Ungesättigte Oxime, 14. Mitt. Halogensubstituierte 4-Phenyl-3-buten-2-on-oxime

Halogenated 4-Phenyl-3-buten-2-one Oximes Fluoro-, chloro- and bromo-4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one oximes were synthesized from their ketones and were separated into their isomers. The (E)-isomers of the 2-substituted oximes contain non-equivalent vinyl protons, which is not the case with the 3- and 4-substituted oximes. NMR signals are assigned to these protons.

Unsaturated Oximes, XXVII: 5-Phenyl-2,4-pentadienals and their Oximes The 5-phenyl-2.4-pentadienals 3a–f are synthesized from the 3-phenylpropenal diethyl acetals 1a–f and ethyl vinyl ether. Their oximes 4a–f can be separated into the (E)- and (Z)- isomers. With the α-branched aldehydes 5a–d , which were prepared by aldol condensation, only the (E)-oximes 6a–d are obtained.

Unsaturated Oximes, XXII: 2-Alkoximino-4-phenylbutenes 4-Phenyl-3-buten-2-one oxime (1) is reacted with methylating and benzylating agents. The isomeric ethers 3, 4 and 5 are separated by thin-layer chromatography and studied by nmr spectroscopy.

Unsaturated Oximes, XXIV: 6-Phenyl-3,5-hexadien-2-ones, 7-Phenyl-4,6-heptadien-3-ones and Their Oximes Substituted cinnamyl aldehydes are condensed with acetone and butanone. The structures of the resulting unsaturated ketones and their oximes are discussed.
