Zum Stand der forensischen und forensisch-psychiatrischen Nachsorge in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (Daten aus der sog. Pfingstabfrage 2013)

In 2007 forensic aftercare was integrated into the German Penal Code as part of legal supervision. Since then a large and growing number of patients have been supervised by forensic psychiatric aftercare units throughout Germany. Due to the federal system in Germany the system of forensic aftercare has developed differently in the 16 federal states. The number of patients looked after varies widely and the implementation of several legal norms also differs from state to state. This article gives an overview of the situation of forensic aftercare in the different German federal states and presents some specific characteristics of the development.

罗姆巴赫完全赞同海德格尔将现象学方法带入存在论层面的尝试,但同时他力图克服他所理解的海氏缘在分析的狭隘性。在他的结构现象学中,缘在的结构分析必须被置于世界整体的结构生成中才可把握;而这种作为本己真实性的大结构的发生,不仅超越人的缘在也超越自然形式———相应地,对大结构的认识就只有通过密释学才有可能。由此现象学在罗姆巴赫那里“脱离了那种基于人的存在之上的固定”。经此深入,他提出了“深层结构的现象学”,深层现象乃是发生的境遇实践,从这里他迈出了东西方关于缘在体验的共同哲学的第一步。     

Die Praxis der Konzentrativen Bewegungstherapie (KBT)

In a survey the 458 members of the German Association for Concentrative Movement Therapy (DAKBT) were asked in a questionnaire, to answer the question how the actual therapeutic practice of Concentrative Movement Therapy (KBT) in Germany looks like. They were asked about their therapeutic setting, the patients diagnoses and the duration of treatment. 67.5% of the questionnaires were sent back. 191 of those who answered, are working as professional psychotherapists, 62.8% of them with out-patients, 51.3% in hospitals, 17.8% in both therapeutic fields. Besides group psychotherapy most of them offer individual therapy, especially with out-patients. It is shown, that besides psychosomatic disorders (being a wellknown indication) KBT is also applied in a broad variety of other psychic disorders. Half of the outpatient treatments is finished within 50 meetings. Female patients and patients with personality or eating disorders show up a greater number of contacts in out-patient individual treatment. The results verify that in practice KBT is no longer confined to a supplementary group therapy.

Indikation zur ambulanten Nachsorge (Curriculum Hannover) in der Psychosomatischen Rehabilitation

Outpatient psychosomatic aftercare (Curriculum Hannover) was introduced nationwide in 2000 by the pension scheme. The effectiveness and efficacy of outpatient psychosomatic aftercare has been widely researched. This publication presents an indication-model based on four levels (capacity, participation, activity and impairment) whereas empirical results and clinical experience concerning participation in psychosomatic outpatient aftercare following an in-patient rehabilitation are considered in accordance with the international classification of functioning, disability and health.

本文基于作者在苏黎世大学伦理学中心学术访问期间的观察,研究分析了以死亡辅助和银行保密制为代表的具有瑞士特色的伦理学问题,并从某种角度展示了应用伦理学在瑞士的发展图景。     

The alignment of Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O near the Ag-(Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O) interface in silver-sheathed multifilamentary Bi(Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O

The Ag-(Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O (BSCCO)) interface region has been studied by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy to a distance of 2µm away from the silver in the Ag-sheathed multifilamentary Bi(Pb)₂Sr₂Ca₂Cu₃O (Bi(Pb)-2223) tapes. Owing to undulation of the silver surface, silver was found to play an important but not always positive role in the alignment of BSCCO grains. Based on the kink angle variation, the effective thickness of multifilamentary Bi(Pb)-2223 tapes capable of carrying a large current has been defined. We believe that the difference in effective thickness is the key reason leading to different critical current densities J c for these tapes.
