内隐领导理论代表了某种特定文化中人们内心对领导概念化的构成方式。本研究发现,中国人的内隐领导理论的内容由“个人品德”、“目标有效性”、“人际能力”和“多面性”四个因素构成。与美国的八因素有很大的差异。这也许是中美文化不同所造成的。本研究获得了与CPM领导行为评价模式非常类似的结果,从而验证了CPM模式是不同于西方文化的中国模式。  相似文献

设计并采用“换位体验”的社会互动范式,结合自陈报告法和情感错误归因程序的内隐态度研究范式,通过2个实验比较了面对不同程度的人际伤害,自发性观点采择和语言劝说这两种不同的人际伤害消解方式分别对外显和内隐宽恕的影响。结果发现:无论面对何种程度的人际伤害,(1)与自发性观点采择相比,语言劝说可以有效的促进外显宽恕;(2)自发性观点采择可以有效减少负面内隐态度,促进内隐宽恕,而语言劝说会提高负面内隐态度,阻碍内隐宽恕。该研究结果说明不同人际伤害消解方式对内隐和外显宽恕的影响是不同的,同时也证明了观点采择可以在人际互动中自发产生,并且会对人际关系产生隐性影响。  相似文献

领导越轨行为是指领导者在工作场所中故意违反重要的组织规范的行为。通过整合分析组织内越轨行为和领导行为两个领域的相关研究发现, 领导越轨行为的诱因大致包括个体因素(个性特征、个体知觉和人口学变量)和情境因素(组织文化、工作特征和人际影响)两类, 并且主要通过社会比较、社会心理和社会交换三条路径进一步影响下属的工作绩效。未来研究应从行为客体(组织-人际)和行为动机(利己-利他)两个角度对领导越轨行为的内涵进行纵深拓展, 并进一步考察不同诱因的交互影响以及领导越轨行为的作用机制。  相似文献

采用自编学习力及学习力影响因素问卷,对3056名高中生进行调查,建构学习力与影响因素的数学模型,探究各影响因素对高中生学习力的影响路径。结果发现,(1)影响高中生学习力的因素有六个,分别是认知能力、动机水平、精神状态、人际协调、身心优势感和学习氛围。(2)对学习力解释的贡献率大小排列依次为:精神状态、动机水平、学习氛围、认知能力、身心优势感和人际协调。(3)学习方法运用力主要受动机水平、精神状态、学习氛围、认知能力等4因素的影响;学习态度调控力主要受到精神状态、动机水平、学习氛围及认知能力等4因素的影响;学习自控力主要受精神状态的影响;提问互惠力主要受认知能力、精神状态、动机水平及学习氛围的影响。  相似文献

员工主动行为因有利于个人和组织的长远发展而受到学界和业界的广泛关注。以往的研究主要关注主动行为对员工本人的人际内影响, 而较少考虑对领导者的人际间影响; 同时, 考虑到员工在领导过程中扮演的重要角色, 对员工的主动行为如何影响领导的心理与行为反应做理论性整理将极大丰富对员工主动行为的认识。学界基于归因理论、内隐追随理论、自我-他人评价一致性理论等对上述自下而上的影响过程进行了初步探索, 发现领导者对员工主动行为的态度评价和行为反应受到多重边界条件的影响。未来研究可具体化员工主动行为所诱发的领导者心理与行为反应, 探索员工主动行为与领导方式的循环关系, 以及深挖主动行为与绩效评价之间的内在机理。  相似文献

采用着色范式和再认范式,检查被试在不与目标人物进行人际互动条件下,考察女性教师面孔吸引力程度对大学生内隐模仿行为的影响。结果发现:(1)被试对高吸引力面孔的内隐模仿程度更高,对高吸引力面孔的再认率也更高;(2)男、女大学生对高吸引力面孔的内隐模仿程度存在差异性,男大学生对高吸引力面孔的内隐模仿程度更高;(3)青年组和中年组年龄特征面孔吸引力程度对学生的内隐模仿行为的影响无统计学差异。  相似文献

领导者的内隐追随(Leaders’Implicit Followership Theories,LIFTs)是领导者对员工的特质和行为特征所持有的假设。从内隐追随的视角出发,有助于更深入分析“领导者和员工如何感知、决策和行动”的领导过程,是真正从员工出发的视角。本文主要从内隐追随的视角对员工行为的影响因素进行了探讨,同时检验了领导–成员交换的中介作用及心理授权的调节作用。通过对19家企业的278名员工的分析发现:(1)领导者积极的内隐追随与员工的角色内行为和组织公民行为显著正相关。(2)领导–成员交换在领导者积极的内隐追随与员工角色内行为和组织公民行为之间均起到部分中介的作用。(3)心理授权正向调节了领导–成员交换对领导者积极的内隐追随与员工角色内行为和组织公民行为关系的影响;更进一步,心理授权调节了领导–成员交换对领导者积极的内隐追随与角色内行为关系的中介作用。本文的研究结果不仅拓展了内隐理论、认知理论在领导学研究的应用,而且丰富了社会交换理论的内容。  相似文献

人际情绪调节是重要的社会性情绪调节方式,为阐明其与积极情绪的关系,采用人际情绪调节量表、内隐与外显积极情绪量表、表达抑制量表和情绪调节困难量表进行了调查。1159名被试的分析结果表明:(1)人际情绪调节显著正向预测内隐与外显积极情绪;(2)且情绪调节困难是人际情绪调节预测内隐积极情绪的调节变量;(3)表达抑制是人际情绪调节预测外显积极情绪的中介变量。这表明运用人际情绪调节可增加积极情绪,但是其作用效果与个体的情绪特质相关。  相似文献

胜任特征是与优秀业绩有因果关系的所有个人特征的总和。对27名县级统计局局长的关键事件和行为事件访谈文本转录进行扎根理论分析,开放式译码提取并定义了60个简单译码概念,编制了胜任特征重要性调查问卷并对103位县级统计局局长进行调查,得到59个胜任特征成分,关联译码得到17个类属概念,主轴译码得到4个范畴,即:专业能动性、专业能力、政策水平与法律意识、伦理道德与领导能力。  相似文献

Theories of ethical leadership provide important insights about the effect of leader’s ethics on the relationship between leaders and followers. However, there is an increasing demand for addressing key constructs that enhance the capacity to explain theoretical aspects of ethical leadership. The purpose of this study is to expand the theoretical framework of ethical leadership based on Korean traditional leadership by focusing on personal cultivation, morality, and social responsibility. Using a framework of intrapersonal process as leadership and core value and competence as components of leadership, this study examines the ethical aspects of Korean traditional leadership and provides the implications to further develop the theory of ethical leadership. It is found that ethical integrity ensued from sugi (self-cultivation) is an essential precondition to develop leadership, and the core value of ethical leadership includes Zhixin-Chijing (cultivation of the mind and internal piety) and the competence consists of both Ipzhi (setting a solid self-vision/establishing goal) and Silsim (practical mind, grasp changes in reality with a sound mind) in Korean traditional leadership that contributes to expanding the theoretical understanding of ethical leadership. Implications for future research in the area of ethical leadership are discussed.  相似文献

This mixed-methods study investigates the leadership development and leadership skills of women graduate students at a theological seminary. Through the Student Leadership Practices Inventory (Student LPI) and Leadership Competency Inventory (LCI), demographic questionnaire, and focus group interviews, the researchers explored the leadership training the women had received and their perception of their leadership abilities and development needs. The findings showed that the women reported frequently demonstrated exemplary leadership practices and many possessed significant leadership experience. Participants scored highest on competencies utilizing people skills and lowest in areas reflecting competence in cognitive or strategic skills. While exposed to formal leadership education they reported receiving their leadership education primarily through observation and experience.  相似文献

Women do not have a uniform or standardized “suit” to wear in the workplace so they must make daily decisions about what to wear. Some propose that women should dress in a sexualized way to gain power and influence, but sexy attire is related to lower perceptions of competence for women in leadership positions. We explored the effect of revealing or conservative attire on perceptions of women’s leadership competence. We also used eye-tracker technology to determine whether looking at sexualized body parts (i.e., breasts, hemline) was related to lower perceptions of leadership competence and electability. A female candidate for a student senate presidency at a U.S. university wearing revealing clothing was perceived by 191 college students as less honest and trustworthy, electable, and competent than one wearing conservative clothing. Sexualized body parts were looked at longer when the candidate was wearing revealing clothing compared to conservative clothing. Furthermore, mediation analyses indicated that the revealing clothing led participants to gaze at sexualized body parts, which, in turn, led to perceiving the candidate as less honest/trustworthy, which lowered their evaluations of her competence and electability. These findings suggest that viewing a woman in a sexy outfit can lead others to stare more at her body and make negative evaluations of her personal attributes. This finding has implications for the choices women make in workplace and leadership contexts.  相似文献

Since the early days of COVID-19, university teaching has changed from face-to-face format to online mode. With the gradual containment of the pandemic, there is no need for school lockdown. As a result, the teaching format has changed to HyFlex mode integrating both face-to-face and online modes. Obviously, it is necessary to understand the academic quality of life among students under the Hyflex teaching mode. In this paper, we report an evaluation study on a leadership subject in Hong Kong delivered via HyFlex teaching using a post-lecture evaluation strategy. In one of the lectures, we covered law-abiding leadership in university students, including abiding by the Hong Kong National Security Law. The post-lecture evaluation showed that students generally held positive views toward the HyFlex teaching and they perceived that the subject promoted their well-being indexed by psychosocial competence. Regarding the lecture on law-abiding leadership, students agreed that the lecture promoted their psychosocial competence, personal development, knowledge about law-abiding behavior and national security (including the Hong Kong National Security Law), and readiness to serve as socially responsible leaders. Positive perceptions of the lecture design, teacher performance, lecture content of law-abiding leadership and national security, and benefits positively predicted students’ overall satisfaction with the lecture on law-abiding leadership and national security.

Examination of boundary regulation can provide family therapists with a framework to describe both the functioning of family systems and personal systems (i.e., the intrapsychic functioning of individual family members). In the present study, late adolescents' perceptions of boundary regulation within their family systems (i.e., ratings of family health, communication, leadership, expressiveness, cohesion, and family conflict) were related to regulation of their personal boundaries (i.e., self-reported personal competence, distress, and patterns of defense mechanism use). In addition, personal system variables reliably discriminated between adolescents who described their families as psychologically healthy versus psychologically unhealthy.  相似文献

通过对29所高中阶段学校763名教师的问卷调查,主要研究了教师应对效能和工作压力对教师职业枯竭的预测作用。分析结果表明:(1)应对效能对教师的职业枯竭具有显著的预测作用,自信程度、胜任力对情绪衰竭、非人性化和认知枯竭的预测作用显著,胜任力和认知水平对个人成就感有显著的预测作用;(2)工作压力对教师的职业枯竭具有显著的预测作用,导致教师职业枯竭的工作压力因素有:领导与管理、工作负荷、考试升学因素、人际关系;(3)通过对工作压力和应对效能的联合考察能够更好地预测教师的职业枯竭。  相似文献

In recent years, facilitative forms of leadership and teacher empowerment for the democratic restructuring of schools have been emphasized. However, no published studies seem to have examined teachers' perspectives of both facilitative school leadership and empowerment. This article describes the everyday strategies and personal characteristics of exemplary principals practicing facilitative leadership in shared-governance schools and how these principals influenced teacher empowerment. The date were drawn from a qualitative study of teachers in 11 schools in Georgia. An openended questionnaire was designed to provide teachers the opportunity to identify and describe in detail the characteristics of principals that enhanced their sense of empowerment and what being empowered means to teachers. Inductive analyses of the data generated seven major strategies, one set of personal characteristics identified with facilitative leadership, and two major dimensions of teacher empowerment: affective and professional. This article emphasizes the meanings teachers identified with empowerment.  相似文献

为了探讨变革型领导、教师社会情感能力、教师幸福感和教师职业倦怠之间的关系,研究采用变革型领导量表、社会情感能力量表、幸福感量表和职业倦怠量表对北京791名教师进行调查。结果显示:(1)变革型领导与教师职业倦怠显著负相关;(2)教师社会情感能力在变革型领导和教师职业倦怠之间起独立中介作用;(3)教师幸福感在变革型领导和教师职业倦怠之间起独立中介作用;(4)教师社会情感能力和教师幸福感在变革型领导和教师职业倦怠间起链式中介作用。变革型领导不仅是直接预测教师职业倦怠的重要外部环境因素,而且变革型领导还能通过教师社会情感能力和教师幸福感这两个内部因素的中介作用间接预测教师职业倦怠。  相似文献

SUMMARY

Occupations required by the health industry, specifically in aged and palliative care, include nursing, pastoral care, medicine, and social work amongst many others. Professional education for these health disciplines incorporates competence for practice and critical thinking skills. Two different conceptual models of competence, personal and operational, reveal different approaches to learning. Personal competence, currently dominant in the higher eduction (tertiary) sector, privileges theory over practice. Personal competence can exclude non-propositional forms of knowledge, making it difficult for students to explain their practice experiences. The operational model of competence, which is emerging in professional education, has the potential to develop critical approaches to learning and practice, skills required for practice development and quality improvement in today's health environment.  相似文献
