工作投入是个体在工作中的一种积极的、完满的融入状态, 它是连接个体特质、工作因素和工作绩效的完美纽带, 是组织创造竞争优势的重要途径。通过梳理工作投入概念的起源和发展, 并将其与工作卷入、心流、专念等相似概念进行了比较, 提出了工作投入的整合概念, 即个体面对工作时产生的一种同时包含积极的情绪体验、谨敏的认知和高度激发的体能状态在内的、持久的心理行为状态。介绍了UWES量表、SMVM量表等主要的工作投入量表以及相应关于工作投入因素结构的不同理论观点, 并根据近年来的实证研究对工作投入的前因和后效变量进行了梳理和表格化呈现, 由此进一步对未来的研究方向提出了三点思考。  相似文献

反生产行为(Counterproductive Work Behavior, CWB)是员工在工作场所中实施的蓄意伤害组织利益或与组织利益有关的其他成员的行为。本文对反生产行为的概念、分类、理论解释等的最新研究进展进行了系统梳理和全面回顾。在整理和分析已有理论和实证研究成果的基础上, 提出了反生产行为的发生机制模型, 即反生产行为的发生遵循“压力情境→认知加工→负性情绪反应→反生产行为”的逻辑顺序。“认知加工”和“负性情绪反应”是反生产行为发生过程中的两个关键环节, 具体表现为个体在压力情境下的归因过程及负性情绪的生成。在此基础上, 对与反生产行为有关的最新研究成果进行了整合, 并且对当前反生产行为的研究的开展进行了有针对性地评价和展望。  相似文献

The authors investigated the relationship between the variables of work engagement, developmental work personality, and academic effort in a sample of college students. This study provides evidence for the hypothesized positive relationship between academic effort, engagement, and work personality. When gender was controlled, the Work Tasks subscale of the Developmental Work Personality Scale ( Strauser & Keim, 2002 ) made the largest contribution to predicting academic effort. Engagement also made a significant contribution to the model. For men, work personality seems to be more relevant concerning academic effort, whereas for women, engagement may be more important. A discussion of the constructs of work engagement and developmental work personality is included.  相似文献

Despite the importance of work values in the process of career adjustment (Dawis, 2002), little empirical research has focused on articulating the domains represented within the construct of work values and the examination of evidence of validity for the construct has been limited. Furthermore, the larger number of work values measures has made it difficult to determine the key domains that constitute the construct. The current study sought to examine multiple measures of work values to understand domains represented within the construct of work values and to establish evidence of validity for these domains. Principal Components Analysis utilizing scores on the Minnesota Importance Questionnaire (Rounds, Henley, Dawis, Lofquist, & Weiss, 1981), the revised edition of Super's Work Values Inventory (SWVI-R; Zytowski, 2006), and Manhardt's Work Values Inventory (Manhardt, 1972) found that six components best explained the data. These components reflected the importance of: the working environment, having challenging work, opportunities for status and income, autonomy, organizational support, and relationships. ObjectivesSedentary time has emerged as an independent risk factor for numerous adverse health outcomes. However, little is known about the social-cognitive correlates of sedentary behavior. The purpose of this study was to provide preliminary evidence for the factor structure and composition of sedentary derived Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) constructs and to determine the utility of these constructs in predicting sedentary intention and sedentary time.MethodTwenty-three items were created to assess attitudes, subjective norms (SN), perceived behavioral control (PBC), and intention with respect to time spent being sedentary. Using a web-based survey, 372 adults completed a modified Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire and were then randomised to one of three TPB questionnaire packages: general, weekday, and weekend. Weekday and weekend participants completed items for work/school (less-volitional) and leisure/recreation (volitional) activities separately, resulting in five TPB models being analyzed: general, weekday work/school, weekday leisure/recreation, weekend work/school, and weekend leisure/recreation.ResultsIrrespective of model, items grouped into coherent factors consistent with TPB and explained 9–58% and 8–43% of the variance in intention and behavior, respectively. The strongest and most consistent predictor of intention and behavior were SN and intentions, respectively. Mediation analyses indicated that attitudes consistently affected sedentary time through intention.ConclusionsThere is growing evidence that the TPB is a useful framework for understanding sedentarism.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between work ethic and grit. Several direct relationships were examined at the dimension and broader construct-level, as well as each variable's relationships with external variables. Work ethic and grit were moderately correlated at the broader construct-level, both related to conscientiousness, and several dimensions of the constructs were related. Work ethic explained significant incremental variance in job satisfaction and turnover intentions above and beyond grit. However, grit explained incremental variance in stress above and beyond work ethic. Study implications, limitations, and future directions are discussed.  相似文献

Work disruption and procrastination include dysfunctional behavior in the context of completion of tasks in occupational and personal fields as well as in school and professional training. A psychological model for the explanation of work disruption and procrastination is presented. Based on this model dysfunctional behavior occurs when individual skills and personality factors do not fit with the demands and conditions of the task. Especially when depression, some anxiety disorders, test anxiety as well as adjustment disorders and personality traits related to personality disorders are present, work disruption and procrastination can play an important role as additional problems. A modularized intervention program is presented which can serve as a support for self-help, counseling as well as professional psychotherapy. It includes the analysis of dysfunctional behavior and cognition, improvement of work-related techniques, time-management and work conditions and reduction of distraction from work as well as improvement of work-life balance.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the degree to which the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) and Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) measure overlapping vs. distinct constructs in pediatric patients with mild traumatic brain injury (TBI), and to examine the demographic and injury correlates of such constructs as well as those of cognitive test performance. A total of 100 parents completed the BRIEF and the CBCL within 1 to 12 months after the injury of their child. Groups were contrasted based on the presence vs. absence of impairment on, respectively, the BRIEF and the CBCL. Exploratory maximum likelihood factor analysis was used to evaluate latent constructs. Correlates of the various factor scores were evaluated through regression analysis and contrasted with those of a test of verbal learning and memory.The results revealed that the BRIEF and the CBCL disagree about the presence vs. absence of impairment in about one quarter of cases. A prior history of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) was associated with an increased likelihood of impairment on both the BRIEF and the CBCL, whereas prior outpatient psychiatric treatment was associated with the increased likelihood of selective impairment on the CBCL. Latent constructs manifested themselves along cognitive regulation, emotional adjustment and behavioral regulation factors. Whereas premorbid characteristics were the exclusive correlates of these factors, performance on a test of verbal learning and memory was negatively affected by intracranial lesions on neuroimaging.It is concluded that the BRIEF and the CBCL offer complementary and non-redundant information about daily functioning after pediatric mild TBI. The correlates of cognitive test performance and parental behavior ratings after such injuries are different and reflect a divergence between premorbid and injury-related influences.  相似文献

Treatment engagement in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is associated with positive outcomes. Technology-based tools present an opportunity to facilitate engagement in CBT. This paper will first review specific CBT engagement-related constructs, modalities/formats for applying technology in treatment delivery, specific engagement features available in CBT-based apps, and the relationship between CBT engagement and outcome. The Fogg Behavior Model may inform a process for enhancing CBT engagement, specifically utilizing technology towards achieving perceived simplicity and activating behaviors. Two vignettes are presented that apply the Fogg Behavior Model (FBM) and Persuasive Design framework to illustrate CBT engagement related constructs and practical considerations in applying technology-based tools to support CBT engagement. The vignettes focus on homework adherence with a thought record as well as activity scheduling. This paper concludes with a brief discussion of clinician engagement with technology applying the FBM, considerations of cultural responsiveness and inclusiveness, and additional implications for future research.  相似文献

Skinner is, without a doubt, one of the most predominant figures in the development of Behavior Modification and Behavior Therapy. Skinners' work is essential to the development of Behavior Modification and Behavior Therapy. Beginning with the social need for efficient psychotherapy, and after having generated a solid theoretical body of behavioral laws, Skinner indicated and also developed the appropriate path towards efficient interventions for unadaptive behavior. He developed a new theory regarding abnormal behavior (psychopathology), as well as a procedural model for evaluation (diagnosis) and intervention: "The functional analysis of behavior". His applications for this kind of work are pioneering and at the same time, he is the agglutinant figure of what we today call "Behavior Modification and/or Therapy". It is remarkable that a scientist could change the theories and practices of a discipline as radically as Skinner and his work did. His work, however, still has its limitations. The best way to acknowledge and pay tribute to Skinners' work is to overcome these limitations.  相似文献

Job related work values were assessed in 68 participants of a psychotherapy training program and 30 students of two management courses. All three were academic based programs. Two inventories were used to identify potential differences, namely the Work Values Inventory (Seifert and Bergmann 1983) and the Questionnaire on Work and Job Related Behavior and Emotion Patterns (Schaarschmidt and Fischer 1996). There were significant group differences concerning job involvement, ambition, need for change and autonomy, willingness for overexertion, ability to keep distance and work values oriented toward income and career. No differences were found concerning the subjective importance of work, the tendency to resignation, the quality of life, the experience of social support and values related to work climate. These findings corroborate some of the stereotypes associated with these two areas of work.  相似文献

本研究旨在考察当代北京大学生的工作价值观。研究使用作者自编的调查问卷调查了北京4所大学的350名学生。调查结果揭示,当代大学生看重的工作价值观呈现4因子的结构模型,分别是:经济报酬与工作环境,个人成长与发展,组织文化与管理方式,社会地位与企业发展。与10年前的大学生需要结构相比,当代北京大学生已经从绝对个体观念转为集体中的个体观念,能够更加全方位地考虑个人的工作价值观。  相似文献

Adaptive behavior has become an increasingly important component of the assessment of children referred for learning and behavioral problems in educational settings. Yet the construct of adaptive behavior remains ill defined, and fundamental questions about the nature of adaptive behavior remain unanswered. As a result, measures of adaptive behavior are often problematic. Among the most important of these fundamental questions is the nature of the underlying relation between adaptive behavior and intelligence. The present study used confirmatory factor analysis and 556 school-age children from the overlap of the standardization sample of the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale and the Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children to test three models of the relation between adaptive behavior and intelligence: as identical underlying constructs, as completely unrelated constructs, or as separate but related constructs. The model specifying adaptive behavior and intelligence as separate but related constructs proved significantly better than either competing model. Similar results were obtained for preschool children and low-ability school-age children, further suggesting that adaptive behavior and intelligence should be considered as separate but related constructs. Two plausible models to further explain the nature of this relation are presented.  相似文献

Recent research indicates that parental work stress has implications for the quality of family interaction and, in turn, children's and adolescents' adjustment. Studies in two distinct genres are reviewed: investigations relying on global reports of work demands, family dynamics, and child and adolescent adjustment and studies focusing on within-person comparisons of family interaction on days characterized by high and low work stress. The effects of parental work stress on children's and adolescents' adjustment appear to be indirect. Work stress is linked to parents' feelings of overload and strain, which in turn predict lower parent-child acceptance and higher conflict, processes that in turn are related to less positive adjustment of children and adolescents. In the face of high work stress, withdrawing from family involvement may be adaptive in the short run but ultimately problematic. The strength of these associations depends on parents' personality qualities, parents' coping styles, and work and family circumstances.  相似文献

随着移动通信工具飞速发展,“全天候保持工作连通”的新时代已到来。在此背景下,工作连通行为对员工工作与生活的影响受到广泛关注。基于工作要求-资源模型,通过258份三时点的领导-员工配对数据探究工作连通行为的双刃剑效应。路径分析结果表明,工作连通行为一方面会通过工作目标进展进而影响员工工作绩效(积极路径),另一方面又会通过工作负荷进而导致工作-家庭冲突(消极路径)。多重任务趋向在上述两条路径过程中发挥调节作用,对于高多重任务趋向的员工, 积极路径的效果被强化,而消极路径的效果被削弱。  相似文献

In this paper we lay the conceptual foundation for work‐family facilitation. Work‐family facilitation is a process representing the synergies between the domains of work and family. We formally define facilitation as the extent to which an individual's engagement in one social system, such as work or family, contributes to growth in another social system. We develop the process through which facilitation occurs, provide a model and case studies of this process, and delineate additional theoretical and empirical research necessary to understand work‐family facilitation so that it can be managed and cultivated within organizations.  相似文献
