以自我表露相关同义词作为主题词在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)检索2007年~2016年相关文献。利用SATI 3.2对纳入文献的期刊、作者、主题等关键字段进行数据统计,运用Ucinet 6.0对统计的数据进行图谱分析,运用SPSS 17.0进行多维尺度分析,并对研究方法进行总结。结果发现近年自我表露的研究逐渐增多,但尚未形成核心作者群,研究内容集中对学生心理健康和人际交往的作用,研究方法以描述性研究为主,对临床患者的心理健康研究较少,其临床心理的应用处于起步阶段,未来的临床心理治疗可关注患者自我表露对心理健康的作用,并对自我表露理论、方法作进一步探讨。  相似文献

从青少年与同伴自我表露的主题入手,以文献研究和已有问卷为基础,结合开放式问卷所获资料,编制青少年与同伴自我表露问卷。对917名青少年进行了施测,对调查数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。探索性因素分析结果表明,青少年与同伴自我表露的主题包括亲子关系、身体发育、兴趣爱好、亲密友谊、学习情况、学校经历和观点态度7个方面;验证性因素分析结果表明,所提取的7个因素与构想模型拟合较好,自编的青少年与同伴自我表露问卷的信、效度均达到心理测量学的要求  相似文献

网络自我表露是自我表露在网络空间的延伸.本研究对网络自我表露提出整合性界定,并将其从形式、程度和表达方式三种角度予以分类.网络自我表露对个体存在积极和消极两方面的影响.网络自我表露的产生和发展受社会文化、网络环境、性别、年龄和个体心理等因素的影响.认知实验研究、影响因素的深入探讨、新兴网络媒体的自我表露现象、跨文化研究和特殊群体的网络自我表露等可以成为今后的研究取向.  相似文献

本研究采用自我报告的方法,以294名初一、初二、高一、高二年级的中学生为对象,考察自我表露的6个维度在中学阶段的发展趋势。结果表明:(1)中学生在态度、爱好、学习、金钱、个性、和身体6个维度的自我表露水平上,从初中到高中均呈上升趋势。但从初一到初二、从高一到高二的发展变化不大,从初二到高一普遍表现出自我表露的明显而快速的发展。从初二到高一是中学生自我表露发展的转折年龄。(2)中学生在自我表露各个维度的表露水平上存在显著差异,在爱好和学习上表露的最多,其次是态度与个性,身体与金钱表露得最少。(3)在中学生自我表露的6个维度中,性别差异不显著,年级差异显著,年级和性别的交互作用显著。  相似文献

自我表露是告诉另外一个人关于自己的信息,真诚地与他人分享自己个人的、秘密的想法和感受的过程。文章从心理学的视角探讨自我表露在临床上的意义,并结合医学语料分析医护人员进行自我表露时应注意的问题。自我表露的临床意义体现在:能提高医疗效果,能调节医患关系,是心理治疗的重要方式。在临床应用中,医护人员的自我表露只有具备正确的表露目标,合适的表露对象,适宜的表露内容,准确的表露时机,才能充分发挥其积极意义。  相似文献

自我表露是社会心理学、临床咨询和治疗的重要概念之一。主要介绍了自我表露的概念,静态的现象或动态的过程;描述性与评价性自我表露或正向与负向自我表露类型;自我表露的功能;社会渗透理论、压抑理论、沟通隐私管理理论等相关理论及主要测量方法。早期研究主要集中在主题、目标人、性别差异及自我表露与孤独感、亲密友谊的关系等方面,AIDS/HIV表露、儿童性侵犯表露、情绪表露和创伤表露等现实社会问题的表露成为近几年研究的焦点。扩展自我表露的概念,进一步深入研究青少年自我表露以及完善和发展自我表露的研究工具是未来的研究趋向  相似文献

采用问卷调查的方法,对691名初一至大四学生的自我表露和自我隐瞒特点及其与主观幸福感的关系进行了研究。结果表明:(1)女生对父亲、母亲以及最好同性朋友的表露高于男生,自我隐瞒则低于男生。(2)初中生对母亲的表露高于高中生;中学生对最好同性朋友的表露低于大学生;青少年对最好异性朋友的表露随年级增长而提高。(3)独生子女对最好同性朋友和最好异性朋友的表露显著低于非独生子女。(4)青少年自我表露时对目标人的偏爱也存在性别和年级差异。(5)多元回归分析表明,对父母的表露能正向预测生活满意度;对父亲和最好异性朋友的表露能正向预测正性情感;自我隐瞒和对父亲的表露分别能正向和负向预测负性情感。  相似文献

性的自我表露(sexual self-disclosure)是自我表露中最亲密的形式。它是一个亲密的二人关系中一方把他(她)的性事表露给伴侣的程度。出乎意料的是, 和对于大量关于其他方面的自我表露相比, 学界对这方面的研究很少。在这些为数不多的研究中, 一些研究发现:性的自我表露和人们的性满意度是相关的。因此研究性的自我表露或许有助于了解或增益人们的性生活。过去的研究从未调查过文化是否影响人们对性的自我表露。在不同的文化中, 人们性的自我表露的程度和内容都应该会有所差异。现有的关于人们自我表露中的文化差异的理论研究对未来研究性的自我表露受文化差异的影响提供了方向。  相似文献

研究考察了自我表露热情与能力是否对人际吸引存在不同影响。通过两个实验发现,自我表露热情对社会吸引影响更大,自我表露能力对任务吸引影响更大,但表露负面热情也会显著削弱任务吸引,且表露正面热情与能力在社会吸引上的差异在男性身上不再显著。研究表明,自我表露热情与能力对人际吸引存在不同影响,且会受到表露内容效价与表露者性别的调节。  相似文献

While self-disclosure plays a prominent role in the development and maintenance of the therapeutic relationship, most marriage and family therapy clinical research fails to include measures of self-disclosure. A factor analysis of Chelune's (1976) Self Disclosure Situations Survey (SDSS) reduces the number of items in this measure from 20 to six. Researchers are encouraged to consider conducting clinical research with specific attention to the construct of self-disclosure. The revised SDSS could easily be added as part of the self-report information collected in clinical studies.  相似文献

Although therapist sexual attraction to clients is common, and therapist self-disclosure is an often-used intervention, therapist self-disclosure of sexual feelings to clients is an understudied phenomenon. In this article, I critically review the small base of literature on therapist self-disclosure of sexual feelings, including information on prevalence rates, empirical research, and case studies. By incorporating these findings with information from relevant sections of the American Psychological Association (2002) Ethics Code, my intent is to evaluate different aspects of therapist self-disclosure of sexual feelings and arrive at conclusions regarding therapists' use of these disclosures. It appears that direct, explicit disclosure of sexual feelings can run the risk of harming clients and may therefore be unethical. Therefore, the use of this technique is discouraged. I discuss the issue of using less explicit interventions.  相似文献

Self-disclosure (SD) is a common psychological intervention that involves expressing the patient's feelings and thoughts. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of different themes of SD on cancer patients. We searched eight databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library Trials, Web of Science, CINAHL, Medline, EMBASE, CNKI and Wanfang from inception to July 2022. Other sources included clinical data registers. The Cochrane Collaboration's tool was used to assess the risk of bias in the included studies. RevMan Analysis software 5.3 was used for data analysis. The protocol of this meta-analysis has been registered on PROSPERO (CRD42022339661). Twenty-two RCTs studies were included. The pooled results demonstrated that self-regulation self-disclosure (SRD) had significant effects on patients' sleep quality, benefit-finding, anxiety and quality of life (QOL), whereas emotional disclosure (ED) did not. Furthermore, enhanced self-regulation self-disclosure (ESRD) or cancer-related self-disclosure (CD) significantly improved patients' QOL, although health education self-disclosure (HED) and positive self-disclosure (PD) did not. Our study suggests that different themes of SD have varied effects on patients, but it remains unclear which themes to use at what point in time. Future research should investigate what themes of SD are adopted at different points in time and the duration of different periods.  相似文献

Sex differences in self-disclosure: a meta-analysis.   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
A meta-analysis of 205 studies involving 23,702 Ss was conducted to determine whether there are sex differences in self-disclosure. Across these studies, women disclosed slightly more than men (d = .18). This effect size was not homogeneous across studies. Several moderator variables were found. Sex of target and the interaction effect of relationship to target and measure of self-disclosure moderated the effect of sex on self-disclosure. Sex differences in self-disclosure were significantly greater to female and same-sex partners than to opposite-sex or male partners. When the target had a relationship with the discloser (i.e., friend, parent, or spouse), women disclosed more than men regardless of whether self-disclosure was measured by self-report or observation. When the target was a stranger, men reported that they disclosed similarly to women; however, studies using observational measures of self-disclosure found that women disclosed more than men.  相似文献

了解大学生的自我表露状况。应用自我表露问卷对大一至硕士研究生424名学生进行团体施测。结果表明,大学生对不同目标人、在不同表露问题上,自我表露的程度存在性别、年级差异:(1)女生比男生的表露程度高;(2)女生对女性的表露最高,男生对男性的表露中等,异性间的表露最低;(3)高年级的表露多于低年级的表露;(4)研究生对男女朋友的表露多于对父母的表露;(5)在学习、兴趣、观点等方面的表露程度高于在个性、身体和金钱等方面的表露。  相似文献

Individuals with anxious and avoidant attachment tend to experience less satisfaction in their relationships. Past research suggests the negative effects of attachment on relationship satisfaction may be partially mediated by self-disclosure and self-concealment; the present study evaluated relationship authenticity as a potential additional mediator. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that relationship authenticity is distinct from self-disclosure and self-concealment. Relationship authenticity predicted additional variance in relationship satisfaction controlling for attachment, self-disclosure, and self-concealment. The results were consistent with relationship authenticity, along with self-disclosure and self-concealment, partially mediating the effects of attachment on relationship satisfaction. These findings suggest that relationship authenticity may play a unique role in understanding how attachment influences relationship satisfaction. Theoretical and clinical implications are discussed.  相似文献

本文回顾了近十年来中国青少年互联网心理与行为的研究成果,从研究主题的角度进行了聚类分析,并与国外青少年互联网心理与行为研究进行了对比。发现中国青少年互联网心理与行为研究主要聚焦于网络成瘾方面,同时也在网络欺负、网络亲社会行为、网络自我表露等领域有较为丰富的研究成果。现有研究存在研究领域相对狭窄、研究内容深度不足、研究方法较为单一等问题。结合青少年互联网使用特点和时代发展与变迁,本文从大数据、新媒体、电子竞技三个方面展望了未来中国青少年互联网心理与行为研究的方向,对互联网时代下的心理学研究具有理论和实践的启发意义。  相似文献
