结合医疗实际工作人文医学和医学人文学的关系应包括:(1)从人文医学的产生背景看,人文精神的内涵孕育于中国古典医学,并非现代之专有;(2)人文医学和医学人文学并非同一层次上的概念,不能交叉理解和使用;(3)从医学发展阶段的划分,提出不能将人文医学与现代医学割裂开,前者是后者的组成部分;现代医学并非生物医学;(4)人文医学的分类应增加军事医学等内容。  相似文献

《老子》一书,讲了“道”是什么,它是怎样运作的?又讲了圣人应怎样遵循“道”的原则去治天下。前者是个科学精神问题;后者是个人文精神问题。 先谈科学精神。 一、老子认为天下万物都是自己动作、变化,并自己按正途发展的。“万物并作”(十六章),“万物将自化”(三十七章),“天下将自正”(三十七章),而万物的并作、自化、自正等发展是有规律的。这些规律,叫做“道”。  相似文献

In the United Kingdom, clinical governance has become a master narrative for health care over the last decade. While many see this political imperative as embodying both enlightening and humanistic goals, I argue that it has also become an apparatus for resuscitating a hypermodernist worldview which further conceals the political drivers of health care delivery. While resistance to clinical governance seems futile, insistence on the inclusion of historical analysis in understanding modern health care delivery may be profitable. Drawing from selected dramatic texts by Henrik Ibsen, an historical moment of clinical governance may be analysed showing the complex interplay of the personal, social, empirical and ethical dimensions of health care delivery.  相似文献

abstract Martha Nussbaum's Hiding from Humanity, links the philosophical understanding of emotion with important issues in ethics, law and political philosophy, and engages with empirical material in a manner that provides a model for open and practically oriented moral philosophy. Here I explore four areas in which I believe the discussion now needs to be carried forward. First, the connections between Nussbaum's work and other contributions to recent moral philosophy, principally that of Alasdair MacIntyre in Dependent Rational Animals (1999) but also that of David Wiggins in Ethics (2006). Second, the conceptual understanding of notions of disability, impairment and normal human functioning, and the standards against which these are determined and judged. Third, the nature of mental disorder and the harm done to sufferers by the stigma attaching to it. Fourth, the implications of following Nussbaum's lead in recognising humanity in the vulnerable, as these bear upon ‘ending life’ issues, especially that of abortion. Nussbaum's book serves to orient readers towards a cluster of important philosophical issues and specific policy areas; but it also raises questions that she might now wish to consider further.  相似文献

人性与道德     
中西方伦理思想史上关于人性争论的关键,在于没有弄清人性的内涵及其与人的本质之间的关系,从而在从人性到道德的逻辑过渡上出现了问题.本文通过对历史上人性论的批判分析,将人性划分为"实然"与"应然"两个层次,并指出:人性的两个层次都是道德的基础,二者分别从不同的层面为道德的产生准备了条件.  相似文献

This study investigated the creative process of well‐known musicians in Brasília, Brazil and the conditions that facilitated the development of their creative abilities. A sample of 14 professional musicians (11 composers and 3 performers) participated in semi‐structured interviews to discuss the following topics: musical formation, dedicating time to music, working conditions, creativity in music, the creative process, and the importance of music in their lives. The results indicated that the majority of the musicians view creativity as a complex process supported by many factors, especially the environment. Four stages of the creative process were described by these musicians: process triggering, preparation, product elaboration, and product validation.  相似文献

从人与自然和谐的视阈透视生命伦理便形成了人与自然关系的生命伦理之维.人与自然和谐具有三重内涵,一是作为"人的无机的身体的自然界"与人的和谐;二是作为生成人身体的生物链的自然与人的和谐;三是"作为人自身身体的自然"与人的和谐.随着科学技术包括基因技术的迅猛发展,人与自然伦理关系的传统和谐状况遭到严峻的挑战,环境伦理问题日益凸显,进而导致大量的物种锐减,并且使得许多物种濒临灭亡;基因技术和人工生殖技术的发展与运用也隐含双重悖论:为了彻底地提高人类生命和人类文明的质量,必须对"自然人"进行彻底的改良;而一旦对人实现彻底的改良,这是否蕴涵一种"善良的"强制和"德性的恐怖"?这样,人与自然和谐不仅具有生命伦理意蕴,而且具有生命伦理价值.  相似文献
