通过调查发现绝大多数大学生对人体器官移植持肯定态度,认为移植器官的分配应依次遵循医学、前瞻性、年龄等标准;人体器官买卖有违人类伦理道德、会带来新的犯罪与社会的混乱;强迫死囚捐献其身后器官是对其人身权与人格尊严的侵犯.可见,人体器官移植应在充分考虑效用、生命伦理及公平与公正的基础上稳妥发展.

公众对活体大器官移植的认知态度与对策

对河南地区公众关于活体大器官移植态度进行的抽样调查结果显示:(1)公众赞成开展活体大器官移植;(2)多数公众反对器官买卖,但赞成器官买卖的也有相当大的比例;(3)亲情是亲属活体器官捐献者愿意捐献的主要原因.针对调查结果,我们在比较分析的基础上,提出了相关对策,促使活体大器官移植技术更好地造福于人类.

Forensic-psychologic-psychiatric assessment from the viewpoint of perpetrators--data from a survey

In this contribution, various aspects of the expert/culprit-relationship and of the communication behavior styles between the included persons within the scope of forensic-psychological-psychiatric expertise, are discussed. A survey is given on results gained with a questionnaire study (n = 93 culprits; Department of Forensic Psychiatry, Charité Berlin) of the most important expectations, of the social-relevant attitudes towards the assessment and physicians before the forensic investigation as well as of the experiences of own feelings, stress and of the culprit's reflections on the physician/proband relationship after the assessment. A good partnership relation between experts and culprits presupposes that the expert not only possesses a high profession but also the necessary interpersonal-social competence.     

Intentionality: Some Lessons from the History of the Problem from Brentano to the Present

Abstract

Intentionality (‘directedness’, ‘aboutness’) is both a central topic in contemporary philosophy of mind, phenomenology and the cognitive sciences, and one of the themes with which both analytic and Continental philosophers have separately engaged starting from Brentano and Edmund Husserl’s ground-breaking Logical Investigations (1901) through Roderick M. Chisholm, Daniel C. Dennett’s The Intentional Stance, John Searle’s Intentionality, to the recent work of Tim Crane, Robert Brandom, Shaun Gallagher and Dan Zahavi, among many others. In this paper, I shall review recent discussions of intentionality, including some recent explorations of the history of the concept (paying particular attention to Anselm), and suggest some ways the phenomenological approach of Husserl and Heidegger can still offer insights for contemporary philosophy of mind and consciousness.     

Technology from the Standpoint of Sunyata

Keiji Nishitani's critique of technology as a dehumanizing force is objected to by showing that it is possible to establish a relationship with technology characterized by the standpoint of sunyata. In order to support my claim, I offer an interpretation of sunyata as a lived experience in which knowing and being are unified. One method used to experience the identity of knowing and being is the method of negatio negationis. I argue that technology embodies this method, and that thus has a built-in process that allows users of technology to achieve a samadhi experience in the use of tools and machines. Hubert Dreyfus’ theory of embodiment is offered in support of this claim. If it is possible to establish an intimate relation with certain technologies, then the nature of technology cannot be reduced to its most obvious dehumanizing and destructive effects.
