论云南少数民族宗教文化的现代传承

宗教文化的现代传承既非简单的传播,也不是简单的继承。云南少数民族宗教文化的现代传承,是在现代社会情境中,经过信仰转型和文化扬弃,不断融入社会、服务社会的动态过程,其关键环节是培育清晰的现代文明意识和文化自觉,在信仰方式、文化形态和社会功能方面积极转型,需要借助政府、社会、市场及其自身力量,共同推动完成。     

齐心协力开创民族宗教工作新局面

全省民族宗教局长会议以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，以科学发展观统领民族宗教工作全局，认真贯彻全国民委主任会议和全国宗教厅局长会议精神，分析和研究当前民族宗教工作的形势，总结和交流2005年民族宗教工作经验，安排和部署2006年民族宗教工作任务。认真贯彻落实这次会议精神，全面完成各项任务，对于更好地服务于全省改革、发展、稳定的大局，实现“十一五”期间开好头、起好步的目标具有十分重要的意义。

习近平省长到福建省民族宗教厅视察、调研民族宗教工作

云南少数民族原始宗教的现代价值

在云南社会经济和文化发展相对后进的一些少数民族中,其宗教意识形态或多或少仍保留有许多原始宗教的内容,传统的原始宗教文化仍在加强生态保护、维护伦理道德规范、增强民族凝聚力和传承历史文化等方面发挥着不可替代的重要作用。在人类遭受由生态环境破坏带来的众多灾难的今天,更应该珍视和发掘传统宗教的现代价值。     

生殖与象征:云南少数民族宗教节祭中的交媾仪式

当人们还意识不到男女交媾在人口繁殖中的决定作用时,图腾感生神话便应运而生.当性生观念形成后,男女交媾的现实取代了图腾感生神话,于是交媾仪式便伴随着古代民族希求人丁兴旺的祈愿而逐步盛行起来.云南少数民族的交媾仪式融入到了农业祭祀、宗教舞蹈、节日风俗、祖先祭祀等日常活动中,表现出非常明显的民族特色和地域特色.     

Religion,Political Discourse,and Activism Among Varying Racial/Ethnic Groups in America

The current study assesses the roles that political encouragement from clergy and lay involvement in political discussions play in the political and civic activism of varying racial/ethnic groups. Congregants are likely to participate in varying forms of activism when asked by clergy because of the high levels of trust that Americans have in their clergy and because political appeals are often communicated in a culturally relevant manner. In addition, participation in political discussions within houses of worship is likely to increase a sense of political agency and efficacy. For almost all groups, lay political deliberation is associated with activism. However, while political encouragement from clergy is associated with Black and Hispanic activism, it plays a negligible role in motivating Whites and Caribbean Blacks to action. Ideological symmetry between clergy and congregants may explain the degree to which political appeals from clergy motivate varying racial/ethnic groups to action.

The Role of Religion in the Work Lives and Coping Strategies of Ugandan Nurses

Nursing in Uganda is a highly stressful, underpaid profession, leading to worrisome attrition levels; yet some nurses do manage to stay on the job and thrive. This study explored the ways in which religion influences the work lives and coping strategies of Ugandan nurses who thrive despite job stress. Participants were 15 female nurses working in faith-based and non-faith-based facilities in Uganda. The nurses were all actively religious people, a fact not known at the time they were recruited. All the nurses revealed that religious values affected their performance positively, enabling them to find meaning even in the face of adversity.     

Religiousness and Depressive Symptoms in Five Ethnic Adolescent Groups

This study examined the relation between religiousness and depressive symptoms in African American, Asian American, European American, Hispanic American, and Native American adolescents (N = 13,317) in the United States with self-esteem and school attachment as potential mediators in this link. The data were taken from a nationally represented sample of adolescents in Grades 7 through 12, from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health). Structural equation analyses with measurement and structural invariance across the five ethnic groups and gender supported the model that religiousness, as a composite of internal and external religiousness items, negatively predicted depressive symptoms 1 year later controlling for baseline depressive symptoms. Self-esteem and school attachment partially mediated this link but only for European American and African American adolescents.     

西南少数民族教育价值观的调查研究

在文献综述、开放式问卷和个别访谈的基础上,提出了西南少数民族教育价值观的理论构想,自编了西南少数民族教育价值观量表。约1,500名西南地区少数民族被试接受了测试。研究表明,该量表具有良好的信度和效度,西南少数民族的教育价值观包括教育效用、家族荣誉、个人发展、民族传承等四个维度,西南少数民族群众的教育价值观在性别和年龄不存在显著性差异,在民族和文化程度上存在着显著性差异。     

Social Exchange and Emotional Investment in Work Groups

This study applied a social exchange perspective to examine three related aspects of work group behavior: individuals' assessment of the personal costs and rewards of group membership, the overall level of emotional investment in a group, and the external evaluation of group performance. Regression analyses of survey data from 28 ongoing student work groups (134 individuals) indicated that perceptions of personal rewards resulting from interaction over a ten-week period are an important precursor of emotional investment, defined as a relational orientation that encourages mutual caring, group loyalty, and commitment to the group as a whole. Consistent with our expectations, personal costs influenced neither emotional investment nor group performance after considering the effects of personal rewards. Emotional investment mediated the effects of personal rewards on externally rated group performance. Thus, emotional investment was a pivotal dimension of group effectiveness. Results extend our understanding of group behavior by acknowledging the relationship between personal and group development while confirming the compelling role of emotions in social exchange.
