La notion d'habileté a différentes significations pour le psychologue et pour le sociologue. Nous avons essayé ici de donner une définition plus précise de cette notion d'un point de vue psychologique et ainsi de fourair une meilleure analyse de la notion d'habileté implicite. Nous avons aussi indiqué comment les concepts d'habileté et de technique sont articulés. Enfin, nous avons traité quelques aspects psychologiques du problème de l'évaluation des habiletés. Nous avons indiqué comment les changements introduits par les nouvelles technologies apportent un regain d'intérêt à ces problèmes et en même temps permettent des les étudier sous un nouvel angle.
The notion of skill has different meanings for the psychologist and the sociologist. We have attempted here to give a more precise definition of this notion from a psychological point of view and thus to provide a better analysis of the notion of tacit skill. We have also indicated how the concepts of skill and technique are articulated. Finally, we have dealt with some psychological aspects of the problem of skill evaluation. We have indicated how changes introduced by new technologies provide a new interest in these problems and at the same time allow them to be studied from a new angle.  相似文献

隐性知识是知识经济时代的发展关键,在多个学科的知识体系中占有重要位置。由于隐性知识有内隐表征、主观经验和情境性等多种跨层属性,导致管理学、体育学等学科面临隐性知识转化与管理的难题。隐性知识本质上是具身性的,身体经验与情境的互动为个体在知识系统中归纳与形成隐性知识提供了基础。隐性知识的提取与应用机制为组织对隐性知识的转化与管理提供了桥梁,而隐性知识的具身机制是其提取与应用的依据。本文将基于具身认知理论,结合多个学科的研究证据,对不同情境下的隐性知识提取与应用机制进行分析,旨在梳理出隐性知识的具身机制,并针对隐性知识的未来研究、转化与管理提出建议。  相似文献

The social skills deficit vulnerability model predicts that poor social skills minimize opportunities to acquire social support, in turn, leading to the proliferation of psychological distress. This prediction was tested in a 2‐wave longitudinal study that assessed 211 emerging adults at Time 1 (T1), with a 70% response rate 1 year later at Time 2 (T2). The results indicated that, after controlling for psychological distress at T1, social skills at T1 had an indirect effect on lower psychological distress at T2, through higher social support. Thus, people with poor social skills may be vulnerable to the development of psychological distress because they have less access the protective effects of social support.  相似文献

跨文化的心理差异造成了跨文化的管理理论、思想、制度和方法。为了减少合资企业中中外双方的冲突与碰撞 ,作者提出一种能为双方共同接受的新而有效的管理模式——共同管理文化新模式。共同管理文化 (CMC)下分结构组织模式与系统展开模式两部分。对近 3 0家合资企业的调研结果表明 ,在先进技术的引进过程中 ,合资动机的匹配 ,信息交流等都决定于共同管理文化模式的完善程度。理论、实证、案例分析都证实 CMC是中外合资企业新而有效的管理模式 ,应用这一模式会有明显的经济、社会效益。  相似文献

隐性知识大量存在于中医医者知识体系中。深入探讨中医医者隐性知识的结构维度,有利于中医的传承及个体隐性知识的转移。通过文献分析和专家访谈,发现中医隐性知识可以分为学习策略维度、临床技能维度、人际互动维度、情绪情感维度、价值取向维度和中医药文化维度。结合各维度之间的相互关系,构建了中医隐性知识的结构模型。为了提升该维度结构模型的科学性,对国家级名老中医、国医大师、中医院管理者进行了深度访谈和问卷调查,进行了验证性研究。  相似文献

A pay disparity between men and women persists,especially in the higher echelons of the business world.This study investigates whether salaries in the businessmanagement field are affected by gender, hours worked, SAT score, college selectivity,college grades, an undergraduate degree in business,graduate degree attainment, leadership self-confidence,and social self-confidence. The sample consists of 941 men and women employed in businessmanagement; approximately 8% of this group are racialminority members. As anticipated, hours worked, collegeselectivity, college grades, a graduate degree, and leadership self-confidence are determinants ofincome. Most important is the finding that aftercontrolling for hours worked, education background, andself-confidence in personal skills, men still receive higher salaries than women.  相似文献

Most studies of activism and social movements give more attention to methods and strategies than to the development of skills. Yet skills are crucially important to the success of campaigns. Research on expert performance provides insights into what is required to become highly proficient at a well-defined set of skills. These insights are potentially relevant to activists, as shown by the example of training for lunch-counter sit-ins in Nashville, Tennessee in 1960. According to Rosalind Hursthouse’s virtue based account of right action, an act is right if it is what a fully virtuous person would do in that situation. Robert Johnson has criticized the account on the grounds that the actions a non-virtuous person should take are often uncharacteristic of the virtuous person, and thus Hursthouse’s account of right action is too narrow. The non-virtuous need to take steps to improve themselves morally, and the fully virtuous person need not take these steps. So Johnson argues that any virtue based account of right action will have to find a way to ground a moral obligation to improve oneself. This paper argues that there is an account of virtue that can offer a partial solution to Johnson’s challenge, an account where virtue is a type of practical skill and in which the virtuous person is seen as having expertise. The paper references the account of skill acquisition developed by Hubert and Stuart Dreyfus. Their research demonstrates that novices in a skill have to employ different strategies to act well than the strategies used by the experts, and so the ‘virtue as skill’ thesis provides support for Johnson’s claim that the actions of the non-virtuous will differ from the virtuous. On the other hand, their research suggests that there is no separating the commitment to improve yourself from the possession of expertise, and so the ‘virtue as skill’ thesis has the resources for grounding the obligation to improve oneself in an account of virtue.  相似文献

This study identifies entry-level employment trends in technology, interpersonal, and basic communication job skills over time using classified newspaper advertisements from standard metropolitan statistical areas (SMSAs) in the United States. These skills were selected from a set of workplace know-hows listed in two editions of a U.S. Department of Labor report, the Secretary's Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS; 1991, 1992). The results indicate that classified ads specifically requesting technical and interpersonal job skills have declined, yet ads requesting basic communication skills have remained constant, with a high percentage specifically requesting these basic skills.  相似文献

Public school students participated in a group to enhance and improve anger management. The study used a pre-post design with a comparison group. Students were assigned to either Anger Management Treatment or Anger Management plus Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Each child served as his or her own control and received an empirically validated intervention. Pretest–posttest data were evaluated using the Social Skills Rating System, the Children’s Depression Inventory and the Children’s Inventory of Anger. Results indicate that the addition of the REBT component to Anger Management reduced anger as well as depression, while improving social skills, suggesting the addition of a specialized cognitive behavioral component increased the effectiveness of the intervention.  相似文献

Managers (N = 112) from a large international consumer goods manufacturer participated in a field experiment in which they learned and applied the Simplex process of creative thinking to solve real management problems. The interrelationships among six attitudinal and behavioral skill variables learned during the training were measured to improve understanding of how these variables contribute to the process. Predicted relationships were tested and a best‐fit causal model was developed. Behavioral skill in generating quantity of options was the most important variable overall: it was directly associated with behavioral skill in both generating quality options and evaluating options. The key attitudinal skill and the second most important variable overall was the preference for avoiding premature evaluation of options (deferral of judgment). The other attitude measured, the preference for active divergence, played only an indirect role in the process.  相似文献

This longitudinal study was conducted to Identify trends In entry-level technology, interpersonal, and basic skills related to communication using classified advertisements from 10 standard metropolitan statistical areas in the United States. Two competencies and one foundation skill were selected from the Workplace Know-How's identified in the 1991 U.S. Department of Labor's Secretary's Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS). Results indicate a decline in the number of classified advertisements specifically including technology and basic skills related to communication. Ads including interpersonal skills increased for a 2nd consecutive year, although overall percentages remained low.  相似文献

Too many special needs students leave school without being able to compete effectively for jobs which require problem solving, skilled literacy, knowledge of technology, and at least adequate interpersonal skills. In this article, key problem solving and decision making skills in which special needs students are deficientare outlined and evidence is presented for the importance of teaching these skills. A specific procedure called the Personal Problem Solving Guide, utilizing readily available personal computer technology to teach children social decision making and problem solving, is described. The Guide provides formats that allow for constructive behavior in discipline situations, as well as anticipatory guidance for managing conflicts, thinking about health choices, and reviewing everyday interpersonal and academic situations before taking impulsive action. A case illustration and related information are presented to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of using the computer as a tool for oromoting effective learning of social decision making skills and for bromotinlg the behavioral application of these skills among special needs populations.  相似文献

Long-term psychiatric patients who are transitioning out of the hospital often lack the social skills necessary to adapt to work and leisure situations. The behaviors that are appropriate in a hospital environment are radically different from behaviors expected in the community. This paper describes a short-term, 12-session, audio-visual group developed for an inpatient psychiatric population. The group's purpose is to provide a laboratory for members to look at their interactional styles and to develop improved social skills. Focused feedback and videotaped exercises allow group members to do this within a supportive atmosphere. The tasks introduced are designed to coincide with the developmental states of the short-term group. As the sessions proceeded, we utilized sequential exercises that would help members to feel safe, to problem solve as a group, and to practice communication skills.  相似文献
