CXCR4／CXCL12在胃癌及结直肠癌中的研究进展

消化道肿瘤是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,远处转移是其预后不良的主要原因。近年来消化道肿瘤的发病率逐年上升,其相应的研究得到了广泛的重视。趋化因子对肿瘤的侵袭和转移作用也备受关注。 CXCR4及 CXCL12在肿瘤研究中已逐渐成为热点;最近研究表明,其与胃癌、结直肠癌等的转移密切相关,将为消化道肿瘤转移的防治提供新的思路。此文对CXCR4／CXCL12在胃癌及结直肠癌中的研究进展做一简要综述,CXCR4／CXCL12轴的深入研究将有望使其成为消化道肿瘤靶向治疗的特异靶点。     

CXCL12/CXCR4轴介导的信号通路与急性白血病

趋化因子受体CXCR4与其特异性配体CXCL12结合,形成CXCL12/CXCR4生物学轴,可以介导体内多个信号通路的转导,并受多种因子的调节,与白血病细胞的存活、生长、迁移、浸润、耐药、复发等密切相关.针对CXCL12/CXCR4轴的靶向治疗为白血病的治疗开辟了新途径.     

Results of self image studies in children and adolescents (11/12-years-old to 16/17-years-old)

The author in his present paper reports the results of studies made in an effort to reconstructively validate a method of self-imaging during childhood and adolescence. From the investigative results obtained it is apparent that during adolescence large self-image/ideal-image differences and low self-image values correlate with neuroticism, a situation which is similar to that which is usually observed in adults. Timid and introverted juveniles differ significantly from less timid and extroverted juveniles in both the self-image level and the self-image/ideal-image difference. Aside from the fact that the self-image level has been found to be relatively independent of intelligence, there are correlations between the maternal and child's self-image. It is of interest to note that the self-image level of children whose parents got a divorce is lower than that of children coming from intact families.

A programming system is described for the PDP-12 computer system. The system handles input-output requests from user-written routines.     

Near-infrared transitions of LiNdP4O12 and LiErYP4O12

Abstract

Fluorescence transitions in LiNdP₄O₁₂: ⁴ F_3/2→⁴I_9/2 (0·90μm), ⁴F_3/2→⁴I_11/2 (1·05μm), ⁴F_3/2→⁴I_13/2 (1·32μm), ⁴F_3/2→⁴I_15/2 (1·77μm), and in LiErYP₄O₁₂: ⁴S_3/2→⁴I_11/2 (1·3μm), ⁴I_13/2→⁴I_15/2 (1·53μm), have been obtained at room temperature. The positions of the energy levels related to the excitation, nonradiative and radiative processes have been established from complementary absorption measurements. The fluorescence lifetimes of the above-mentioned transitions have been determined from single exponential decays.
