The authors surveyed 86 pregnant women (73%White, 8% Asian, 7% African American, 6% Hispanic, and1% Native American) to examine individual andorganizational factors associated with organizationalcommitment and planned timing of their maternity leavesand return to work after childbirth. Women whoseorganizations offered guaranteed jobs after childbirthplanned to work later into their pregnancies and toreturn to work sooner after childbirth. Women whoperceived supportive work-family cultures were morecommitted to their organizations and planned to returnmore quickly after childbirth than women who perceived less supportive cultures. Also, women with lesstraditional attitudes toward parenting planned to worklater into their pregnancies and return to work soonerafter childbirth.  相似文献

通过对健康素养促进型组织的概念内涵、测评工具以及影响因素进行综述,以期引起国内学者和实践者的关注,为我国健康素养促进型组织研究提供参考。综述结果表明,健康素养促进型组织概念内涵发展逐渐趋同;测量工具多以10项特征为基础结合各机构实际状况进行构建,分为医疗机构、服务人群以及综合视角三大类;影响因素方面主要涉及组织文化、人力资源、患者参与和组织支持等。建议将构建健康素养促进型组织作为落实健康中国战略的重要措施,积极开展适应中国情境的健康素养促进型组织理论研究,加快推进我国医疗机构的健康素养促进型组织建设。

This research investigates the importance of legal concerns over lawsuits, fear of AIDS in the workplace, and gender as factors influencing a manager's decision to disclose AIDS health information to coworkers. Data was obtained from questionnaires administered to managers employed in service, manufacturing, and government organizations. Findings indicate that both fear of AIDS in the workplace and concern over lawsuits exhibited a significant relationship with the likelihood of sharing AIDS health information and gender was found to moderate the relationship between likelihood of sharing AIDS health information, and fear of AIDS in the workplace. Male managers exhibited a higher level of fear of AIDS than female managers and did female managers, were found to be somewhat less likely than male managers to share AIDS health information with coworkers. Study findings, suggestions for future research, and implications are discussed.  相似文献

Minority dissent disrupts stability but also stimulates individual creativity, the quality of group decision making, and organizational adaptiveness. It is argued that we know little about antecedents of minority dissent in organizations. To fill this void, managers (N= 108) were asked about their willingness to take up a minority position within their team or work unit. Results showed that willingness to dissent was predicted by the manager's extraversion, as well as by group factors, including possibility for communication, goal clarity, and past neglect of disagreements. 探讨在人格调节和工作倦怠中介作用下,纪检干部的腐败容忍度与其组织忠诚度的关系。采用腐败容忍度量表、组织忠诚量表、工作倦怠量表以及大五人格量表对193名纪检干部进行测查,研究结果表明:(1)纪检干部的腐败容忍度与其组织忠诚显著负相关;(2)腐败容忍度能显著负向预测个体组织忠诚度,容忍度越低,组织忠诚度越高;(3)工作倦怠在腐败容忍度和组织忠诚间起部分中介作用;(4)腐败容忍度与组织忠诚的关系受到纪检干部大五人格的调节作用,大五人格中情绪稳定性、外向性水平越高,腐败容忍度与组织忠诚的关系越弱。  相似文献

Although there has been an official household waste recycling system in Taiwan, the system still works rather inefficiently because of problems such as resistance from citizens, political complexity, and those arising from culture. This study examines the antecedents of the behavior of household waste recycling in the context of an integrated model. This model incorporates a wide variety of important factors from previous research on environmental behavior into a single theoretical framework provided by the theory of planned behavior (TPB). This model was tested using data from a sample of 386 community residents in Kaohsiung, each of whom completed a survey. The results suggest that in addition to the TPB variables, perceived moral obligation further improved the prediction of intention to recycle household waste. Implications for operating household waste recycling systems are discussed.  相似文献

In a reanalysis of data previously published (Merten, 1992, 1993b), the relations between a variety of indicators of word-association tests (WATs) and personality variables, verbal intelligence, age, and self-reflected thought and speech disorders were studied. Multiple regression analyses performed with a group of 46 healthy individuals showed pyschoticism to be a strong predictor for response creativity. On the basis of the data, more stringent methodological approaches to the WAT (common and individual response condition) are suggested for personality and creativity research. A cluster analysis of WAT data from 43 schizophrenics, 15 affective psychotics, and 46 control revealed different response patterns to be related to a number of variables, such as psychopathology, verbal intelligence, and personality. Although there seemed to exist a clear relation between the dimension of conformity/nonconformity and WAT responses, this relation is far more complex than correlational analyses or group comparisons can reflect. This work is relevant to creative studies in several ways. It extends associative theory, for example, which is often used to describe creative thinking. Similarly, it clarifies how originality of thought--and its antitheses, conformity and commonness--arise and are judged while thinking. Additionally, it contrasts groups that have varying levels of creativity, including individuals with mood disorders.  相似文献

繁殖感是成年中期心理社会发展的主要任务,表现在生产能力、养育后代、人际和社会关怀以及领导能力等方面,包含关注、承诺、行动等维度,并以多种形式存在于生命周期的多个阶段。近来研究表明,繁殖感强调个体积极的存在和发展模式,对人际关系与社会和谐也具有促进作用。繁殖感的个体差异可表现在状态水平、年龄、性别角色等方面,主要受社会文化、个体内在期望以及父母教养方式等因素的影响。未来研究将从测量方法的整合,繁殖感与主观幸福感的关系等方面展开。  相似文献

The study's working model postulated static and temporal relationships among goal-setting variables, self-competence, and job performance. Two studies testing the working model are described. Study 1 involved administration of an employee survey to 225 employees of a military installation on two separate occasions. Self-report measures of ability, personal goals, and self- competence were used to predict self- and supervisory-performance ratings. Study 2 involved collection of comparable measures over three occasions from 191 employees of a U.S. Federal mint. Results of both studies indicated that a longitudinal path model fit the data better than a cross-sectional model.  相似文献

通过自制问卷对66所综合性高校医科组织开展调查。结果显示,医学部组织结构与权力配置评价一般(3.07±1.067),教学学院组织结构与运行机制评价稍高(3.49±0.878),组织绩效评价比较满意(3.62±0.811)。医科组织模式、运行机制与组织绩效评价呈正相关关系。不同职务、职称、工作年限和专业背景人员的评价结果差异有统计学意义,职务越高评价越低,工作年限越长评价越低,医学背景比非医学背景评价低。研究发现综合性高校使医科办学层次得到提升,医学部结构功能是影响医科发展绩效的重要因素,综合性高校医科组织运行面临制度困境,走向分权是组织模式优化与绩效提升的现实路径。
