The biomedicalist conceptualization of disablement as a personal medical tragedy has been criticized by disability studies scholars for discounting the difference between disability and impairment and the ways disability is produced by socio-environmental factors. This paper discusses prospects for partnerships between disability studies teaching/research and medical education; addresses some of the themes around the necessity of critical disability studies training for medical students; and examines a selection of issues and themes that have arisen from disability education courses within medical schools globally. The paper concludes that providing there is a commitment from senior management, universities are well positioned to apply both vertical and horizontal approaches to teaching disability studies to medical students.     

妇产科教学如何应对新的医疗环境

近年来，患者维权意识增强，医患关系紧张，妇产科教学面临着缺乏实践教学对象，教学任务不能落实的尴尬局面。只有在教学中渗透医德教育，提高医疗风险意识，加强教师素质培训，尽力协调好医患关系，应用先进科学的教学方法，才能保证教学质量，从而使妇产科教学落到实处。     

转型期妇产科医生实习质量提升对策

临床实习阶段是医学生到医生转型的关键时期,如何提高临床实习质量,本文作者认为建立新型的教学关系,高标准选择带教老师,年龄在35到50岁之间为佳,建立“双向交流”的教育方式;建立临床实习医生职业素养档案;建立实习岗前培训,增强风险意识;给予学生充分的实践机会以及采用多种措施弥补实习中的不足是切实有效的对策。
