CD_4~+ CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞在妊娠与分娩中的作用

近代生殖免疫学研究认为,正常妊娠维持有赖于母胎免疫耐受的形成,耐受一旦失调,就可能妊娠失败,发生如流产,妊娠期高血压疾病,胎膜早破,分娩发动等。近几年来,国内外学者逐渐认识到CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在妊娠中的重要作用并进行系列研究。本文就目前CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在妊娠与分娩中的作用作一综述。

CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞与肺癌的临床分期及化疗关系的研究

为了研究Treg与肺癌的临床分期及化疗的关系,分离52例初治肺癌患者化疗前后PBMC,以12例正常者为对照,荧光标记的单抗染色,流式细胞仪检测Treg占CD4+T细胞的比值.结果显示肺癌患者该比值高于对照组,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期的高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期.化疗疗效(SD+PD)高于PR.因此,肺癌患者Treg比例较正常人升高,且分期越高该比值增加越明显;疗效差的该比值高于化疗有效病例.推测Treg升高与肺癌的发生、发展有关.     

Th17细胞在胸腺瘤合并MG发病机制中作用的探讨

探讨Th17细胞在胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力(MG)发病中的作用.分析27例胸腺瘤患者相关资料,免疫组化法确定瘤组织中IL-17和CD4+T细胞表达.结果为胸腺瘤合并MG男性年龄低于女性,瘤组织高表达IL-17和CD4+T细胞.B1和B2型易合并MG.结论是Th17细胞和IL-17在胸腺瘤合并MG发病中有一定作用.     

调节性T细胞与肿瘤免疫治疗

调节性T细胞在肿瘤免疫逃逸过程中起着举足轻重的作用.随着人们对肿瘤微环境的认识的加深及治疗思路的改变,调节性T细胞在肿瘤治疗方面的应用将会日趋成熟,为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的机遇,同时,如何平衡调节性T细胞正反两方面的作用,也将会对我们提出新的挑战.

综合分析基础上重新认识再生障碍性贫血——从“综合征”到“自身免疫性疾病”

此前认为再生障碍性贫血是以多种机制导致骨髓造血功能衰竭以外周血细胞减少为特征的一组异质性疾病群,研究发现此类患者体内,CD3＋CD8＋T淋巴细胞数目增加、CD4＋／CD8＋T淋巴细胞比值降低、T细胞功能亢进、Th1型细胞因子分泌增多。综合分析认为再生障碍性贫血是以Th1细胞异常活化导致自身反应性T淋巴细胞功能亢进导致造血干祖细胞损伤的一种自身免疫性疾病。     

HIV-related neuropsychological impairment and immunodeficiency. CD8+ lymphocytes and neopterin are related to HIV-encephalopathy

The relationship between neuropsychological test performance and immunological parameters was studied in 52 HIV-positive patients within different stages of the infection. All subjects were neuropsychologically tested, the CD4 + and CD8 4- lymphocyte count were measured in peripheral blood, and the concentration of neopterin and HIV-p24 antigen were measured in serum. Ten patients with AIDS were defined as neuropsychologically impaired. The CD8 + cell count was the only immunological parameter that could significantly discriminate between AIDS patients with and without neuropsychological impairment. For the total group, significant positive correlations were found between neuropsychological test results and the number of CD8 + and CD4 + lymphocytes, and significant negative correlations were observed between serum concentration of neopterin and neurocognitive function. Regression analyses showed that up to 51% of the variance in test performance could be explained by CD8 + cells and neopterin concentration. The possible role of CD8 + lymphocytes and neopterin in the pathogenesis of HIV-related CNS-dysfunction is discussed.     

急性脑梗塞患者CD_18、CD_54与CD_62p、CD_63表达变化的临床研究

为探讨粘附分子CD18、CD54和血小板CD62、CD63表达变化与急性脑梗塞（ACI）发病之间的关系,本文应用流式细胞仪（FCM）检测了52例ACI患者治疗前后CD18、CD54与CD62p、CD63两者的表达水平,并与30例正常人作对照。结果显示,脑梗塞组治疗前两者的表达水平均明显上调,与正常对照组比较均有显著差异...     

Self regard and concealment of homosexuality as predictors of CD4+ cell count over time among hiv seropositive gay men

Living with HIV can challenge core features of a person’s sense of identity and ultimately lead to a diminished sense of self regard. Self-regard has been defined as the extent to which a person experiences an integrated sense of identity. Gay men with HIV may also face struggles related to their identity in deciding whether to disclose or conceal their homosexuality. This study examined whether concealment of homosexuality and a person’s sense of self regard would be associated with CD4+ cell count over time among HIV seropositive gay men. 53 HIV seropositive gay men completed questionnaires at one time point. CD4+ cell counts were measured at the time of questionnaire completion and 24 months later. Greater self regard at baseline was associated with higher CD4+ counts at 24 months. The association between baseline self regard and CD4+ count at 24 months was strongest among persons with less concealment of homosexuality.     

Music CD Purchase Decisions

The increasing ease and frequency of digital music piracy and the global nature of the music industry make it important to understand why consumers in different national markets purchase music CDs. Study 1 identified 5 factors underlying CD purchasing, noting these differences between British and Japanese participants. Study 2 investigated relationships between these 5 factors and individual-difference variables. Compliance was unrelated to scores on the Friendship factor. Experience seeking and scores on the Re-Experience the Music factor were correlated negatively. Scores on the Friendship factor and innovativeness were unrelated, although innovativeness and scores on the Need to Control and Be Involved With Music factor were positively associated with product, purchase decision, and consumption involvements. Implications for marketing and future research are discussed.     

Predicting consumer satisfaction from CD players

This paper explores the relationship between expectations and product satisfaction evaluations in a high‐involvement product category. While doing so, the paper attempts to develop a regression model to predict the overall level of consumer satisfaction derived from CD players, using a number of explanatory variables within an ordinary least squares framework. This regression model links overall satisfaction to confidence in other people's opinions, expectations of product quality, experience with product quality, replacement rate and the importance of price. The model predicts fairly well for cross‐sectional data, with an adjusted R² of 57 per cent, and appears to be robust. Finally, the implications of these results for marketers are discussed.
