合作学习对小学生同伴关系、成就动机和成就影响的研究 总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12
旨在探讨在我国开展合作学习教学的可行性,以及合作学习对小学生同伴关系、成就动机和成就水平的影响,运用自然实验和测量相结合的方法,选择了北京师范大学实验小学三年级两个班进行实验研究,其中一个班为实验班(n=35),另一个班为控制班(n=37).实验为期三个月。结果表明:合作学习在小学教学中不但是可行的,而且效果较为显著;合作学习对同伴关系的改善有着积极的影响,学生间的接纳度和被接纳度都有普遍的提高;合作学习在较大程度上激发了学生的成就动机水平,学生对合作学习的课程兴趣明显提高.成绩较差的学生表现得更为明显;合作学习对提高学生的学习成绩有一定的促进作用。 相似文献

Alternative propositions to female achievement motivation theory were investigated in this study. The subjects were 139 Brazilian women selected from a pool of 619 female college students previously classified by levels of achievement (Ach) and affiliative (Aff) needs. The subjects were assigned to three experimental conditions-neutral, affiliation arousal, and achievement arousal—and wrote stories that were analyzed by a projective measure (MPAM). A significant Achievement Level × Treatment Interaction revealed that achievement arousal increased the Ach scores of High Ach subjects but did not affect the scores of Low Ach subjects. Level of affiliative tendencies did not affect these results. Contrary to some of the speculations, achievement arousal did not inhibit the scores of High Ach-High Aff women. Overall, affiliation arousal did not produce the expected effects. However, within the affiliation-arousal condition, High Aff subjects obtained significantly higher scores than Low Aff subjects. 相似文献

通过问卷研究方法,研究了影响企业员工自我职业生涯管理的组织及个人心理因素,其中组织因素主要是组织开展的职业生涯管理,个人心理因素主要是掌握动机、超越动机和一般自我效能感。先通过对13家企业的449名被试的研究,确立了研究所使用的相关问卷的项目和信度、效度。然后再通过对11家企业所搜集的399份有效问卷的分析,结果表明:组织和个人心理因素均对自我职业生涯管理有积极的影响,特别是组织职业生涯管理和超越动机影响力比较大 相似文献

以英汉配对词为实验材料探讨了呈现方式、自我效能感和成就动机对FOK判断(Feeling of Knowing)的影响,被试是144名大学生。实验结果表明:(1)呈现方式、自我效能感和成就动机均显著影响FOK判断等级的高低和判断的准确性;(2)自我效能感和成就动机在影响FDK判断方面有显著的交互作用,成就动机对FDK判断的作用受自我效能感影响;(3)被试的回忆成绩、再认成绩和FDK判断准确性之间均有显著的正相关,表明客体记忆与无记忆之间有较密切的联系。 相似文献

THE PERILS OF PARTICIPATION: EFFECTS OF CHOICE OF TRAINING ON TRAINEE MOTIVATION AND LEARNING 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
This study presents an empirical test of the effects of trainee choice of training on subsequent motivation and learning. 207 trainees were randomly assigned to one of three conditions: (a) no choice of training; (b) choice of training–but choice not received; (c) choice of training–with choice received. A pilot study was used to create a unique training context whereby trainees could be differentiated on the three conditions of choice, while all ultimately received the identical training module. Results indicated that, after controlling for cognitive ability, those trainees having a choice of training did have greater motivation to learn, provided they were ultimately given the training of their choice. On the other hand, trainees allowed to choose but whose choice was not the training module subsequently delivered were less motivated and learned less than those not asked to participate in the choice of training at all. These findings suggest that, in an organizational training context, there may be some "perils of participation." Implications for future research and practice are discussed. 相似文献

This field experiment investigated the effects of exchange-inducing treatments on pre- and postentry commitment of military recruits. Behavioral (volunteering for combat service and turnover), intentional (willingness to commit to combat service), and attitudinal (commitment, satisfaction, perceived fairness, and perceived choice variety) outcomes are examined. Two exchange-inducing experimental groups, one receiving realistic job preview and another receiving decisionmaking training, were compared to 3 control groups. Results indicated that preentry commitment was significantly higher among participants in the exchange-inducing conditions. However, the effect of decisionmaking training lasted longer than the effect of realistic job preview. 相似文献

本文初次将成就动机与学习策略联系起来研究,考察出了目前初中生使用的九种主要学习策略。研究结果表明:(1)成就动机、学习策略在同等程度上影响学业成绩,两者间无显著交互作用;(2)不同成绩学生(优、差生)在成就动机和学习策略上有显著差异,这是导致成绩分化的主要原因之一。 相似文献

Les auteurs tirent deux hypothèses de la théorie de McClelland, selon laquelle les taux rapides de développement économique sont sous-tendus par un fort besoin de réussite. La première hypothèse pose que les étudiants des pays à forte croissance économique manifesteront une préférence pour les affaires, et la seconde qu'ils se sentiront plus concernés par la réussite professionnelle. Les recherches ont lieu au Japon et en Israel, pays à forte croissance économique, en Grande-Bretagne et en Irlande, pays à faible croissance économique, sur des échantillons d'étudiants mâles d'université. L'auteur propose un modèle théorique permettant une analyse détaillée des potentialités à long terme que possède une société donnée dans le domaine du développement économique. Les variables indépendantes comprennent (a) l'écologie et le système de subsistance qu'elle impose, (b) le type plus ou moins sévère de socialisation, (c) la stratification sociale et la distribution de l'autorité et (e) la nature de l'influence et des contacts modernes. Les effets de ces facteurs sont observés sur les variables dépendantes suivantes: (a) l'attitude moderniste, (b) la tendance dominatrice, (c) la motivation pour le succès et (d) le degré de tolérance. Ce modèle a déjà trouvé une confirmation partielle dans plusieurs cultures par l'étude de la susceptibilité à la modification des attitudes traditionnelles.
