探讨箱庭治疗对抽动症儿童的有效性和作用机制。对一名抽动症儿童进行15次箱庭治疗,综合使用作品分析、访谈法和问卷法对治疗的过程及效果进行评估,结果发现个案的变化经过问题呈现、转变和自性三个阶段,箱庭治疗所提供的自由受保护的空间、矫正性的情绪体验以及良好的咨访关系等能够帮助个案减少抽动症状,提高情绪调节能力和人际交往能力。 相似文献

采用病例对照研究设计,探讨抑郁症状阳性人群初始沙盘特征。结果显示:抑郁症状阳性组在总数、动物、人物、建筑物、交通工具、植物类沙具使用少于对照组;抑郁症状阳性组沙盘空间领域使用少于对照组;抑郁症状阳性组在从哪里开始、对沙的态度、有无蓝色露底、是否使用桥、自己感觉是否满意、自我像是否在其中和主题场景上与对照组比较差异有统计学意义;沙盘主题特征回归分析显示进入抑郁症状阳性回归方程的沙盘主题特征变量有忽视、威胁、流动和能量。抑郁症状阳性人群在沙盘游戏中有特征性表现,初始沙盘具有临床心理评估的功能和价值。 相似文献

摘 要: 通过沙箱作品来解读研究对象的内心世界是为常见,然根据其作品来区分自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童功能的研究尚少,本研究力图为此进行探索。通过对126名已有医院诊断书的3.2~14岁ASD儿童的沙箱游戏行为、微缩玩具摆放过程观察及作品分析发现,ASD儿童功能越高,其沙箱游戏总分和沙箱游戏各观察维度的得分也越高,差异显著性均达到p<.001。ASD儿童功能越高,其沙箱作品的整合性、空间布局和想象力水平也越高。运用沙箱游戏或可区分ASD儿童的功能。 相似文献

基于初始箱庭作品的视角,考察父母婚姻问题对子女心理成长的影响及表现。采用实验组VS对照组研究设计,对两组共60名被试的初始箱庭作品进行数据分析。结果发现:与对照组大学生相比,实验组大学生的箱庭作品在玩具选择类别和数量、箱庭场景和主题、动沙方式和制作时间方面存在显著差异。研究结论:初始箱庭作品能在一定程度上反映实验组被试内心不够丰富、防御性强、自我不够稳定、创伤感比较突出等心理特点。 相似文献

A six-year-old boy, nearly expelled from school for bullying, engages an eerily alchemical narrative in sandplay therapy, and through a torturous process, redeems his hostile attitude. “Randy” fights numerous bloody wars, dubbing one “the war of the ancient dragon,” which symbolically relates to his work with fire, ash, and water. He goes through a protracted burning process, and in several sessions tortures human and animal figures in the fire. His work with war, fire, and water allows his violent tendencies to burn themselves out and leads to the resurrection of a new, more related consciousness, indicated in his declaration of himself as “king of the bloodfire.” This account of the boy's process traces the recovery and redemption of the feminine realm out of his violent, arrogant attitude. Randy demonstrates, in a numinous way, how the psyche's ancient language and healing capacity are fully alive in the imagination of a contemporary child. We see how the unconscious offers itself to be brought into consciousness by way of the imaginal realm, and how transformation occurs via the symbolic dynamism at Randy's fingertips. 相似文献

This study reports on the use of the Ericksonian approach combined with sandplay therapy to assist children who present with depression, a troublesome developmental barrier. Participants were six children and/or adolescents with depression (two males and four females; age range 7 to 18; ethnicity: five white and one black). The intervention occurred once a week over a two-month period (eight 60-minute sessions in total). Outcome data were collected using qualitative interview and thematically analyzed. The Ericksonian approach to sandplay therapy had an overall positive effect on children who experienced depression as a developmental barrier. 相似文献

Guidelines are proposed as a means of developing this relatively new area within sandplay therapy, and as a platform to open a wider discussion to bring together sandplay therapy and couple therapy. This is a quantitative study of an 11-year-old boy diagnosed with major depression who in all but one session made a sandplay. A computerized system was used to analyse the written verbalizations on four dimensions of positive and negative: emotions, contracts (psychosocial agreements, relationships, etc.), performance (behaviour) and rewards. It was hypothesized that the verbalizations made by the patient (recorded by the therapist) would become more positive and less negative during the course of therapy. The positive and negative values of the four dimensions were correlated with the session number. This was supported on two (performance & contract) of the four positive dimensions (statistically significant). The hypothesis that the negative dimensions would become less negative was supported on all four dimensions (statistically significant). Thus, six of the eight hypotheses were supported. This uninvestigated area of research illustrates verbal interactions between patient and therapist were an important aspect of sandplay therapy. Through reanalysing the sessions for quantitative content, written recording of direct quotes and observation of behaviour, data was entered into a valid and reliable coding system to quantitatively analyze the verbalizations. This analysis of verbalizations of the patient and observations made by the therapist indicates sandplay therapy is multifaceted. 相似文献

Most of the clinical experiences discussed in this article arose from monthly Zoom meetings at Rome’s Italian Centre of Analytical Psychology (CIPA). We set up a discussion group in April 2020, one month after lockdown began in Italy, and these monthly online meetings continue to this day. All senior analysts and analysts-in-training at Rome’s CIPA, whose backgrounds range from child and adolescent psychotherapy to adult psychotherapy and analysis, to sandplay therapy and medicine and psychiatry, have been participating in these meetings. The group discussions focus on the present time and its impact on us, as well as on our relationships with patients. By further developing these reflections during the lockdown in Italy (9 March - 3 May 2020), it is fair to ask whether a sense of unreality, depersonalization, or derealization has occurred, either in the therapist or patient, and if so, whether it is possible that therapists miss the human contact more than clients. We will mainly refer to clinical and personal experiences as our most precious guidelines. 相似文献

“Secondo” is a Swiss term for a person of the second generation after migration. While migrant children of the first generation carry high psychosocial risks, the rate of behavioral or emotional disorders is only slightly higher in children of the second generation. Early childhood raising practices and socialization can differ greatly from one country to the next which have to be considered in psychotherapy. Specific child raising practices and the effects are exemplified for India. Two case reports of a boy with a major depression and a girl with a combined depressive and anxiety disorder illustrate the relevance of an Asian cultural background in the second generation.
