本研究遵循克雷佩林连续加算法的基本原则,充分吸收内田一克雷佩林心理测验的长处,参照其客观化的作业方式和操作方法,并加以改进,研究并编制出一套既科学又客观的连续加法运算作业测验,以编制者的名义命名为SK-克雷佩林心理测验。并根据作业曲线的变化特征提出了“作业商数”这一客观化指标,可以对受测者作业曲线的总体分布以及与标准作业曲线的符合或偏差程度有大致的了解,并由此推断个体心理机能各方面基本倾向是比较协调还是略有偏差等。  相似文献

本研究运用问卷法“YG人格测验”、作业法“内田-克雷佩林心理测验”和投射法“色塔人格测验”对126名违法犯罪者进行了测试。结果表明,作业法和投射法人格测验二者相互补充和印证,揭示了违法犯罪者人格的某些特点,问卷法人格测验的结果与前者不一致,应该运用多种方法对违法犯罪者的人格进行研究。  相似文献

用缺陷儿童人格诊断量表和内田-克雷佩林心理测验对213名听觉障碍儿童进行测查,揭示了听觉障碍儿童人格发展的一些基本状况,以及影响他们人格发展的一些因素,研究表明,听力损失程度、父母是否听觉障碍、以及家庭(城乡)环境等因素对听觉障碍儿童的人格发展有显著的影响。  相似文献

留守儿童是我国社会转型期的产物,是新时期出现的特殊儿童群体.本文采用Y-G性格测验、学生团体主题统觉测验(G-TAT)和S-K克雷佩林心理测验方法,对江西玉山县242名农村留守儿童和一般儿童的人格发展进行调查,比较分析了留守儿童和一般儿童在人格特征方面存在差异,并从亲子关系角度尝试分析了导致这些人格特征差异的原因.  相似文献

以29名轻度甲苯中毒的工人和29名作为控制组的工人,就一些神经心理测验上的作业水平,进行了比较。此两组工人工作场所的空气,以8小时的TWA计算,所得甲苯含量分别为88.0ppm和13.5ppm。所实施的心理测验包括数字广度、WMS视觉记忆测验、本顿视觉保持测验、连线测验、符号数字、栓子安插和手指敲击测验。结果发现,轻度甲苯中毒的工人,无论在语文或非语文的短时记忆、注意力或集中力、知觉运动或手巧等方面的作业水平,都比不上控制组,显示轻度甲苯中毒组之脑功能已受损害。该研究亦进一步表明了轻度毒害性化学溶剂所导致的脑功能损害,可通过简便的心理测验予以相当准确的测查。  相似文献

本实验将计算能力的纸笔测验编制成复杂的计算机程序,使测验的刺激呈现、结果记录和数据处理等全山计算机自动控制。通过大学生的不限时测验,显示了文科生与理科生在计算业绩上的显著差异。通过不限时和限时测验的比较,表明目标设定一方面具有激发动机,提高作业速度的作用;同时对短期作业行为又有“认知妨碍”的作用,从而影响作业的质量.  相似文献

已有研究表明,“韦氏成人智力量表”中的“数字符号”测验反映年龄特点较为敏感,年龄差异表现最为明显。又有作者报告,“符号数字”作业是较“数字符号”作业更为敏感的测验。两项测验的性质和测验方法是类同的。但二者的刺激项和反应项是相反的。在“数字符号”测验中,一个数字与一种符号配成“数字——符号”对,刺激项是具有高度空间定位提示作用的连续数字;而在“符号数字”测验中,刺激项是随机符号,其空间定位提示作用极低。因此,从联想学习记忆过程来考虑,“符号数  相似文献

传统观念认为罗夏测验具有投射测验的性质,因此受测者无法在其测验中故意“装好”和诈病。但相关研究发现,受测者的“装好”反应对于罗夏测验结果没有产生实质性的影响,不能改变罗夏测验的基本数据特征和结构汇总性量表;而诈病反应的研究结论不尽相同,受测者有可能造成罗夏测验变量得分的改变,伪装成相应精神病理症状。如果联合使用MMPI和罗夏测验,则可以精确地评估受测者的伪装反应。目前已有的研究存在被试取样单一、研究数量偏少、无法确定临界值等问题。罗夏测验“装好”和诈病反应研究还处于初步阶段,需要继续深入研究并建立专门的“装好”和诈病量表。  相似文献

国际上关于测验焦虑的研究已有半个世纪的历史了,我国在这方面的研究甚少。本文对测验焦虑的研究作一概要的综述,目的在于引起国内心理学界对这个领域的兴趣和重视。在焦虑理论上,爱屋华学派与耶鲁学派有着不同的观点。本文着重介绍了耶鲁学派的妨碍理论以及评价的威胁性对测验焦虑的影响。此外、关于成就动机与测验焦虑的关系,课题的困难度如何影响测验焦虑与作业关系,注意分配与测验焦虑的关系,测验焦虑的因素分析等实验性研究,也作了简要的介绍。  相似文献

本研究基于情绪的认知评价理论,探讨了不合规任务对新员工工作投入的动态影响机制。通过收集分析71名新员工连续5个工作日的追踪数据发现,不合规任务会诱发新员工的不愉快情绪,进而影响其工作投入,工作成长观能够有效缓冲这一负面影响。以上结论拓宽了不合规任务的影响后果,并为如何干预不合规任务给新员工带来的消极影响提供了启示。  相似文献

工作价值观是指超越具体情境,引导个体对与工作相关的行为与事件进行选择与评价,指向希望达到的状态与行为的一些重要性程度不同的观念与信仰。最近学者们越来越关注工作价值观的研究,内容主要涉及工作价值观的结构、测量、与其他相关构念的关系,以及跨文化、跨代际差异等方面的内容。本文对最近几年工作价值观的研究进展进行了全面的总结,并且分析了不同性别、行业、代际、国家地区人群的工作价值观差异。最后指出,今后的研究需要进一步关注工作价值观测量工具的跨文化适用性、工作价值观的匹配性及其变化机制等问题。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Bilingual children exhibit enhanced working memory (WM) skill relative to monolingual children, which could have implications for early mathematics development. Competency in mathematics is supported by conceptual and procedural mathematical knowledge, and numerical knowledge is in turn supported by underlying cognitive processes such as WM. Building on this evidence, we investigated whether bilingual preschoolers demonstrated, relative to monolingual peers, enhanced performance on WM and greater numerical knowledge. We examined the role of WM in numerical understanding for both monolingual and bilingual children. Participants were 4- and 5-year old children (74) recruited from preschools serving families from a range of socioeconomic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. Participants completed a nonverbal WM task and a range of numerical-knowledge measures, specifically numeral identification, addition, symbolic magnitude comparison, and nonsymbolic magnitude comparison tasks. Results revealed that bilingual children outperformed monolingual peers on WM even after controlling for age and socioeconomic status (SES). Bilingual children also demonstrated greater performance on addition and numeral identification tasks. For all tasks except numeral identification, WM predicted children’s performance on numerical knowledge measures. We discuss results in terms of the possible unique cognitive and academic advantages bilingual children may have.  相似文献

Measures of agreement are used in a wide range of behavioral, biomedical, psychosocial, and health-care related research to assess reliability of diagnostic test, psychometric properties of instrument, fidelity of psychosocial intervention, and accuracy of proxy outcome. The concordance correlation coefficient (CCC) is a popular measure of agreement for continuous outcomes. In modern-day applications, data are often clustered, making inference difficult to perform using existing methods. In addition, as longitudinal study designs become increasingly popular, missing data have become a serious issue, and the lack of methods to systematically address this problem has hampered the progress of research in the aforementioned fields. In this paper, we develop a novel approach to tackle the complexities involved in addressing missing data and other related issues for performing CCC analysis within a longitudinal data setting. ABSTRACT

Work values influence our attitudes and behavior at work, but they have rarely been explored in the context of work stress. The aim of this research was thus to test direct and moderating effects of Chinese work values (CWV) on relationships between work stressors and work well-being among employees in the Greater China region. A self- administered survey was conducted to collect data from three major cities in the region, namely Beijing, Hong Kong, and Taipei (N = 380). Work stressors were negatively related to work well-being, whereas CWV were positively related to work well-being. In addition, CWV also demonstrated moderating effects in some of the stressor–job satisfaction relationships.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Most Western societies face the challenge of steadily ageing workforces. In recent decades, research on ageing has intensively focused on the subjective age concept to understand the challenges and risks of increasingly ageing workforces. Nevertheless, the subjective age construct is subject to several conceptual uncertainties, namely, regarding its stability and potential work-specific drivers of subjective age. We address these limitations by a) investigating the stability of subjective age in a worker sample, and b) identifying work-specific drivers (e.g., negative work events, positive work events, work stress) of subjective age perceptions. Building on social identity and lifespan theories, we test our conceptual assumptions with an online sample of 168 U.S. employees, applying growth curve modelling in a daily diary study over one workweek. Results indicate that subjective age is a mutable construct and varies between- and within-person in the course of a workweek. We identify positive work events and work stress as between-person drivers and negative work events as a within-person driver of subjective age. We discuss theoretical implications of these findings as well as consequences for practitioners.  相似文献

Articulation work is an activity that makes other’s work easier or allows a whole work collective to reach its objectives. It is necessary for a coordinated functioning in organizations, but is often unrecognized and seldom considered as a full activity. In this study, we tried to find if work organization could affect the occurrence of articulation work. We analyzed articulation work made between pairs of persons and its relations with the proximity of their offices, the amount of working time in common, the proximity of their posts, the degree of interdependance linked to their duties. Among these organizational factors, we noticed that only the interdependance level could explain the differences in articulation work depending on the pairs of individuals considered.  相似文献

Based on the work‐home resources model, the aim of the present research was to test a process model of family‐to‐work enrichment by examining whether self‐efficacy (i.e., personal resource) mediates the relationship between support from one's family and work engagement. Further, it was assumed that positive affectivity (i.e., key resource) moderates the relation between family support and self‐efficacy. Using an occupationally heterogeneous sample of Slovenian employees (= 738), we found support for a mediating effect of self‐efficacy as well as for the moderating role of positive affectivity. In general, our results broaden the understanding of work‐family enrichment processes and provide support for the work‐home resources model. In addition, they point to the relevant role of personal and key resources in work‐family interactions.  相似文献

Many theories about human number representation stress the importance of a central semantic representation that includes the magnitude information of small integer numbers, and that is conceived as an abstract, compressed number line. However, thus far there has been little or no direct evidence that units and teens are represented on the same number line. In two masked priming experiments, we show that single-digit and two-digit Arabic numerals are equally well primed by an Arabic numeral with the same number of digits as by an equally distant Arabic numeral with a different number of digits (e.g. the priming effect of 7 on the target 9 is the same as the priming effect of 11 on the target 9). The finding was obtained both with a number naming task and with a parity judgement task. This is in line with the hypothesis that units and teens are part of a continuous number line.  相似文献

中国城镇低龄退休老年人工作与幸福感的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探讨老年人工作与幸福感的关系,并对其机制作出解释,本研究利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,选取具有城镇户籍、60~69周岁的男性和50~69周岁的女性,形成3406人的样本,通过独立样本t检验和回归发现,我国城镇低龄退休老年人工作与幸福感负相关;交互效应分析指出这种关系随着老年人社会地位的提高逐渐弱化;工作对幸福感的中介效应分析结果显示,经济收入、人际交往、积极心态中介效应不显著,闲暇活动中介效应显著。因此,由前三者构成的工作对幸福感的正效应无法抵消因为闲暇损失所造成的负效应。  相似文献
