中小学教师职业倦怠的现状及相关因素研究   总被引:48,自引:2,他引:46  
采用修订的Maslach教师职业倦怠问卷对647名中小学教师进行了调查,结果表明: (1)我国教师的职业倦怠整体程度不高,但与我国护士和美国教师相比,其个人成就感明显偏低。(2)男女教师的情绪衰竭和非人性化程度无显著差异,女教师成就感显著高于男教师。 (3)中专学历的教师的情绪衰竭感显著低于大专和本科学历的教师。 (4)小学教师的个人成就感显著高于中学教师,而非人性化程度明显比中学教师低,高中教师比小学和初中教师具有更强的情绪衰竭感。 (5)教龄为5-10年的小学教师和教龄为11-20年的中学教师,最易出现情绪衰竭感。(6)教龄在5年内的初中男教师和教龄在11-20年的初中女教师,可能是职业倦怠的高发人群。  相似文献

以270名幼儿教师为被试,采用问卷调查法,探讨了情绪智力在工作家庭冲突对情感耗竭影响中的调节效应。结果表明:(1)幼儿教师情感耗竭处于中等倦怠水平。教师情感耗竭在性别、婚姻状态、所带班级、教龄方面差异显著。男教师情感耗竭水平显著高于女教师;已婚教师情感耗竭水平显著高于未婚教师;带小班的教师情感耗竭水平显著高于带大班的教师;6~10年教龄的教师情感耗竭水平显著高于5年以下及11年以上教龄的教师。(2)幼儿教师工作干扰家庭(WIF)和家庭干扰工作(FIW)与情绪智力呈负相关,而与情感耗竭呈正相关;情绪智力与情感耗竭呈负相关。(3)幼儿教师情绪智力在工作家庭冲突对工作倦怠的影响中发挥显著的缓冲作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨中学教师应对方式、教学效能感与职业倦怠的关系.方法:运用应对方式问卷、教学效能感量表和教师职业倦怠问卷(MBI)对河南省724名中学教师进行调查.结果:1.中学教师职业倦怠现象不严重,女教师情感枯竭水平高于男教师,差异极其显著(p<0.01);2.中学教师的应对方式、教学效能感和职业倦怠有显著的相关;3.应对方式、教学效能感与职业倦怠维度存在显著的线性关系(p<0.01).结论:中学教师职业倦怠现象并不严重,成就感较高,女教师情感枯竭水平高于男教师;应对方式和教学效能感对职业倦怠有很好的预测作用.  相似文献

以北京市5255名中小学教师为被试,研究考察了中小学教师职业压力源的表现特点。结果发现:(1)中小学教师职业压力源的五个因素,即工作负荷、学生学业、社会及学校评价、专业发展及学生问题所带来的压力,能够较好地解释教师职业压力源问卷的结构效度。(2)随着教龄的增加,教师面临的各种压力表现出增加的趋势,11~15年教龄段的教师感知到最大的压力,之后逐渐减少。(3)小学教师感受到的各项压力明显高于中学教师。学生问题如安全、行为问题是小学教师主要的压力源,而中学教师的压力更多来源于学生学业,特别是考试压力。  相似文献

中学骨干教师人格特质、一般自我效能感及其关系   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
该研究旨在了解中学骨干教师的人格特征、一般自我效能感特征,以及两者之间的关系。采用卡特尔16人格因素问卷以及一般自我效能感量表,随机选择参加江西省骨干教师、骨干班主任培训的286名中学教师进行测查。结果:1)中学骨干教师人格特质存在性别差异和学科差异;2)中学骨干教师一般自我效能感较高,但与性别、学科、教龄、职称等均相关不显著,教龄和一般自我效能感总体上呈倒U型曲线变化趋势;3)人格特质与自我效能感相关显著,稳定性、恃强性、自律性、忧虑性等4种人格特质比其它人格特质更能预测一般自我效能感的变化。结论:中学骨干教师人格特质具有自身的优越性,一般自我效能感水平较高,人格特质能够预测一般自我效能感的变化。  相似文献

本研究以393名小学语文、数学教师为研究对象,以“教师教学效能感量表”为研究工具,探讨了不同教师特征对教师教学效能感的影响.结果发现:(1)教龄与学历两因素交互作用显着.事后分析发现,初高中学历组和中师学历组表现出较相似的教龄特征,即参加工作初期的教学效能感较高,随工作年限增加有所下降,而后又上升;而大专及大专以上学历组,教龄主效应不显着.(2)教师的一般教学效能感显着高于其个人教学效能感.(3)小学教师的教学效能感有着不同于中学教师的特点.  相似文献

为研究区分教师工作态度的一个重要变量——工作投入,采用自编教师工作投入量表对432名小学教师进行了测查。研究结果表明:教师工作投入由工作重要性、工作乐趣和工作专注等三个因素构成;性别、教龄和从教原因对教师的工作投入有显著影响;女教师的工作投入高于男教师;随教龄增长,教师工作投入水平呈“波浪型”上升趋势;把“教师”作为理想职业的教师在工作投入上显著高于其他原因从教的教师,别无选择才当教师的人工作投入水平最低。  相似文献

本研究采用心理测量和调查分析法,调查了36名中小学教师对360名中小学生智力的主观评价与学生智力水平的关系.研究结果表明:(1)从总体上讲,中小学教师对学生智力的评价与学生智力水平的相关是显着的,而小学教师对学生智力的评价与学生智力水平的相关程度又明显高于中学教师;(2)任教科目、跟班时间、是否班主任、性别、年龄与教龄并不影响中小学教师对学生智力的评估.  相似文献

目的:探讨"双37"高射炮兵自我概念与心理健康之间的关系。方法:采用田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)和临床症状自评量表(SCL-90),对143名"双37"高射炮兵的自我概念与心理健康进行了测量、统计与分析。结果:不同自我概念水平的"双37"高射炮兵在SCL-90上的得分有显著差异,且"双37"高射炮兵自我概念及各因子(自我批评因子除外)均与心理健康状况呈显著的正相关。对"双37"高射炮兵心理健康影响最大的是心理自我,其次是生理自我。结论:引导"双37"高射炮兵正确评价自己、悦纳自己是促进其心理健康的有效途径。  相似文献

自我概念是个体对其自身的生理自我特征、心理自我特征、社会自我特征以及关联自我特征的态度,它是社会认知的重要内容。该研究仅围绕构成个体自我概念内涵的个人信息对145名大学生进行了调查,同时使用因素分析的方法进行分析。研究结果表明,在自我认知的信息构成中,自我概念从信息安全的角度呈现出层次性,具体可分为浅层自我、深层自我与中层自我等。  相似文献

本研究对杭州市2519名初二学生进行调查,考察学业自我概念在社会支持对学习成绩预测中的中介作用及该中介作用的性别差异。结果表明:(1)相比父母和教师的支持,对于初二学生来讲,同伴支持对其学习成绩的影响更大。(2)学业自我概念在社会支持与学习成绩间起中介作用。(3)学业自我概念在社会支持与学习成绩之间的中介作用存在性别差异。对于男生群体,学业自我概念起完全中介作用;对于女生群体,起部分中介作用。  相似文献

Influence of self-concept on school adjustment among middle-school students   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The view that children's self-concepts influence their school adjustment and behavior is widely accepted, but the strength of the influence and the contribution of specific self-concept dimensions to children's nonacademic performance in school are uncertain. This issue is important in view of evidence that behavior problems are acute among minority children in inner-city public schools. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between specific self-concept dimensions and school adjustment in three areas: (a) general classroom behavior, (b) group participation, and (c) attitude toward authority, as assessed by teachers. The sample consisted of 142 American middle-school children who attended four inner-city public schools. The results showed that significant bivariate correlations existed between each self-concept dimension on the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale and the three behavioral domains studied. Stepwise multiple regression procedures also indicated strong individual and combined predictive power among the self-concept dimensions.  相似文献

IntroductionIn this research we want to show that influence of social stereotypes linked to the social background on the students’ orientation is not a social fate that cannot be ignored but that there really are conditions that allow to reduce or even suppress those effects. The objective is to test the hypothesis according to which the seniority of the teachers, their type of professional commitment and the fact of working or not in an area earmarked for special educational assistance (prioritary education zone) must allow to significantly reduce the stereotypes effects on the academic judgment.MethodWithin the framework of an experimental research lead in school, we have asked high school teachers to express propositions of continuing studies as well as success predictions from ficticious student files reaching the end of high school. The results confirm that the bias generally observed in academic judgments are reduced in professors having a seniority above 5 years compared to the ones having a seniority lower than 5 years, those who have a strong work commitment, like the “self made persons” or “social activists” types, compared to those having a lower type of work commitment like the “self investors” or “careerists” types and those working in an area earmarked for special educational assistance (prioritary education zone) compared to those who work outside these areas.ConclusionThis research shows that factors likely to limit the effects of social background stereotypes on academic judgments do exist.  相似文献

This study examined the relationship between academic and social self-concept and teachers’ teaching styles (authoritative, authoritarian and permissive). The participants included 511 school students (53.2% females). They completed the Self-Definition Questionnaire (SDQ-I) and the Teacher Authority Questionnaire. Data were analysed to predict self-concept from teaching styles. On the one hand, females’ academic self-concept was positively predicted by authoritative and permissive teaching. However, their social self-concept was only predicted by permissive teaching. On the other hand, males’ academic and social self-concepts were not predicted by any of the teaching styles. Teaching styles seem to support learning self-concept in female students more strongly than in male students. The findings contribute to social cognitive theories when applied to cross-cultural settings.  相似文献

The present study explores the relation between academic self-concept, self-esteem, and aggression at school. Longitudinal data from a racially diverse sample of middle-school students were analyzed to explore how academic self-concept influenced the likelihood of aggressing at school and whether high self-concept exerted a different pattern of influence when threatened. Data include self-reported academic self-concept, school-reported academic performance, and parent-reported school discipline. Results suggest that, in general, students with low self-concept in achievement domains are more likely to aggress at school than those with high self-concept. However, there is a small sample of youth who, when they receive contradictory information that threatens their reported self-concept, do aggress. Global self-esteem was not found to be predictive of aggression. These results are discussed in the context of recent debates on whether self-esteem is a predictor of aggression and the use of a more proximal vs. general self-measure in examining the self-esteem and aggression relation.  相似文献

对991名城乡在校初中生施以Coopersmith自尊问卷(25条目版)测验。对问卷的测量学分析发现:该自尊问卷的中文版具有较高的信度,其与有关测量工具之间的效标关联效度合乎逻辑;对被试自尊特点的分析发现:初中阶段学生的自尊存在极显著的年级差异,初中二年级开始自尊极显著地降低;初中生的自尊不存在性别差异;城市被试的自尊在总体上高于农村被试,但城乡因素与被试的性别有交互作用;独生子女的自尊高于非独生子女,但这一差异仅存在于初中一年级。  相似文献

In many Western public primary school systems, the gender composition of the principals is more heterogenic than that of the teachers, but research on the effect of gender on social psychological processes related to school leadership is scarce. The present work aims to address this lacuna by exploring the effects of principal-teacher gender similarity in the Israeli public primary school system, where most teachers are women, on teachers’ trust in their principals and on organizational commitment. Data from 594 female public primary teachers working with male and female principals were analyzed. The results show that when the principal and teacher are of the same gender, both affective and cognitive trust in the principal are higher. Moderation analysis indicated that female teachers’ affective trust in male principals increases with relational duration. A second moderation effect that was found indicated that gender similarity and cognitive trust in principal have a negative interactive effect on teachers’ continued commitment to school, countering the positive effect of gender similarity on commitment. The results and their implications are discussed, and future research is recommended.  相似文献

本研究选取931名大学生为被试,采用自编“大学生自信问卷”?考察了大学生自信的年龄特点、性别差异及学校类型差异。结果表明:大学生自信总水平差异显著,除社交自信外,整体自信、学业自信和身体自信均存在极显著性别差异,男生高于女生;大学生在整体、学业和身体自信及其分维度上存在显著年级差异:一、四年级显著高于二、三年级,其中三年级自信度明显低于其它年级;学业、社交、身体自信及其分维度存在显著学校类型差异,非重点大学学生显著高于重点大学学生;年级和学校类型在身体自信、整体自信、学业自信、社交自信及其某些层面上存在显著交互作用;性别和学校类型在身体自信某分维度的交互作用达显著水平。  相似文献
