Procrastination is prevalent among students and is associated with negative outcomes, including poor academic performance and psychological distress. Research also suggests that anxiety and depression can exacerbate procrastination; however, the mechanisms associated with the development of procrastination are less understood. The current study aimed to clarify the role of negative repetitive thought (i.e., rumination and worry) in the links between anxiety and procrastination, and depression and procrastination. Ninety-one undergraduate students completed self-report measures of anxiety, depression, worry, brooding rumination, and procrastination, and two multiple mediator models were tested. Procrastination was positively correlated with the study variables, including medium effects for anxiety and depression, a large effect for rumination, and a small effect for worry. Rumination independently mediated the relationships between anxiety and procrastination, and depression and procrastination. Worry did not independently mediate these relationships. The current findings suggest rumination plays a larger role in the links between anxiety, depression, and procrastination than worry. Thus, students with higher levels of anxiety and depression engage in more negative repetitive thought, which may contribute to procrastinatory behavior as a result of a preoccupation with depressing or painful thoughts about the past.  相似文献

为探讨大学生早期适应不良图式、焦虑与拖延的关系, 并考察焦虑在早期适应不良图式与拖延之间的中介效应, 采用一般拖延量表、Young图式问卷—简版、状态—特质焦虑问卷和自编一般人口学情况调查表, 对广东一高校559名大学生进行调查研究。研究结果发现:(1)"分离和拒绝"、"自主性和能力不足"、"缺乏自控/自律不足"图式均能显著正向预测焦虑和拖延;(2)特质焦虑能显著正向预测拖延, 而状态焦虑对拖延无显著预测作用;(3)特质焦虑在"分离和拒绝"、"自主性和能力不足"、"缺乏自控/自律不足"图式与拖延之间起部分中介作用。  相似文献

为探讨听障大学生社会支持对学业自我效能感的影响,以及心理韧性的中介作用,对342名听障大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现,听障大学生的学业自我效能感处于中低水平,社会支持和心理韧性处于中等偏上水平;心理韧性在社会支持对学业自我效能感的影响中起部分中介作用。结果表明:社会支持既可以直接影响听障大学生的学业自我效能感,也可以通过心理韧性的中介作用间接影响听障大学生的学业自我效能感。  相似文献

在外语写作课堂教学的情境下,使用写作自我效能感量表、外语写作焦虑量表和一篇英语命题作文分别调查356名大学一年级学生的外语写作自我效能感、写作焦虑与外语写作成绩,探讨写作自我效能感在写作焦虑与写作成绩之间的中介效应。结果表明:(1)外语写作焦虑显著负向预测外语写作自我效能感;(2)外语写作自我效能感显著正向预测外语写作成绩;(3)外语写作自我效能感在外语写作焦虑对外语写作成绩的影响中起到了完全中介的作用。  相似文献

为探讨神经质特质、大学生宽恕行为、焦虑型依恋及攻击型幽默风格之间的关系,选取550名大学生为被试,采用大五人格问卷、情景宽恕问卷、成人依恋问卷及幽默风格量表进行测试。结果表明:(1)神经质对大学生宽恕行为有显著的正向影响,并间接地通过焦虑型依恋对大学生宽恕行为产生作用;(2)攻击型幽默风格在神经质对大学生宽恕行为的影响中起显著的调节作用,具体而言,在高攻击型幽默风格水平下,神经质对大学生宽恕行为的预测更强。  相似文献

目的:探讨大学生心理控制源和自我效能感与抑郁倾向的关系,并检验自我效能感在心理控制源对抑郁倾向关系上的中介效应。方法:随机选取350名大学生接受内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表、一般自我效能量表和自评抑郁量表测量。结果:(1)相关分析表明,抑郁与心理控制源中的内控性呈显著负相关,与机遇和有势力的他人呈显著正相关,与自我效能感呈显著负相关。内控性和自我效能感存在显著正相关。心理控制源中的内控性和机遇、自我效能感能够显著预测抑郁倾向。(2)中介效应检验表明,自我效能感在内控性对抑郁倾向的作用中起完全中介作用。自我效能感和机遇各自可以独立预测抑郁倾向。结论:自我效能感是内控性预测抑郁倾向的完全中介因素,自我效能感是机遇预测抑郁倾向的部分中介因素。  相似文献

本文以近15年发表的、使用职业决策自我效能感量表作为工具的58篇文献、26501个独立样本作为研究对象,对性别、年级、生源地等因素的不同水平在职业决策自我效能感上的差异,及该指标与部分社会心理学、生涯研究变量的相关关系进行元分析。结果表明,男女生之间、大一与大二学生之间、大三与大四学生之间、农村与城镇生源之间,存在显著差异;降低焦虑感、提高自尊水平、建立良好社会支持环境,均有助于提高职业决策自我效能感水平。  相似文献

The differential effects of high and low self-efficacy on mock job acceptance behavior were assessed using a sample of 292 American college students. It was found that high and low self-efficacy groups demonstrated different regression equations. 依恋焦虑与个体心理健康存在密切关联,恋爱关系质量可能在二者关系中发挥着重要作用。本文以595名处于恋爱关系中的大学生为被试,探讨了恋爱关系质量在大学生依恋焦虑与心理健康关系中的作用。结果表明,恋爱关系质量在大学生依恋焦虑与心理健康的关系中既发挥着中介作用,也发挥着调节作用。一方面,依恋焦虑能够通过影响恋爱关系质量对心理健康造成影响,另一方面,高质量的恋爱关系能够缓解依恋焦虑对心理健康的消极影响。  相似文献

探讨大学生儿童期虐待与情绪调节自我效能感(RESE)的关系。采用儿童期虐待问卷和情绪调节自我效能感量表调查472名大学生,筛选未受虐待者为对照组,并设定情感虐待伴情感忽视(EAEN)、情感忽视伴躯体忽视(ENPN)和情感虐待伴躯体忽视(EAPN)共3个实验组。结果表明:⑴躯体虐待、情感虐待、性虐待、躯体忽视和情感忽视发生率分别为7.3%、40.2%、12.0%、42.1%、41.3%;⑵典型相关分析发现,虐待和RESE的整体相关显著,虐待变量和RESE变量可被自身典型变量解释的比例分别为34.5%和36.8%,冗余指数分别6.7和7.2;⑶EAEN和ENPN组调节生气/愤怒情绪效能感得分显著高于EAPN组,对照组调节积极情绪效能感得分显著高于3个实验组。  相似文献

以270名大学生为被试,对Amabile等人编制的学习动机量表进行修订以确定其对中国被试的适用性,此外还探讨了大学生学习动机与一般自我效能感及领域专门的自我效能感之间的关系。研究结果表明:(1)学习动机量表可以明确区分成用于测量内生和外生动机的两个分量表,前者包括挑战性和热衷性两个维度,后者包括依赖他人评价、选择简单任务、关注人际竞争和追求回报等四个维度。两个分量表的多种信效度指标都十分理想,表明可用于对中国被试的有关研究。(2)男生的内生动机总分显著高于女生,而在外生动机总分上性别差异不显著。具体来看,男女生在挑战性和依赖他人评价两个维度的得分存在显著差异,男生的挑战性高于女生,而女生比男生更依赖他人评价。(3)被试一般的和领域专门的效能感都与内生动机呈正相关,而与外生动机无关。具体来看,效能感与内生和外生动机各维度中的挑战性、热衷性和关注人际竞争呈正相关,与选择简单任务呈负相关。  相似文献

焦虑与注意偏向的研究是近年来情绪与认知领域的热点.本研究采用点探测和线索靶子两个实验任务来探讨特质焦虑大学生注意偏向的特点及其内在机制.结果表明:(1)高特质焦虑大学生对负性情绪词附近靶刺激的反应时显著短于中性和正性情绪词附近的靶刺激.表现出一种对负性刺激的注意偏向.而低特质焦虑大学生没有出现注意偏向;(2)高低特质焦虑大学生在有效线索情况下反应时没有显著差异;在无效线索情况下.高特质焦虑大学生对以负性情绪词为线索的靶刺激反应时显著长于对其他靶刺激的反应时,表现出一种对负性刺激的空间注意的解除困难.因此,高特质焦虑个体对负性刺激的注意偏向是一种注意解除困难.  相似文献

本研究以157名大学生为对象,选用正念五因素量表、心理韧性量表、自我控制量表和Aitken拖延量表,探索在网络教学情境下正念对学业拖延的作用机制。结果表明:正念能够直接对网络教学情境下的大学生学业拖延产生影响,也能够通过心理韧性和自我控制的链式中介作用对大学生学业拖延产生影响。研究结论为发挥正念的作用,改善网络教学情境下的学业拖延提供了参考。  相似文献

Bystander intervention has been increasingly applied to prevent sexual violence on college campuses. Its underlying theory assumes unidirectional relationships between variables, predicting that bystander behaviors (i.e., actions taken to intervene in sexual violence situations) will be influenced by bystander intentions (BI; i.e., likelihood to intervene in the future), which in turn will be affected by bystander efficacy (BE; i.e., confidence to intervene). One question for theory is whether a reciprocal relationship exists between BI and BE. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) with longitudinal data to test unidirectional and reciprocal causal relations between BI and BE. Participants (n = 1390) were students at a northeastern US university. Four models were examined using SEM: (1) a baseline model with autoregressive paths; (2) a model with autoregressive effects and BI predicting future BE; (3) a model with autoregressive effects and BE predicting future BI; and, (4) a fully cross‐lagged model. Results indicated that reciprocal causality was found to occur between BI and BE. In addition, a final model demonstrated indirect effects of a bystander intervention program on bystander behaviors through both BI and BE at different time points. Implications for theory and practice are described, and directions for future research discussed.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted that used a role-playing methodology with college students to explore the relative effectiveness of three preparatory videotapes for reducing the anxiety and increasing the self-efficacy beliefs of individuals faced with the imminent prospect of undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery (CABS). All three tapes were designed to provide comparable, accurate sensory and procedural information. In one of the tapes, a nurse provides all information. In the other tapes, actual CABS patients describe their experiences in one of two manners. In the mastery tape, the hospital recovery period is portrayed essentially as a steady upward progression with little mention of problems. In comparison, the coping tape portrays the hospital recovery period as having more ups and downs, and the patients mention some concerns and problems with which they are coping. Subjects, via imagery induction, were asked to imagine how they would feel if they were hospitalized and scheduled for surgery the next morning. Results indicated that subjects randomly assigned to view any of the experimental tapes reported less anxiety and increased self-efficacy for performing the recommended recovery behaviors relative to no-tape controls. In addition, subjects in the mastery-tape condition indicated significantly less anxiety than those in either the coping-tape or the nurse-tape conditions, who in turn did not differ from each other. The possibility that the videotape effects on anxiety were mediated by self-efficacy beliefs was also examined.  相似文献

Seventy-three college students participated in a study to assess the role of self-efficacy and imperatives in social anxiety. The students were asked to speak in front of a small group of their peers and their anxiety and length of time talking were measured. Neither lower self-efficacy nor higher levels of imperative thinking at Baseline were correlated with higher levels of anxiety. The critical finding was that subjects who showed higher levels of imperative thinking at Baseline spoke for a significantly shorter period of time. This suggests that the participant's anxiety was moderated by the performance of an instrumental response, in this situation by choosing to limit the amount of time spent talking. The results suggest the centrality of imperative thinking in shaping behavior in the domain of social anxiety.  相似文献

采用经济信心问卷、职业决策自我效能量表和气质性乐观问卷对606名大学生进行调查,考察了大学生经济信心与其职业决策自我效能的关系,以及气质性乐观在其中的调节作用。结果发现:(1)大学生的经济信心与其职业决策自我效能显著正相关;(2)气质性乐观在大学生经济信心与其职业决策自我效能的关系中起调节作用。其中,当大学生为低气质性乐观时,其职业决策自我效能随着经济信心的增长而大幅增强;当大学生为高气质性乐观时,其职业决策自我效能也受经济信心的影响,但是其变化远不如低气质性乐观大学生显著。  相似文献

为探讨依恋焦虑、无法忍受不确定性、经验性回避与大学生囤积行为的关系,本研究构建了一个序列中介模型。采用问卷法对黑龙江等地高校的610名大学生进行调查研究。结果发现:(1)无法忍受不确定性和经验性回避在依恋焦虑与大学生囤积行为之间均起部分中介作用;(2)无法忍受不确定性和经验性回避在依恋焦虑和大学生囤积行为之间构成序列中介,即依恋焦虑个体通过增强无法忍受不确定性,从而提高经验性回避倾向,进而增加大学生的囤积行为。研究进一步从认知和应对手段角度来考察依恋焦虑对大学生囤积行为的作用机制,对囤积行为的预防和干预具有启示意义。  相似文献

目的:分析比较大学生人际困扰、社交焦虑和心理症状的现状与影响,为大学生心理健康教育提供见解。方法:采用自制大学生压力源情况调查表,症状自评量表,社交回避及苦恼量表对大一、大二、大三共1291名大学生进行了测查。结果:人际关系困扰各年级总检出率为27.2%;大二和大三人际敏感因子均分高于大一,女生得分高于男生,并有显著差异;社交苦恼因子和总均分高于常模,存在差异显著性(P<0.05),总体社交回避及苦恼与抑郁、强迫、焦虑等心理症状有显著正相关,并有统计学意义。结论:人际困扰、人际敏感症状存在年级、性别差异,和典型表现形式;社交回避及苦恼可导致不同类型心理症状。  相似文献
