管理者可信行为对员工建设性建言的影响研究

从个体、领导和同事角度出发,采用2个时间点员工-主管配对问卷调查法对299名企业员工进行调查,探讨了管理者可信行为对员工建设性建言的影响机制。结果发现：（1）管理者可信行为对员工建设性建言有正向影响;（2）员工-领导价值一致性和员工感知凝聚力在管理者可信行为与员工建设性建言关系间起双中介作用;（3）同事消极约束显著负向调节管理者可信行为与员工感知凝聚力间的关系,即当同事消极约束水平越低,管理者可信行为对员工感知凝聚力的正向影响越高;（4）同事消极约束在管理者可信行为与员工-领导价值一致性间的负向调节作用不显著。     

The Impact of the Sexist-language Controversy and Regulation on Language in University Documents

The documents of a university were analyzed for the presence of sex-linked and sex-neutral language as a measure of the impact of regulation on language change. Documents from 1969-1972, the period just prior to the bulk of the sexist-language controversy, were compared with matching documents from 1978-1979; and documents covered by sexist-language regulations were compared with unregulated documents. It was found that the newer documents contained significantly fewer sex-linked language items and markedly more sex-neutral items than the older documents. Most of the changes involved linguistic structures which had received considerable public debate. The results also show that federal regulation, only where enforced, has had a strong impact on language use; but that the unenforced institutional resolution which was studied had no effect on language use. It was concluded that the sexist-language controversy has influenced the language in university documents and that enforcement of regulations is the major factor in the impact of regulation on language use.

Women and Elderly Parents: Moral Controversy in an Aging Society

The human life span has been extended considerably, and among the very old, women outnumber men by a large margin. Thus, the aging society cannot be adequately addressed without taking into account the experience of women in specific. This article focuses on women as caregivers for aging parents. It critically assesses what some women philosophers are saying about the basis and limits of these caregiving duties.     

Punishing Media Criminals and Moral Judgment: The Impact on Enjoyment

Two experiments tested the hypothesis that visual encoding of television messages is a relatively automatic process, whereas verbal encoding is a relatively controlled process. Subjects viewed 30 messages crossed on Production Pacing (slow, medium, fast) and Arousing Content (calming, arousing). It was argued that as pacing and arousal increased, the resources required to process the messages would increase, which would interfere with the controlled process of verbal encoding but not with the automatic process of visual encoding. As expected, visual recognition was not affected by the increased resource requirements, but verbal recognition declined.

探讨自恋影响道德虚伪的内在机制和边际条件。通过对200名金融行业员工的问卷调查,发现个体的自恋倾向能正向预测道德虚伪水平,是权谋术而不是印象管理在自恋与道德虚伪之间起中介作用。进一步的分析还发现辩证思维调节着自恋与道德虚伪之间的关系——对辩证思维水平低的人而言,自恋正向影响道德虚伪;而对辩证思维水平高的人而言,自恋不影响道德虚伪。结果对理解当代中国人自恋人格与道德特性的关系有重要意义。

The Contemporary Constructive Task

Lutheran theology is noted for its excellent contributions to historical theology. Contemporary times, however, require that Lutheran theologians become attuned to the urgent demands of the present and take up the discipline of constructive theology to address these demands. Taking the lead from contemporary feminist Lutheran theologians, constructive approaches utilizing Lutheran theological resources must articulate vigorous critique of a corrosive neo‐liberal culture by articulating divine judgment on human greed as well as witnessing to divine grace that always favors truthful living.     

Individual Moral Development and Moral Progress

At first glance, one of the most obvious places to look for moral progress is in individuals, in particular in moral development from childhood to adulthood. In fact, that moral progress is possible is a foundational assumption of moral education. Beyond the general agreement that moral progress is not only possible but even a common feature of human development things become blurry, however. For what do we mean by ‘progress’? And what constitutes moral progress? Does the idea of individual moral progress presuppose a predetermined end or goal of moral education and development, or not? In this article we analyze the concept of moral progress to shed light on the psychology of moral development and vice versa; these analyses are found to be mutually supportive. We suggest that: moral progress should be conceived of as development that is evaluated positively on the basis of relatively stable moral criteria that are the fruit and the subject of an ongoing conversation; moral progress does not imply the idea of an end-state; individual moral progress is best conceived of as the development of various components of moral functioning and their robust integration in a person’s identity; both children and adults can progress morally - even though we would probably not speak in terms of progress in the case of children - but adults’ moral progress is both more hard-won and to a greater extent a personal project rather than a collective effort.

在科尔伯格道德认知发展阶段理论、动态系统理论和自我决定理论基础上,Kaplan提出了道德动机的动态系统理论,把道德动机界定为认知和情绪成分自我组织和自我调节的动态发展过程。该理论有其特定的提出背景、基本观点和主要内容,并且具有一定的实证证据支持。未来研究应着力解决道德认知与情绪的关系、环境因素的影响、横断研究与纵向研究的结合以及研究工具的完善等问题。

观点采择对大学生网络偏差行为的影响：道德推脱的中介作用

运用问卷调查的方法,以424名大学生为研究对象,探讨了观点采择和道德推脱对大学生网络偏差行为的影响。研究发现：（1）大学生的网络偏差行为并不十分严重,但男生的网络偏差行为明显多于女生的网络偏差行为;（2）观点采择会对大学生的网络偏差行为产生显著的负向影响,但这一影响过程需要通过道德推脱的完全中介作用而实现。
