运用行为事件访谈(BEI)技术访谈32名幼儿教师,通过对叙述事件的主题分析和行为编码以及对不同绩效教师胜任特征的差异比较,初步筛选出幼儿教师胜任特征,并编制成问卷,对问卷调查结果进行因素分析,构建幼儿教师胜任力模型。模型包括基准性胜任特征和鉴别性胜任特征,其中,基准性胜任特征指的是个人特质,包括9项子特征,鉴别性胜任特征包括沟通与交往、专业知识与技能、自我意象、追求卓越、成就能力等五个维度共34项子特征。  相似文献

为了探索团体心理咨询与治疗师的胜任力模型,本研究用行为事件访谈法对13位团体心理咨询与治疗师进行访谈,分析文献提取并整理成编码词表,并对访谈数据进行编码,统计各词条在访谈资料里的出现频次并排序。最终提炼出了团体心理咨询与治疗师的基准性胜任特征和鉴别性胜任特征,并整理得到了团体心理咨询与治疗师的胜任特征模型。研究表明,基准性胜任特征的存在表明团体心理咨询与治疗师具有共同的胜任特征,如专业知识、变化觉察、把握环境、判断力等;鉴别性胜任特征则反映了不同水平的团体心理咨询与治疗师在胜任特征上的差异,如专业知识、洞察力、观察力、分析性思维等。  相似文献

通过对38位高校辅导员进行行为事件访谈以及开放式问卷调查,初步筛选出47项高校辅导员胜任力特征项目,再以此为依据编制成高校辅导员胜任力评价问卷,对413位高校辅导员进行调查,经过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,构建出高校辅导员胜任力结构模型。结果显示,高校辅导员的胜任力结构主要包括工作能力、个性魅力、引导学生、职业态度、个人特质以及专业素养6个维度。该结构模型信效度良好,可以为高校辅导员选拔与培训等提供科学依据。  相似文献

具备专业知识的专业人员,在不同岗位上工作,有人成功,有人未获成功?非技能胜任素质应当是不可忽视的因素。本项研究以心理学研究和人才测评相结合的方法,对IT业从业人员的非技能胜任素质做了深入的研究,构建了IT业四类关键岗位——管理类、销售类、技术支持类、研发类的非技能胜任素质模型,并探索各胜任素质特征与工作绩效的关系,为IT业内各类岗位人才选拔、评价和培养提供了科学的依据以及人职匹配的操作模型。  相似文献

胜任特征被视为个体在快速变化的现代社会中获得生涯成功的关键能力,是近年来国内外工业与组织心理学领域的一个新焦点。这篇文章回顾了胜任特征提出的背景,阐述了胜任特征与胜任特征模型的含义,与大五人格概念之间的异同,以及胜任特征与职业成功、组织承诺、感知到的职业生涯管理、工作满意度之间的关系机制。最后,对胜任特征现今存在的一些问题进行了陈述,并指明了未来研究的方向。  相似文献

通过对18名家族企业高层管理者的关键行为事件访谈,建立了家族企业高层管理者胜任特征模型,初步结论是:(1)采用BEI关键事件访谈方法揭示高层管理者胜任特征模型,胜任特征的出现频次和平均等级是较为稳定的指标,最高等级分数受到了访谈长度的影响。研究还发现,胜任特征的平均等级、最高等级都能区分绩效优异和绩效一般的家族企业高层管理者。(2)我国家族企业高层管理者的胜任特征模型包括: 威权导向、主动性、捕捉机遇、信息寻求、组织意识、指挥、仁慈关怀、自我控制、自信、自主学习、影响他人等11项胜任特征。其中,与国外企业高层管理者通用胜任特征模型的9项相一致,与国有企业高层管理者的通用胜任特征模型的5项相一致。而威权导向、仁慈关怀是我国家族企业高层管理者独有的胜任特征。  相似文献

什么样的人具有资格担当心理健康服务人员, 这方面的研究属于心理健康服务人员胜任特征的问题。国外有关心理健康服务人员胜任特征的研究主要涉及: 核心胜任特征与特殊胜任特征、能力与胜任特征评估、胜任特征模型及其开发、心理健康服务不同具体领域的胜任特征研究, 这些研究对于改进心理健康服务人员的教育与培训、录用与管理有着重要指导作用。目前该领域研究的局限在于很少关注如何运用已确认的胜任特征去评价心理健康服务领域的学生以及从业人员。  相似文献

摘要 本研究旨在分析我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征结构并编制适合我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征测量问卷。在文献分析基础上,通过开放式问卷,行为事件访谈,确立了学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征理论结构。采用项目分析、探索性和验证性因素分析对860名学校心理健康教育教师进行施测,形成了《学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征问卷》。该问卷共57个题项,包含专业知识、普通文化知识、宜人性、尽责性、职业价值观、学生观、评估反思能力、协作沟通能力、专业发展能力9个维度,编制的我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征问卷信效度良好,适合用来分析我国学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征状况。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨优秀家电销售人员应具备的胜任特征。首先通过对20名家电销售人员的行为事件访谈,初步构建了家电销售人员胜任特征模型;然后通过对20例顾客与家电销售人员的互动进行自然观察,进而对所建构的模型加以验证。研究表明,家电销售人员胜任特征模型共包括9项:成就导向、主动性、学习发展、影响力、洞察力、服务意识、可信赖、情绪稳定性以及产品知识。  相似文献

研究采用质性研究和量化研究相结合的方法,对国有中型制造业中层管理者的胜任特征进行了系统、深入的研究,由3个部分构成。研究1采用行为事件访谈技术、德尔菲法、核检表法初步建立起包含17项胜任特征,聚为6个胜任特征群的模型;研究2对模型的内部结构探索验证,发现七因素模型比六因素模型更稳定;研究3采用聚类和层次分析法获得模型的系统权重。研究为胜任特征模型的研究提供了理论支持和应用指导。  相似文献

基于职业发展的大学生核心素质模型是对大学生必备核心素质的初步探讨。在文献分析和访谈6位相关专家的基础上得到《大学生核心素质(行为)词典》,包括21项核心素质的定义、行为指标描述及其对应等级分数。对优秀和一般两组各10名毕业生进行行为事件访谈,编码分析后得到大学生核心素质初步模型,包括踏实、学习发展、责任心、自信、人际交往、口头表达、坚持性和成就导向这8个维度。  相似文献

We surveyed American Psychological Association–accredited clinical psychology doctoral programs' (n = 83) training in psychological assessment—specifically, their coverage of various assessment topics and tests in courses and practica, and whether the training was optional or required. We report results overall and separately per training model (clinical science, scientist-practitioner, and practitioner-focused). Overall, our results suggest that psychological assessment training is as active, or even more active, than in previous years. Areas of increased emphasis include clinical interviewing and psychometrics; multimethod, outcomes, health, and collaborative or therapeutic assessment; and different types of cognitive and self-report personality tests. All or almost all practice-focused programs offered training with the Thematic Apperception Test and Rorschach compared to about half of the scientist-practitioner programs and a third of the clinical science programs. Although almost all programs reported teaching multimethod assessment, what constitutes different methods of assessing psychopathology should be clarified in future studies because many programs appear to rely on one method—self-report (especially clinical science programs). Although doctoral programs covered many assessment topics and tests in didactic courses, there appears to be a shortage of program-run opportunities for students to obtain applied assessment training. Finally, we encourage doctoral programs to be familiar with (a) internships' assessment expectations and opportunities, (b) the professional guidelines for assessment training, and (c) the American Psychological Association's requirements for preinternship assessment competencies.  相似文献

In the past 10 years the number of graduates in school psychology has doubled, and student enrollment has tripled. Rapid growth in the psychological profession has brought with it an attempt to make the doctoral degree the minimal credential for entry to independent practice. Examination of the characteristics of doctoral and nondoctoral training programs in school psychology suggests that each type of program has distinct points in its favor.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop a job-seeking competency model for North Korean defectors (NKDs) who are college students in South Korea. This study adopted the Delphi method with a panel of 17 experts, comprising of NKDs who secured their jobs successfully and South Korean field experts who have hired NKDs or assisted them with their employment. Through three Delphi rounds, 18 job-seeking competencies were identified with the definition, behavioural indicators, and competency significance. In addition, the preliminary utility of the competency model was examined. Implications of the study results and future directions for enhancing the validity and utility of the competency model are discussed.  相似文献

Professional school counselors have an opportunity to directly address the educational, emotional, and social problems facing lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth. The purpose of this study was to examine the multicultural and sexual orientation counselor competencies of school counseling students through a cross‐specialization comparison with community agency students. Results indicate that school counseling students had significantly lower self‐reported multicultural and sexual orientation counselor competency scores. Worldwide, dissertation experiences are acknowledged to be challenging endeavors for students and the faculty members who advise them, and dissertation completion continues to be a concern when seeking to improve overall doctoral graduation rates. Although a number of factors have been associated with completion rates across disciplines, further research is needed within professional psychology graduate programs to understand overall student dissertation experiences. In this USA-based investigation, a mixed-method design was used to examine the experiences of 25 professional psychology doctoral graduates’ dissertation experiences, 12 of which were self-identified as positive and 13 as negative. Participants with positive experiences typically had supportive relationships with their dissertation chairs and committee members, which enhanced their research confidence and professional development. Participants with negative dissertation experiences typically had difficult relationships with dissertation chairs and committee members, which was associated with immediate and long-lasting negative consequences for participants’ professional growth and emotional well-being. The advisory working alliance was stronger for graduates with positive than negative experiences, although research attitudes and self-efficacy beliefs were not different between the two groups.  相似文献

Little is known about the overall characteristics and beliefs of Canadian counselling psychology doctoral students. An online survey was administered to 43 doctoral students across all Canadian counselling psychology programmes, representing an approximate 26% response rate. Results indicated that the average age of doctoral students in the sample was about 32 years and that the majority were women (about 77% in the sample). Additionally, findings can be taken to suggest that participants were satisfied with their choice of counselling psychology as a career. The doctoral students sampled primarily practised from an integrationist theoretical standpoint and spent very little of their practice time providing formal psychological assessment services or career counselling. Participants generally intervened through individual counselling or psychotherapy and were focused on disorder treatment rather than preventative or developmental services. Curriculum changes that should be considered from the results of this study pertain to the topics of assessment, career counselling, advocacy/media skills, professional identity development and prevention/developmental interventions. The results of this study can also be taken to predict characteristics of the next generation of Canadian counselling psychologists and the future practice of counselling psychology in Canada.  相似文献

After providing an overview of the family psychology landscape and the competencies-based movement in professional psychology, attention is paid to eight family-specific competencies in the following areas: the application of scientific knowledge to practice, psychological assessment, psychological intervention, consultation and interprofessional collaboration, supervision, professional development, ethics and legal issues, and individual and cultural diversity. Effective strategies for providing family-focused education and training to psychology trainees at the doctoral, internship, and postdoctoral levels and to psychologists through continuing professional education in these core competency domains are provided.  相似文献

Responses from 87 graduate programs identified 814 graduates (master's degree, n = 618; doctoral degree, n =196) who received degrees from 1994 to 1999 with some type of emphasis in sport psychology (SP). Doctoral (n = 107) and master's (n = 147) graduates completed a survey that identified their demographics, educational background, current positions, incomes, career goals, and SP consulting aspirations and work. Most of the doctoral graduates (73%) found positions in academia/research. Almost half the master's graduates had SP-related jobs and most of the rest had jobs related to the discipline that housed their degree. Compared to 1989 to 1994 graduates (Andersen, Williams, Aldridge, &Taylor, 1997), the present graduates perceived more fulfillment of initial career goals, greater satisfaction with SP work, less frustration over SP career progress, greater ease in finding paid SP consulting work, and more confidence in fulfilling future career goals. Doctoral graduates with athlete consulting career goals had less training than the Andersen et al. graduates. The findings provide some guidance for current and prospective students regarding graduate training and career opportunities.  相似文献
