临床实习的法律规范问题调查及对策

通过问卷对来自四川大学华西医院等6所不同层次医疗机构的475名实习医生进行调查,发现身份不合法、患者不配合、义务履行不充分、管理不规范是目前实习中的主要问题.提出在优化实习资源、加强实习生教育的基础上,通过建立《实习医师资格考试制度》、成立“临床实习管理规范委员会”,确立实习规范化的法律依据和制度框架,促进我国医学教育和卫生事业的良性发展.

本文结合自己带顶岗实习的实际,就顶岗实习的意义、顶岗实习学习内容、顸岗实习容易出现的问题及对策等谈了自己的认识,从而为高职高专深入开展顶岗实习提供借鉴。     

浅析医学生考研与实习的矛盾及对策

关于教学医院临床实习前的告知方法的讨论——与“教学医院临床实习前履行告知义务的意义和方法”作者商榷

教学医院开展临床实习教学活动的前提是对患者进行实习前告知并取得支持,知情同意权是患者的法定权利,且患者没有配合教学实习的强制性义务,医方能否顺利完成实习带教任务取决于告知方法是否适当、沟通是否到位等因素,成功的教学实习活动能够体现医患之间是互动双赢的共同体.     

新师大美术师范生双语实习支教资源发展的SWOT分析——以和田、沙雅为例

"百年大计,教育为本",新疆地处我国西北边陲,教育环境相对落后,尤其是南疆各地州,为了缩短教育差距,大学生顶岗实习支教应运而生。采用调查问卷形式对在和田、沙雅实习支教的美术师范生实习支教资源进行了调查和初步探索,并做了SWOT分析,为以后美术师范生实习支教提供帮助及促进南疆美术教育发展尽一点微薄之力。     

我国医学院校临床实习质量评价实施现状调查研究

对全国112所高等医学院校临床实习质量评价实施现状调查表明:我国临床实习质量评价方法单一,绝大多数学校采用床边考试和多选题加论述题的考试方法来评价临床实习质量.为此,应进一步开展临床实习质量综合评价的研究,尽快建立一套科学合理、行之有效的临床实习质量综合评价体系.

实习初期教师职业认同的发展轨迹及其与主动性人格的关系:一项追踪研究

采用主动性人格量表、工作绩效量表、人际关系量表、教师职业认同量表对385名实习教师从其实习第一周起连续追踪测量五周,利用多层线性模型探讨实习初期教师职业认同的发展轨迹,以及主动性人格对教师职业认同的影响及其机制。结果表明：(1)实习初期教师职业认同呈先高后低再升高的U型非线性发展趋势;(2)工作绩效和人际关系在主动性人格与教师职业认同之间起部分中介作用,且工作绩效的中介效应显著大于人际关系的中介效应。研究结果不仅揭示了实习初期教师职业认同的动态发展轨迹,同时还揭示了主动性人格影响教师职业认同的中介机制,对提升教师培养质量具有重要的参考价值。     

高校艺术设计专业毕业实习与就业关系及对策探析

大型教学医院应加强肿瘤疾病数据库的建设

建立恶性肿瘤疾病数据库（carcinoma cases database,CCD）来管理肿瘤患者的临床资料是临床医学信息化、现代化的迫切要求和必然趋势。大型教学医院应充分利用资源优势,遵循可行性、实用性原则,加强CCD的建设,以实现对肿瘤病人临床资料规范、系统、便捷的管理,更好地开展临床、教学和科研工作,评估肿瘤疾病的疗效及完善病例的随访追踪。     

Student MEL software support for instructors and teaching assistants in research methods course

A number of common problems plague the teaching of the undergraduate research methods course, from the training of teaching assistants to providing meaningful experimental materials to handling data acquisition and analysis. The Student Micro Experimental Laboratory (MEL) offers a systematic approach to the management of a computerized research methods laboratory course by combining high-quality experiments in many areas of psychology with background materials to help the instructor and teaching assistant. The software presents and collects data from 28 experiments. The data can be analyzed for single subjects and for classes as a whole. Students can rapidly implement new experiments in a variety of paradigms. An expanding library of experiments created by students and instructors should provide an expanding environment for teaching experimental research methods. Instructor’s materials provide background information, discussion questions, and data analysis for all experiments. The student workbook provides discussion of the background of the experiment, details of the methodology, and questions addressing various aspects of experimental design and interpretation of data.     

Student Teachers' Classroom Management Anxiety: A Study on Behavior Management and Teaching Management

The purpose of this study is to examine student teachers' anxiety related to classroom management in terms of behavior and teaching management. The study is carried out with the participation of 700 student teachers attending Ziya Gökalp Education Faculty at Dicle University in the 2007–2008 academic year. In order to determine their anxiety levels concerning behavior management and teaching management, the scales of “behavior management anxiety” and “teaching management anxiety” are used. Data are analyzed with correlation (Pearson), t test, and analysis of variance techniques. The Scheffé test is used to test significance. According to the student teachers' participation to school experience and to their branches, significant differences are determined between all subscales of behavior management anxiety levels.     

中美教学医院门诊病历管理对比研究

通过文献检索、走访调研并结合笔者对美国教学医院门诊病历管理的实地考察,本文对中美两国教学医院人员对门诊病历管理的认识理念、门诊病历管理的方式、病历的规范设计以及门诊病历的质量控制等方面进行了对比研究。显示我国教学医院在门诊病历管理方面与发达国家存在着差距。从提高临床医疗和医学教学质量、有利于患者疾病的诊治和培养当代优秀...     

Reciprocal peer management: Improving staff instruction in a vocational training program

To test the feasibility and utility of involving peers as sources of feedback, 6 subjects, instructors in a vocational program for adults with mental retardation, participated in a staff training and management program. Subjects' teaching interactions were assessed during baseline, in-service training (on effective teaching), return-to-baseline, peer management, and follow-up phases. Peer management was introduced in multiple baseline fashion across pairs of subjects. Members of each pair were trained to monitor peer teaching, to record and graph data, to provide feedback, and to set goals with the peer. Each pair then performed these procedures on the job for several weeks, during which time 4 of the 6 subjects increased their use of effective teaching methods (over baseline). However, inconsistencies in the magnitude and durability of these increases require that the study be viewed as inconclusive, although it has heuristic value as a promising model for involving co-workers in staff management programs.     

目前医疗执业环境对临床实习带教的影响和对策

现有的医师执业制度和不完善的医疗保障体制使医疗环境复杂化,为临床实习带教带来新的问题和挑战。探索新的教学意识和带教模式是提高临床实习质量的关键。文章分析了目前医疗执业环境对临床实习带教的影响,提出加强带教意识,在建构主义教学理论指导下,应由“教”转为“学”,采用“互动式”教学模式提高临床实习水平。     

Analysis of higher education and management model based on cognitive anthropology

In this paper, the application of computer technology in higher education and management mode based on cognitive anthropology was studied and a teaching recommendation method was constructed. Firstly, on the basis of the existing teaching recommendation research results, teaching recommendation was carried out by adopting the methods of linear weighting and cascade combination and combining with human social factors, geographical factors and time factors, and the validity of the results was improved. Then, the expansion was carried out in the Apache cluster environment, and the efficiency and scalability of teaching recommendation were improved, so that an innovative mode of higher education research and management was created. Experiments show that the implementation efficiency of comprehensive teaching recommendation method achieved in an Apache cluster environment is high. As the amount of data increases, the efficiency advantages become more pronounced.     

Teachers' feeling of belonging, exhaustion, and job satisfaction: the role of school goal structure and value consonance

In their daily teaching and classroom management, teachers inevitably communicate and represent values. The purpose of this study was to explore relations between teachers' perception of school level values represented by the goal structure of the school and value consonance (the degree to which they felt that they shared the prevailing norms and values at the school), teachers' feeling of belonging, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and motivation to leave the teaching profession. The participants were 231 Norwegian teachers in elementary school and middle school. Data were analyzed by means of structural equation modeling (SEM). Teachers' perception of mastery goal structure was strongly and positively related to value consonance and negatively related to emotional exhaustion, whereas performance goal structure, in the SEM model, was not significantly related to these constructs. Furthermore, value consonance was positively related to teachers' feeling of belonging and job satisfaction, whereas emotional exhaustion was negatively associated with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was the strongest predictor of motivation to leave the teaching profession. A practical implication of the study is that educational goals and values should be explicitly discussed and clarified, both by education authorities and at the school level.     

A Comparison of Successful Smoking Cessation Interventions for Adults and Adolescent

This review of the counseling literature analyzes the motivating and impeding factors for adults and adolescents regarding smoking cessation. Adults and adolescents prefer to stop smoking on their own; however, even brief counseling will increase their chances of success. In addition to giving support, counselors can facilitate smoking cessation by increasing clients' motivation and teaching stress management. Counselors must be aware of how the social environment can influence a client's smoking status. With recent increases in adolescent smoking, particularly among African Americans, counselors should be prepared to help an increasing population of clients who will require smoking cessation assistance.     

Teaching the Candidate in Case Seminar

There has been insufficient focus on the impact and usefulness of the case seminar for teaching in psychoanalytic institutes. In order to better understand case seminar, questionnaires were submitted to candidates, graduates, and faculty in two psychoanalytic teaching institutes. The responses indicate that the case seminar format should be standardized; level of experience of candidates should be similar; professors should examine suitability of the case beforehand; and candidates need to be prepared for the group process. Findings are useful in improving the teaching of psychoanalysis and encouraging the creative use of the candidate's self in psychoanalytic training.
