本研究旨在探讨父、母亲心理控制与青少年冒险行为是否存在非线性关系,以及是否受青少年自尊的调节。采用父母心理控制量表、自尊量表和青少年冒险行为量表对北京石景山区、山东省德州市和河北省邯郸市的四所普通中学七至九年级共2520名(男生1226人,女生1294人)学生进行调查。结果发现:青少年冒险行为与父亲心理控制呈U型曲线关系,而与母亲心理控制呈倒U型关系。调节效应分析发现,父、母亲心理控制与青少年冒险行为的非线性关系仅体现在中低等自尊青少年上,而高自尊青少年的冒险行为与父母心理控制无关。这表明,青少年自尊调节了父、母亲心理控制对其冒险行为的作用,父、母亲相同教养行为对中低等自尊青少年的冒险行为可能有不同的作用。  相似文献

采用创业心理特质问卷、就业压力应对方式问卷和创业意向问卷,以江西省两所高校252名大学生为被试进行调查,考察大学生创业心理特质、就业压力应对方式与创业意向之间的关系.结果表明:(1)创业心理特质各维度与压力应对方式、创业意向都存在显著相关;(2)模糊性容忍和成就需求对创业意向存在着直接的影响作用;(3)在冒险倾向与创业意向、创新与创业意向之间,就业压力应对方式都起着显著的中介效应,即创业心理特征某些维度不仅直接影响创业意向,同时还通过就业压力应对方式间接影响创业意向.  相似文献

研究旨在了解大学生社会支持、乐观倾向、心理弹性和心理一致感的基本情况及其相互关系,探讨心理弹性和心理一致感在社会支持与乐观倾向之间的中介作用,并对大学生乐观倾向的影响机制进行深入分析。研究使用大学生社会支持量表、心理一致感量表、心理弹性量表和乐观倾向量表对上海市某高校2979名大学生进行调查。研究结果表明:(1)大学生社会支持、心理弹性与心理一致感和乐观倾向的总体状况良好,处于正向积极水平。社会支持、心理弹性与心理一致感和乐观倾向均存在显著的性别差异,女生情况好于男生。(2)大学生乐观倾向与社会支持、心理弹性、心理一致感之间均存在显著正相关(r=.31-.50)。(3)社会支持对乐观倾向有直接预测作用,心理弹性和心理一致感的中介效应显著,模型拟合程度良好(χ2/df=36.80,p.001,NFI=.98,CFI=.98,IFI=.98)。研究为揭示社会支持与乐观倾向背后可能的原因与作用机制提供了理论支持。  相似文献

编制适用于我国成年人使用的心理弹性量表。通过对心理弹性研究的文献分析,将心理弹性定义为能够帮助个体从逆境、灾难、丧失或威胁等重大应激事件所造成的心理创伤中恢复过来的心理特质。在确立内控性,注重问题解决的应对风格,乐观性,接受和运用社会支持的人格倾向性,接纳性5个维度后,编写与之对应的50个项目。通过对420名大学生被试的测试进行项目筛选后,形成由30个项目组成的正式量表。通过对285名成年被试和457名大学生被试的实测,考察量表的心理测量学指标。结果表明,心理弹性量表具有较高的内部一致性信度和重测信度,也  相似文献

采用错误再认范式,考察了心理距离是否影响个体对他人行为的自发特质推理。实验1采用2(配对类型:图片-可推测的特质词、图片-不可推测的特质词)× 2(空间距离:近、远)的混合设计,要求被试判断特质词是否在前面的行为句中出现过,以探讨自发特质推理形成情况。结果表明,与近空间距离相比,被试对远空间心理距离的行为主体产生了更多的自发特质推理。实验2采用2(配对类型:图片-可推测的特质词、图片-不可推测的特质词)× 2(时间距离:近、远)的混合设计,被试反应与实验1相同。结果发现,与近时间心理距离相比,被试对远时间心理距离的行为主体产生了更多的自发特质推理。实验结果提示远心理距离比近心理距离更利于自发特质推理,并在解释水平理论的框架内对结果进行了讨论。  相似文献

为了考察心理传统性及现代性、特质移情、权威主义人格与双元孝道之间的关系,426名大学生完成了心理传统性与现代性量表、特质移情量表、权威主义人格量表、孝道信念量表。结果显示:1)心理现代性、特质移情对互惠性孝道直接效应和间接效应显著,特质移情在心理现代性与互惠性孝道之间起部分中介的作用;2)心理传统性、权威主义人格对权威性孝道直接的效应及间接效应显著,权威主义人格在心理传统性与权威性孝道之间起部分中介的作用。  相似文献

心理资本: 本土量表的开发及中西比较   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
开发了本土心理资本量表, 并将之与西方量表进行了比较。结果显示, 本土心理资本构念具有二阶双因素结构: 事务型心理资本(自信勇敢、乐观希望、奋发进取与坚韧顽强)与人际型心理资本(谦虚诚稳、包容宽恕、尊敬礼让与感恩奉献)。事务型心理资本与西方心理资本基本相似, 人际型心理资本则具有本土文化气息。本土量表具有良好的效标关联效度, 人际型心理资本、事务型心理资本和任务绩效、周边绩效、工作满意度、工作投入及组织承诺显著正相关, 人际型心理资本与传统性、相依我正向关系显著。相比西方量表, 本土量表的信效度更好, 对工作绩效有更强的解释能力, 尤其是对周边绩效。建议进行心理资本研究时应充分考虑中西文化差异, 对组织而言, 则应重视对雇员本土心理资本各要素的开发与管理。  相似文献

在心理与教育测量中, 项目反应理论(Item Response Theory, IRT)模型的参数估计方法是理论研究与实践应用的基本工具。最近, 由于IRT模型的不断扩展与EM (expectation-maximization)算法自身的固有问题, 参数估计方法的改进与发展显得尤为重要。这里介绍了IRT模型中边际极大似然估计的发展, 提出了它的阶段性特征, 即联合极大似然估计阶段、确定性潜在心理特质“填补”阶段、随机潜在心理特质“填补”阶段, 重点阐述了它的潜在心理特质“填补” (data augmentation)思想。EM算法与Metropolis-Hastings Robbins-Monro (MH-RM)算法作为不同的潜在心理特质“填补”方法, 都是边际极大似然估计的思想跨越。目前, 潜在心理特质“填补”的参数估计方法仍在不断发展与完善。  相似文献

由于广大投资者的行为决策与心理因素密切相关,因而深入分析从众行为对于投资决策的影响.对于推动我国证券市场健康发展以及促使投资者形成理性投资决策具有重要的现实意义。本研究发现:我国投资者从众行为的特征差异可以从信息权威性、关系亲密性、环境一致性、团组压力性、知识充分性、情绪稳定性、专注耐心性、信息敏感性这八个因素进行分析;投资者可分为“从众追风型”、“环境适应型”以及“独立稳定型”三类。  相似文献

本文利用实验方法研究证券投资者的追风行为,因素方差分析结果证明投资者拥有的资金量对其追风行为倾向有着十分显著的主效应,而投资经验对其追风倾向没有显著的主效应。同时,两个因素之间存在显著的交互作用。研究结论对于我国证券市场的发展与监管提供了实验依据和政策启发。  相似文献

Abstract

Clear empirical evidence has been found on how significant changes to a person’s environment can alter their behaviour. This is important when considering investments made on the stock exchange as the variations that occur in stock market prices are frequent and continuous. This study analyses the role instability has on individual investors’ behaviour when investing in the stock market. The results suggest that instability in investment situations plays a significant role in individual investors’ behaviour, probably due to the emotional effect provoked by the possibility of suddenly losing savings. This would modify the perception investors have about investing as well as their intentions, attitudes and feelings of control in regards to investment in financial markets, thus hindering the capacity to predict their behaviour.  相似文献

Experiences of psychological contract breach have been associated with a range of negative behavior. However, much of the research has focused on master of business administration alumni and managers and made use of self-reported outcomes. Studying a sample of customer service employees, the research found that psychological contract breach was related to lower organizational trust, which, in turn was associated with perceptions of less cooperative employment relations and higher levels of absenteeism. Furthermore, perceptions of external market pressures moderated the effect of psychological contract breach on absenteeism. The study indicated that psychological contract breach can arise when employees perceive discrepancies between an organization's espoused behavioral standards and its actual behavioral standards, and this can affect discretionary absence.  相似文献

An increase in retail investors, trading platforms, and smartphones is facilitating digital transformation in stock trading. Investments in mobile-centered digitalization by trading firms are rapidly becoming a source of competitive advantage. Distinctive psychological aspects involving risks, make stock trading a unique individual decision-making behavior. The objective of the present research is to examine the determinants of retail investors' behavioral intentions (BI) for mobile stock trading (MoST). Across two studies using a mixed method approach we empirically test a framework comprising cognitive risk-mitigation factors, perceived risk (PR), perceived financial cost (PFC), and technology acceptance model (TAM) constructs. The results indicate information quality, privacy, and security protection to mitigate the risk perception involved in trading on mobile platforms. Further, we report the mediation of PR in the relationship between the cognitive risk-mitigating factors and BIs to adopt MoST. Moreover, we find PFC to moderate PR and the TAM constructs' relationship with BIs to adopt MoST. Our research has important theoretical contributions and managerial implications to understand digital adoption behavior by retail investors for MoST platforms.  相似文献

Psychological science has a great deal to contribute to social welfare in all societies, because the world's most pressing social problems are behavioral in nature—violence, hunger, drug abuse, environmental pollution, low worker productivity, poor educational outcomes, and so forth. Thus, psychological research can inform public policies to improve approaches to these important social problems. The relationship of psychological science to public policy is often troubled, however, by misunderstandings about the role of science in the policy making process. Many scientists fear that their research results will be "misused" by others whose values differ from those of scientists. Thus, psychologists are reluctant to publish research results that can be used to support policies contrary to their own values and hesitate to ask research questions that can generate politically incorrect results. In this article, I argue that psychological science has a primary responsibility to ask dangerous questions and to report results honestly, without fear of their use; that research is not translated directly into public policies; and that psychological science should not be perverted either by fear of political consequences or by compromising truth in a quest for power. Three research examples are given to illustrate the different faces of temptation to pervert psychological science in a misguided hope that scientists' own values will be reflected in public policies.  相似文献

Previous research has typically failed to support the plausible expectation that lower psychological well-being accompanies longer unemployment. Two cohorts of recent school-leavers were interviewed over two years, and five data sets were available for investigation. Measures of both psychological distress and self-esteem were found to be uncorrelated with duration of unemployment for young men. For young women no relationships with self-esteem were observed, and in one cohort longer female unemployment was associated with lower distress. This was shown to be due to women's withdrawal from the labour market because of pregnancy and child care. It is suggested that the expected association between duration and well-being may be restricted to older samples and longer periods out of work.  相似文献

资本市场中投资者的羊群行为是资本市场上的一种典型现象,它是指在不确定情境中,投资者在相同时间段内模仿他人进行投资决策的行为。通过比较羊群行为与从众行为发现,两者存在本质区别。目前,大量研究从社会影响、认知机制以及进化机制三个方面深入分析羊群行为的形成原因。此外,研究还发现,情境的不确定性、市场环境、群体内部一致性程度、个体的情绪与动机对投资者的羊群行为都会产生一定的影响。在总结相关研究后发现,羊群行为具有其自身独特的信息加工模式。未来关于羊群行为的研究应该从探索专家羊群行为的信息加工方式,提高研究的外部效度,探索认知神经机制,进行跨文化研究和探讨羊群行为与人格之间的关系等五个方面展开。  相似文献

Previous research on psychological contracts has focused on whether or not employees feel their employers have fulfilled the promises made to them. Instead, here we examine how perceptions of the external labor market, particularly about whether present psychological contracts could be replicated elsewhere, influence employees’ attachment to their current employers. In a longitudinal study of a diverse employee sample, we found perceptions that psychological contracts could not be replicated elsewhere accounted for a substantial amount of the variance in affective commitment (.38) and normative commitment (.29) and a smaller, but significant, amount of the variance in continuance commitment (.04). We also found significant moderating effects of age, work experience, and career stage on these relationships. The article concludes with implications for psychological contract theory, organizational commitment theory, and management practice.  相似文献
