通过系统梳理酒精、尼古丁、大麻、可卡因、冰毒、摇头丸、阿片类和多药物等不同类型药物滥用者面部表情加工的研究,本文提出"歧视错觉"概念,用于解释药物滥用者对面部表情的负性化加工偏向,该观点为理解药物滥用行为激活机制提供了全新视角。未来可围绕面部表情特异性加工、面部表情加工阶段、面部表情加工的认知和神经机制以及面部表情加工训练展开相关研究,以进一步揭示药物滥用者面部表情加工的内在机制及其应用价值。  相似文献

优势认知加工是大脑中指向当前任务的、主导的、可及性最高的信息加工过程。刻板印象与反刻板印象思维、整体加工与局部加工、关系加工与项目特异性加工、综合推理与分析推理、目标追求等认知领域的研究表明, 消极情绪会抑制优势认知加工。这种抑制作用受到优势认知加工的明确性、消极情绪的类型以及优势认知加工与消极情绪的联系三方面因素的影响。采用实验分离加工法与实验后分离加工法的研究显示, 消极情绪主要通过抑制自动加工过程来抑制优势认知加工。目前对消极情绪抑制优势认知加工的理论解释有情绪信息理论、趋近系统观和情绪具身观, 其中情绪信息理论被广泛接受。未来还需进一步明确优势认知加工的含义, 在准确描述该现象的同时, 深入挖掘其背后的机制。  相似文献

面部表情加工的ERP成分主要包括P1 (80~120 ms)、N170 (120~200 ms), 早期后部负电位(Early Posterior Negativity, EPN, 200~300 ms)和晚期正成分(Late Positive Potential, LPP, 300 ms以后)。这些成分代表了表情加工的不同阶段, 具有不同的心理含义。P1成分只对威胁类表情(恐惧, 厌恶和愤怒)敏感, 反映了对威胁面孔的快速探测, 具有自动加工的性质。N170成分与表情结构信息的编码有关, 同样具有自动加工的性质。EPN反映了对情绪信息的选择性注意, 具有情绪普遍性, 情绪场景图片和表情刺激都会对它产生影响, 在特定的条件下具有自动加工的性质。LPP则反映了对情绪信息的高级认知加工, 较易受注意控制的影响。在对上述成分的特性了解的基础上, 将来的研究应该探索以下问题:(1) P1是否受表情威胁程度的影响?(2) N170受到哪些自上而下因素的影响?(3)那些不能影响N170成分, 却能影响EPN成分的表情刺激是否被当成了普通的情绪刺激来看待?(4)表情加工引发的LPP是否能具有自动加工的性质?(5)不同的基本表情类型(如恐惧和厌恶)是否具有特异性的ERP成分?  相似文献

社交焦虑者在情绪加工和社会意图理解方面均可能存在异常,以负向认知偏差为代表,但目前尚缺乏针对社交焦虑的情绪与社会意图理解共性机制的研究和临床预测模型。本项目计划综合运用行为实验、功能磁共振成像和计算建模,基于情绪识别与社会意图推理的生物运动范式,并结合面部表情识别任务,系统考察社交焦虑者在情绪加工和社会意图加工中的负向认知偏差机制,并构建社交焦虑症状的预测模型,检验精神疾病背后的多维数据关联,以及多维数据对社交焦虑临床症状的客观分类和预测的作用。  相似文献

抑郁症患者负性认知加工偏向是导致抑郁的一个主要认知因素, 是抑郁症的一个稳定特质。这种偏向与对负性情绪刺激自下而上的情绪加工增强有关, 表现为杏仁核和梭状回等脑区过度激活; 也与自上而下的认知控制功能不足有关, 表现为背外侧前额皮质、前扣带回等脑区活性不足。文章在前人研究基础上, 提出了关于抑郁症情绪加工与认知控制脑机制的一个理论假说, 即抑郁症的产生是由于抑郁症患者情绪加工脑区过度激活与认知控制脑区功能降低之间的相互作用而形成的恶性循环所介导。目前证明此理论假说在研究内容、研究材料、研究技术等方面还存在一些问题, 这些可能是未来研究的方向。  相似文献

类时间信息加工的统一机制问题一直备受研究者关注。新近研究表明失匹配负波(MMN)是与时间信息自动加工有关的ERP成分,关联负变化(CNV)是与控制加工有关的ERP成分,而刺激遗漏电位(OSPs)既与自动加工又与控制加工有关。以三种ERP成分为指标的研究均为时间信息自动加工和控制加工的存在提供了可能的依据。未来研究不应该纠缠于自动加工和控制加工分界点的探究,而是着重从时间全程视角考察时距加工机制的特点。  相似文献

具身认知理论认为高级概念认知和低级感知觉认知紧密关联, 且两者共享相同的神经系统。本研究设计了3个实验:实验1观察面部表情动词加工是否受面部情绪表达的影响, 结果发现网络使用经验多的被试在促进和抑制面部积极表情条件下对动词的反应没有表现出显著差异。实验2探讨网络使用经验对肢体动作词汇加工的影响, 结果发现网络使用经验多的被试在动词?名词转换时没有产生显著认知损耗。实验3探讨两类被试对正常序列和随机序列图式动词加工是否有差异, 结果发现网络使用经验多的个体对随机序列和正常序列的回忆成绩并无显著差异。本研究从动词认知加工角度验证了高级认知与低级感知觉加工间的紧密联系, 揭示了网络行为与高级认知加工间的相关关系。  相似文献

躯体和面孔是个体情绪表达与识别的重要线索。与面部表情相比,躯体表情加工的显著特点是补偿情绪信息,感知运动与行为信息,及产生适应性行为。情绪躯体与面孔加工的神经基础可能相邻或部分重合,但也存在分离;EBA、FBA、SPL、IPL等是与躯体表情加工相关的特异性脑区。今后应系统研究面孔、躯体及语音情绪线索加工潜在的神经基础,探讨躯体情绪加工的跨文化差异,考察情绪障碍患者的躯体表情加工特点。  相似文献

情绪记忆增强(Emotionally Enhanced Memory, EEM)效应受到刺激的唤醒度和效价的影响。Kensinger 等人提出依赖于唤醒的 EEM 效应与自动加工相联系,依赖于效价的 EEM 效应与控制加工相联系。然而现有研究并不能为这一假设提供充分的证据。本研究的三个实验采用学习--再认范式和 DA 范式(divided attention paradigm)相结合的方法,分别考察了在两种注意条件下依赖于唤醒和依赖于效价的EEM 效应在编码阶段的加工机制。结果发现,中性词、正性非唤醒词、负性非唤醒词在集中注意条件下的记忆再认成绩显著高于分散注意条件下的记忆再认成绩;正性唤醒词在集中注意条件下的记忆再认成绩也显著高于分散注意条件下的记忆再认成绩,但负性唤醒词的记忆再认成绩在两种注意条件下不存在显著差异。这表明依赖于效价的 EEM 效应与控制加工相联系,而依赖于唤醒的 EEM 效应并不总是与自动加工相联系,其加工还受到情绪效价的调节,对于负性刺激,依赖于唤醒的 EEM 效应与自动加工相联系;对于正性刺激,依赖于唤醒的EEM效应则与控制加工相联系。  相似文献

Social contact promotes enhanced health and well-being, likely as a function of the social regulation of emotional responding in the face of various life stressors. For this functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) study, 16 married women were subjected to the threat of electric shock while holding their husband's hand, the hand of an anonymous male experimenter, or no hand at all. Results indicated a pervasive attenuation of activation in the neural systems supporting emotional and behavioral threat responses when the women held their husband's hand. A more limited attenuation of activation in these systems occurred when they held the hand of a stranger. Most strikingly, the effects of spousal hand-holding on neural threat responses varied as a function of marital quality, with higher marital quality predicting less threat-related neural activation in the right anterior insula, superior frontal gyrus, and hypothalamus during spousal, but not stranger, hand-holding.  相似文献

行为抑制是一种重要的执行功能。考察情绪影响行为抑制的脑机制, 将有助于理解个体如何适应环境, 特别是如何在情绪情境中控制自己的行为。近年来, 研究者开始使用脑成像技术考察情绪影响行为抑制的脑机制。研究发现, 在情绪影响行为抑制的过程中不仅涉及前额叶抑制控制系统和边缘结构情绪加工系统, 而且涉及这两个系统的相互作用, 即情绪加工与行为抑制加工的整合。腹外侧前额皮层、背外侧前额皮层、前扣带回、杏仁核、脑岛等脑区在情绪加工与行为抑制加工的整合中起着重要的作用, 但情绪整合到行为抑制加工中的时间进程还不清楚。今后的研究应着眼于情绪影响行为抑制的时间进程、神经网络、个体差异的影响以及改进研究范式等方向。  相似文献

Studies of cognitive control show that the dorsal anterior cingulate cortex (dACC) and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex are involved in the detection and resolution of cognitive conflict. However, the neural and behavioral mechanisms underlying emotional interference effects are less consistent. We used fMRI during emotional and nonemotional versions of a facial Stroop task to investigate the effects of emotional stimuli on cognitive control. In the full group there was limited evidence that different prefrontal circuits manage conflict arising from emotional and nonemotional distractors. However, individual differences in trait anxiety affected both behavioral performance and neural activity during the emotional task. Relative to low-anxiety (LA) subjects, high-anxiety (HA) subjects showed greater amygdala activity to task-relevant emotional information and impaired performance and greater conflict-related activity in the dACC when emotional content was task-irrelevant. Only LA subjects activated rostral ACC during the emotional task. This is consistent with cognitive models of individual differences that hypothesize deficient control of task-irrelevant emotional information in HA subjects. Around the end of the first year of life, infants develop a social referencing ability – using emotional information from others to guide their own behavior. Much research on social referencing has focused on changes in behavior in response to emotional information. The present study was an investigation of the changes in neural responses that underlie social referencing behavior, reflected in event‐related potentials (ERPs). Twenty‐six 12‐month‐olds participated in a single‐session visit in which ERPs were recorded both immediately before and after a behavioral intervention in which infants' caregivers provided positive, negative or neutral information about each of three stimuli (ERP data available for = 17). After the intervention, infants devoted more neural resources to processing negative versus neutral and positive information, as observed in early and late positive‐going components. Changes in neural responses from the pre‐ to post‐intervention recordings clarify this observation, indicating a sustained response in the negative and positive conditions, and a decrease in the neutral condition, suggesting an attenuation effect in the neutral condition. Further, infants who attended most to the objects in the behavioral intervention showed increased neural responses in the negative condition and decreased responses in the positive condition. Taken together, these findings suggest that infants' neural responses are differentially affected by positive, negative and neutral information. Furthermore, the findings highlight the importance of measuring the change in neural responses to better interpret post‐experience responses.  相似文献

This study examines the relationship of social ties and support to patterns of cognitive aging in the MacArthur Studies of Successful Aging (see L. F. Berkman et al., 1993), a cohort study of 1,189 initially high-functioning older adults. Baseline and longitudinal data provide information on initial levels as well as changes in cognitive performance over a 7.5-year period. Linear regression analyses revealed that participants receiving more emotional support had better baseline performance, as did those who were unmarried and those reporting greater conflict with network members. Greater baseline emotional support was also a significant predictor of better cognitive function at the 7.5-year follow-up, controlling for baseline cognitive function and known sociodemographic, behavioral, psychological, and health status predictors of cognitive aging. The findings suggest the potential value of further research on the role of the social environment in protecting against cognitive declines at older ages.  相似文献

Recall is typically better for emotional than for neutral stimuli. This enhancement is believed to rely on limbic regions. Memory is also better for neutral stimuli embedded in an emotional context. The neural substrate supporting this effect has not been thoroughly investigated but may include frontal lobe, as well as limbic circuits. Alzheimer's disease (AD) results in atrophy of limbic structures, whereas normal aging relatively spares limbic regions but affects prefrontal areas. The authors hypothesized that AD would reduce all enhancement effects, whereas aging would disproportionately affect enhancement based on emotional context. The results confirmed the authors' hypotheses: Young and older adults, but not AD patients, showed better memory for emotional versus neutral pictures and words. Older adults and AD patients showed no benefit from emotional context, whereas young adults remembered more items embedded in an emotional versus neutral context.  相似文献

Mounting evidence concerning obsessive-compulsive disorders points to abnormal functioning of the orbitofrontal cortices. First, patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) perform poorly on tasks that rely on response suppression/motor inhibition functions mediated by the orbitofrontal cortex relative to both normal and clinical controls. Second, patients with OCD exhibit functional hyperactivity in lateral orbitofrontal and related structures corresponding with symptom severity. In this article, we compare these neurocognitive correlates of OCD with the executive and neural underpinnings of "compulsive-like" behaviors that are common in normal childhood. We discuss the phenomenology and natural history of normative compulsive-like behaviors as well as the behavioral, emotional, and cognitive continuities between typical and pathological obsessive-compulsive behaviors. We then examine associations between children's executive performance deficits and their observed compulsive-like characteristics. We relate these patterns to executive deficits shown by adults with OCD. Finally, we speculate on the developmental neurobiology of children's compulsive-like behaviors, with particular attention to orbitofrontal functions including behavioral and emotional regulation, and we suggest similarities and differences with the neurobiology of OCD. In making these comparisons, we hope to open a dialogue between researchers who study underlying brain pathologies associated with OCD and those who explore the neurocognitive bases of normal development.  相似文献

Recent data indicate that the familiarity and the emotional expression of faces occur at an early stage of information processing. The goal of the present study was to determine whether these two aspects interact at the structural encoding stage as reflected by the N170 component of event-related potentials in tasks requiring the subjects either to identify whether the faces were familiar or the nature of the emotional expression. The results indicate that the neural responses to level of familiarity and emotional expression were observable at this early processing stage but without interacting. In particular, faces of personal importance to the subjects differed from those of less personal importance. Because familiarity did not interact with emotional expression at behavioral and electrophysiologic levels, our results support the contention of parallel and independent processing of faces.  相似文献
