操纵不同违例类型(语义单违例、句法单违例、双违例)及不同的违例词位置(句中、句尾),运用ERPs技术初步探讨了中国大学生二语(英语)学习者英语简单句的心理加工过程。结果发现,中间句法单违例诱发了早期左前负波(ELAN),句尾句法单违例引发了正波(P600)。句尾语义单违例诱发的负波(N400)波幅显著大于中间语义单违例。即存在违例关键词的位置效应。较之单违例,语义-句法双违例诱发的N400与P600波幅变化呈非对称性。语义-句法双违例句诱发的P600波幅大于句法单违例句;语义-句法双违例引发的N400波幅均小于语义单违例句。这说明句法与语义加工之间存在交互作用,句法加工在很大程度上受到语义加工的影响,句法加工对语义加工的影响较小。 相似文献

采用英语所独有且非常重要的句法结构——被动语态作为语言材料,选取某些可以在句子中的词汇顺序基本没有变化的情况下转换为汉语句式(汉语“被”字句)的“直译型”被动句以及必须根据其意义进行句式转换方能形成相应的汉语句式(汉语主动句)的“意译型”被动句作为实验材料,探讨了在动词语义复杂条件下二语熟练度(包括晚期中等熟练者和高熟练者)对被动句加工过程的影响。结果表明:高熟练者正确率均高于中等熟练者,说明在动词语义复杂的情况下熟练度依然可以预测英语被动句实时加工的程度和水平。此时,语义违例的正确率最高、反应时最短,句法违例句则与之相反。双违例引发的N400效应显著,正确句和句法违例均未引发负向的N400;高熟练者P600的波幅明显高于中等熟练者,句法违例和双违例引发的P600效应最显著。行为指标支持语言间句法加工相似性效应——直译句反应快、正确率高。ERP数据则得出了与之相反的结果:直译句比意译句诱发出更大的N400效应,意译句则引发了较大的P600。上述结果进一步说明二语熟练度对语言间句法加工相似性效应具有很强的调节作用。 相似文献

采用ERP技术考察句子加工过程中句法信息和语义信息交互作用的时间进程。以汉语“把字句”为实验材料,分别比较句法违例句与双重违例句的LAN和P600效应、语义违例句与双重违例句的N400效应。与句法违例句相比,双重违例句的LAN效应的波幅更负,潜伏期更长,皮层分布更广泛;双重违例句的P600效应出现减弱趋势;双重违例句的N400效应的潜伏期显著长于语义违例句。结果表明,在句子加工的各个阶段,句法信息和语义信息呈持续交互作用,支持句子的平行加工模型。 相似文献

音高是音乐和言语领域中一个重要维度。失歌症是一种对音乐音高加工的障碍。探讨失歌症者对音乐和言语音高的加工有助于揭示音乐和言语音高加工是否共享特定的认知和神经机制。已有研究结果表明, 失歌症者对音乐音高加工存在障碍, 这种音高障碍在一定程度上影响到言语音高加工。同时, 声调语言背景无法弥补失歌症者的音高障碍。这些研究结果支持了资源-共享框架(resource-sharing framework), 即音乐和语言共享特定的认知和神经机制(Patel, 2003, 2008, in press), 并可能在一定程度上为失语症临床治疗提供借鉴。 相似文献

二语句子加工认知神经机制的研究尚处于验证和探索阶段,基本上还集中于对一语和二语的语义违例与句法违例反应的比较,更缺乏动态的二语句子加工认知神经机制的研究。仅就二语语义加工而言,所得结果充满矛盾,这可能与二语习得年龄有关。就二语句法加工研究而言,二语学习者显示出依赖于二语学习年龄的不同模式。同时,二语的句法加工过程依赖于二语和一语的相似性与相异性。其深层原因可能意味着存在一语和二语之间的句法通达问题。为此,应当系统考察语义通达程度和句法通达程度的系统变化对二语加工加工可能会造成怎样的影响,同时应开展以某种语言(如汉语)的母语者其二语(如英语)句子加工认知神经机制和以前者的二语(如英语)母语者为被试开展以前者的母语(如汉语)为二语的句子加工认知神经机制的比较研究。 相似文献

“语义错觉效应”是指读者在加工某些语义违例句子时,会暂时性地产生语义合理错觉,而只有通过继续加工或者再加工才能辨别出错误的现象,在脑电成分上表现为没有出现N400效应,却出现P600效应。“语义错觉效应”对传统的句子加工理论模型以及N400和P600的特异性功能意义提出了质疑。研究者在讨论此效应的基础上提出了多个句子加工模型,各模型对语义和句法加工的过程进行了探索,对语义和句法通道的关系做出了新的阐述,并对N400和P600的功能意义做出了新的解读。目前研究对N400功能的解释存在语义整合观和词汇激活观的分歧,而对P600功能的解释则从传统的句法功能转换到了更宽泛的加工过程。未来研究应关注词汇语义关系和跨语言差异,以期进一步揭示句子加工的认知及神经机制。 相似文献

选取二语中等熟练者和高熟练者两类中国大学生被试,共40人(27女,13男),年龄为20~29岁,平均年龄23.88岁。采用ERP技术,以直译型英语被动句和意译型英语被动句作为实验材料,通过比较无违例、―句法违例句1‖(动词过去分词形式错误)、―句法违例句2‖(动词过去分词错误用为动词原形而造成的句法违例)以及―句法违例句3‖(动词过去分词误用为动词现在分词形式)条件下的行为数据和ERP多维数据变化的基础上,探讨了二语熟练度和语言间句法结构相似性对汉-英双语者英语被动句句法加工过程的影响。结果表明:高熟练者的反应时和正确率整体上优于中等熟练者;难易度不同的句法错误信息会直接影响被动句的加工,对明显有错误的句法信息的反应速度最快,―正确的局部句法信息‖反应时最长。对明显有错误的句法信息的正确反应率最高,最根本的句法结构的错误信息最低。最根本的句法结构的错误信息引发的P600最大,无违例条件引发的P600最小;高熟练者对最根本的句法结构的错误信息引发最大的P600效应,中等熟练者的P600效应未受不同句法错误信息的影响。行为指标支持句法加工相似性效应——直译句反应快、正确率高;意译句反应慢、正确率低。并且此效应在中等熟练者身上表现更加明显。但是脑神经活动模式未表现出句法结构相似性效应,说明二语熟练度在英语被动句加工中具有更为显著的作用。 相似文献

This study investigated the relationship between expressive language ability and rhythm perception, pitch perception, vocal range, and vocal midpoint for 28 mentally retarded adults. A standardized speech test determined language scores, a standardized music test assessed rhythm and pitch perception, and vocalization determined vocal range and midpoint. Multiple correlation and multiple linear regression analyses indicated a significant correlation between expressive language ability and rhythm perception. Further research with music tests more appropriate for mentally retarded adults is recommended. 相似文献

The distinction between the processing of musical information and segmental speech information (i.e., consonants and vowels) has been much explored. In contrast, the relationship between the processing of music and prosodic speech information (e.g., intonation) has been largely ignored. We report an assessment of prosodic perception for an amateur musician, KB, who became amusic following a right-hemisphere stroke. Relative to matched controls, KB's segmental speech perception was preserved. However, KB was unable to discriminate pitch or rhythm patterns in linguistic or musical stimuli. He was also impaired on prosodic perception tasks (e.g., discriminating statements from questions). Results are discussed in terms of common neural mechanisms that may underlie the processing of some aspects of both music and speech prosody. 相似文献

Music perception involves complex brain functions underlying acoustic analysis, auditory memory, auditory scene analysis, and processing of musical syntax and semantics. Moreover, music perception potentially affects emotion, influences the autonomic nervous system, the hormonal and immune systems, and activates (pre)motor representations. During the past few years, research activities on different aspects of music processing and their neural correlates have rapidly progressed. This article provides an overview of recent developments and a framework for the perceptual side of music processing. This framework lays out a model of the cognitive modules involved in music perception, and incorporates information about the time course of activity of some of these modules, as well as research findings about where in the brain these modules might be located. 相似文献

Research into similarities between music and language processing is currently experiencing a strong renewed interest. Recent
methodological advances have led to neuroimaging studies presenting striking similarities between neural patterns associated
with the processing of music and language—notably, in the study of participants’ responses to elements that are incongruous
with their musical or linguistic context. Responding to a call for greater systematicity by leading researchers in the field
of music and language psychology, this article describes the creation, selection, and validation of a set of auditory stimuli
in which both congruence and resolution were manipulated in equivalent ways across harmony, rhythm, semantics, and syntax.
Three conditions were created by changing the contexts preceding and following musical and linguistic incongruities originally
used for effect by authors and composers: Stimuli in the incongruous–resolved condition reproduced the original incongruity
and resolution into the same context; stimuli in the incongruous–unresolved condition reproduced the incongruity but continued
postincongruity with a new context dictated by the incongruity; and stimuli in the congruous condition presented the same
element of interest, but the entire context was adapted to match it so that it was no longer incongruous. The manipulations
described in this article rendered unrecognizable the original incongruities from which the stimuli were adapted, while maintaining
ecological validity. The norming procedure and validation study resulted in a significant increase in perceived oddity from
congruous to incongruous–resolved and from incongruous–resolved to incongruous–unresolved in all four components of music
and language, making this set of stimuli a theoretically grounded and empirically validated resource for this growing area

This study explores the influence of bilingualism on the cognitive processing of language and music. Specifically, we investigate how infants learning a non-tone language perceive linguistic and musical pitch and how bilingualism affects cross-domain pitch perception. Dutch monolingual and bilingual infants of 8–9 months participated in the study. All infants had Dutch as one of the first languages. The other first languages, varying among bilingual families, were not tone or pitch accent languages. In two experiments, infants were tested on the discrimination of a lexical (N = 42) or a violin (N = 48) pitch contrast via a visual habituation paradigm. The two contrasts shared identical pitch contours but differed in timbre. Non-tone language learning infants did not discriminate the lexical contrast regardless of their ambient language environment. When perceiving the violin contrast, bilingual but not monolingual infants demonstrated robust discrimination. We attribute bilingual infants’ heightened sensitivity in the musical domain to the enhanced acoustic sensitivity stemming from a bilingual environment. The distinct perceptual patterns between language and music and the influence of acoustic salience on perception suggest processing diversion and association in the first year of life. Results indicate that the perception of music may entail both shared neural network with language processing, and unique neural network that is distinct from other cognitive functions. 相似文献
