徐素华先生文章把我提出的“中国马克思主义哲学”等同于他所说的“党的指导思想形态”,“在中国的马克思主义哲学”等同于他所说的“学术研究形态”,这不符合我的本意。“马克思主义哲学合法性问题”的讨论确实存在。“中国马克思主义哲学”是在中国实践中学习、运用,在总结实践经验、发扬中国优秀哲学文化、升华人民群众智慧的基础上发展了的马克思主义哲学。它是中国哲学的一个现代形态。它既是一个创新的哲学理论体系,又是党的指导思想的哲学基础。  相似文献

对新时期以来中国哲学史研究的追溯,如果说在盘点三十年积累的研究成果之余,还应该自觉承担一个反思和总结的任务的话,那么,追溯的本意,应该是去追问三十年来中国哲学史研究所遵循的观念和方法的背景,去探讨推动新时期以来中国哲学史研究展开的学科动力和问题意识,更为重要的是,去"如其本来"地重构中国哲学史研究展开中的时代逻辑与知识逻辑之间的互动关联.这样一种"还原重构"工作的重要性在于,可以促使我们理智地认识当前中国哲学史研究所处位置的来龙去脉,历史地理解当前中国哲学史研究的处境.而这一点,要远比立足于某一立场之上评点过往,更具建设性意义.  相似文献

I address the problem of whether philosophy can be international by its claim to represent rationality, hence universality. I argue in favor of this claim by focusing on the special logic thesis in Chinese philosophy. This thesis holds that a different type of logic must be used when studying the Chinese texts. I argue at length against the special logic thesis by examining the problem of human nature in the Confucian philosophers Mencius, Hsün Tzu and Kao Tzu. I show how their arguments can be reconstructed as inductive analogical arguments and as deductive argument. I then broaden the notion of the logic of argumentation into a discussion of metaphysical anti-essentialism and underdetermination in order to resolve the problem of human nature and also to show how the same types of logical analysis (more generally construed) can be applied to the arguments from these Confucian philosophers. Under my treatment, Kao Tzu, somewhat surprisingly, turns out to provide the most insight.  相似文献

Why should interpretation of conceptual schemes and practices (forms of life) across traditions work at all? In this paper we present the following necessary conditions of possibility for interpretation in comparative and Chinese philosophy: the interpreter must presuppose that there are mutually recognizable human practices; the interpreter must presuppose that “the other” is, on the whole, sincere, consistent, and right; the interpreter must be committed to certain epistemic virtues. Some of these necessary conditions are consistent with the fact that interpretation is not thwarted by the “danger” of relativism or of incommensurability. Some other conditions are suggestive of reorientations of methodologies of comparative and Chinese philosophy.  相似文献

"卦变说"是历代易学家常用的解易体例之一。张载作为义理派易学家在运用这一体例时体现出鲜明的特点。他以同时包含"乾""坤"两经卦的《否》《泰》两卦作为本卦,以其中的阴阳往来升降去诠释三阳三阴卦之经文与传文,透显出与其整体气化哲学的宇宙论、辩证观和社会历史观的连结和贯通。通过对此连结之深入发掘,对张子理学和《易》学以及二者关系的理解都有重大意义。  相似文献

Traditional Confucian political culture (including its concepts, systems, practices and folk customs) has a legacy that deserves careful reconsideration today. Its theories, institutions, and practices address the source, legitimacy, division and balance, and restriction of political power. Confucian politics is a type of “moral politics” which sticks to what ought to be and what is justifiable, and holds that political power comes from Heaven, mandate of Heaven or Dao of Heaven, which implies that justification and standards rest with the people referring to scholars peasants, workers and merchants. This type of justification is rooted in the public space and the autonomous strength of the people, and it finds guidance in the involvement, supervision, and criticism of the class of scholar-bureaucrats (shi 士). In this article, Western political philosophy will be taken as a frame of reference for evaluating Confucian conception of justice as well as Confucian ideas of distribution, fairness of opportunity, caring kindness for “the least advantaged,” and institutional construction. It will argue that the leading characteristic of Confucian political theory is that of “substantive justice.”  相似文献

Several leading theologians of the 20th century emphasized the “futurity” of God in their formulation of the relation between Eternity and time. Although the impetus for such proposals was connected to the rediscovery of the centrality of eschatology among biblical scholars, many of these theologians also appropriated (and participated in) a late modern shift in the philosophy of time. This “turn to futurity” created challenges for theological formulations that presuppose the deterministic and linear views of causality dominant in early modernity. However, this shift also provided a new conceptual space within which theologians could retrieve and refigure traditional resources for articulating the intuition that creaturely being (in all its temporal modes) is constituted by the coming of the eternal God.  相似文献

Quite a few studies in the behavioral sciences result in hierarchical time profile data, with a number of time profiles being measured for each person under study. Associated research questions often focus on individual differences in profile repertoire, that is, differences between persons in the number and the nature of profile shapes that show up for each person. In this paper, we introduce a new method, called KSC-N, that parsimoniously captures such differences while neatly disentangling variability in shape and amplitude. KSC-N induces a few person clusters from the data and derives for each person cluster the types of profile shape that occur most for the persons in that cluster. An algorithm for fitting KSC-N is proposed and evaluated in a simulation study. Finally, the new method is applied to emotional intensity profile data.  相似文献
