采用问卷法对北京市和西安市1所小学和2所中学的小学三年级到初中三年级的1689名学生进行调查,考察教师创造性教学行为与学生的创造性自我效能感之间的关系,以及班级创新氛围的中介作用和学生沉浸特质的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)教师创造性教学行为显著正向预测学生的创造性自我效能感;(2)班级创新氛围在教师创造性教学行为和学生创造性自我效能感间起完全中介作用;(3)学生沉浸特质对班级创新氛围的中介作用存在显著的正向调节效应。  相似文献

为了探讨真实型领导、组织支持感和教师知识分享行为的关系,对330个有效教师样本进行研究。结果发现:(1)真实型领导对教师的知识分享行为具有显著的预测作用(β=0.494,p<0.001)。(2)组织支持感在两者之间具有部分中介作用,间接效应占总效应的44.8%。(3)组织支持感在真实型领导的下属导向、领导特质、诚实不欺和正直无私与知识分享行为的关系中起调节作用,但在循规蹈矩与知识分享行为的关系中的调节作用不显著。  相似文献

为在行业水平上研究直接受通货膨胀作用的价格上涨对居民价格公平感、消极情绪的影响,以实验情景模拟的方法,采用2×2×2的被试间设计,运用问卷调查了723名被试。结果表明:(1)被试认为通货膨胀引起的房价上涨都是不公平的;(2)控制点和涨幅对公平感和消极情绪的作用显著,参照系对公平感的作用显著;(3)控制点、涨幅和参照系之间的交互作用显著;(4)平均主义的价值观对消极情绪作用显著;(5)在预测未来十年后价格时,被试出现了认知偏差。  相似文献

以310名幼儿父亲为研究对象,采用流行病调查中心抑郁量表、父母教养能力感量表的教养效能感分问卷、父母教养方式评价量表和Conners儿童行为问卷,考察父亲教养效能感和教养方式在父亲抑郁与幼儿问题行为间的中介作用。结果显示:(1)父亲抑郁、专制粗暴、情感联系和幼儿问题行为两两之间均显著正相关,父亲教养效能感、民主关怀、宽容理解两两之间均显著正相关,父亲教养效能感、民主关怀、宽容理解分别与父亲抑郁、专制粗暴、情感联系和幼儿问题行为两两之间显著负相关;(2)父亲抑郁对幼儿问题行为具有显著的正向预测作用;(3)父亲教养效能感和自身的民主关怀、专制粗暴、情感联系不仅分别在父亲抑郁与幼儿问题行为之间起部分中介作用,而且在父亲抑郁与幼儿问题行为之间起链式中介作用。  相似文献

本研究以502名大学生为被试,探讨神经质人格与网络小说成瘾的关系以及叙事传输和沉浸感在其中的序列中介作用。结果发现:(1)网络小说成瘾与神经质人格、叙事传输和沉浸感之间均呈显著正相关;(2)神经质人格不仅可以直接影响网络小说成瘾,还可以通过叙事传输和沉浸感的中介作用对其产生影响,且该中介作用包含了两条路径——沉浸感的单独中介作用以及叙事传输-沉浸感的序列中介作用。这一结论有助于引导大学生健康阅读网络小说,预防成瘾。  相似文献

采用问卷调查法,检验教师组织公平感与组织公民行为之间关系以及教师工作倦怠在二者之间的作用。通过对来自重庆和湖南郴州共32所中小学1325名教师的调查数据进行层次回归分析、中介效应检验和优势分析,结果显示:学校组织程序公平是教师组织公民行为的显著正向预测变量;教师工作倦怠是教师组织公民行为的显著负向预测变量;教师工作倦怠在教师组织公平感与其组织公民行为关系之间有显著的中介作用,其中热情枯竭和成就丧失的中介效应更为显著。  相似文献

为探讨利他动机、组织认同和组织支持感对知识共享的影响,选取北京市不同学区的20所中小学校的教师进行问卷调查,使用利他行为问卷、组织认同问卷、组织支持感问卷和知识共享问卷获得有效数据1342份。结果发现:(1)中小学教师的利他动机对其知识共享具有显著的正向预测作用;(2)组织认同在中小学教师利他动机与知识共享之间起到调节作用;(3)组织支持感对中小学教师利他动机与组织认同对知识共享的交互效应具有高阶调节作用。本研究检验了个体因素(利他动机)与组织因素(组织认同、组织支持感)变量对知识共享的共同作用,对提升中小学教师知识共享具有一定的指导作用。  相似文献

通过对398名企业员工的问卷调查,探讨了组织支持感(POS)和领导—部属交换(LMX)在心理契约破坏感对员工工作态度和行为影响中的中介作用。结果表明:(1)POS在心理契约破坏感与员工工作态度(组织认同和留职意愿)的关系中起中介作用,但POS只能部分中介心理契约破坏感与留职意愿的关系。(2)LMX在心理契约破坏感与员工组织公民行为(利他行为、个人主动性、人际和谐和保护公司资源)间起完全中介作用。(3)LMX对员工的工作态度(留职意愿和组织认同)不具有直接的影响作用,它主要是通过POS的中介对其产生间接的影响  相似文献

本研究采用组织公正感问卷和组织公民行为问卷对219名企业员工进行调查,以考察在当前社会背景中,企业员工组织公正感和组织公民行为的现状,并运用相关、回归分析等统计学方法对其内在关系进行分析,结果表明组织公正感及其因子(分配公正、程序公正和互动公正)与组织公民行为之间呈现出显著的正相关.进一步的回归分析表明,组织公正感对组织公民行为的具有积极的预测作用.  相似文献

采用大学生未来时间洞察力量表、学习倦怠量表、学业自我效能感量表,对219名师范生进行施测,考察未来时间洞察力、学习倦怠对学业自我效能感的作用及三者的关系。结果表明:(1)远目标定向、学业行为自我效能、情绪低落和行为不当存在显著差异;(2)未来时间洞察力对学业自我效能感有显著的正向影响,学习倦怠对学业自我效能感有显著的负向影响;未来时间洞察力和学习倦怠分别对学业自我效能感有显著的预测作用。(3)未来时间洞察力在学习倦怠和学业自我效能感间起部分中介作用。结论:师范生未来时间洞察力和学习倦怠对学业自我效能感有显著影响。  相似文献

Electronic word‐of‐mouth (WOM) communication influences potential consumer attitudes and behavioral intentions toward a product. Since consumers frequently assess online information based on their relationships with communities, rather than with individuals, online communities themselves function as referents for assessing information quality. This study examines whether consumer perceptions toward virtual communities (i.e., sense of virtual community or SOVC) moderate the perceived influence of product comments on attitude and purchase intention. This study manipulated 2 scenarios involving positive comments and negative comments regarding a newly issued game product. Analytical results indicated that SOVC reinforced the influences of online comments on attitude and purchase intention. Thus, marketers should consider the role of virtual communities when implementing WOM strategy online.  相似文献

The aims of this study were to explore the effects of virtuous organizational practices on employees’ citizenship behaviors towards the organization and employees’ intention to remain, and to test the mediating role of the person-organization fit in these relationships. A total of 290 employees from different sectors responded to the study. The results revealed that these practices had positive effects on citizenship behavior and intention to stay in the organization and that person-organization fit mediated these relationships partially and completely respectively. The results of this study, devoted to the innovative construct of virtuous organizational practices and its relationship to work attitudes and behaviors, suggest different avenues for research and action, which are discussed.  相似文献

Knowledge sharing has become a legitimate and important organizational activity. Over the last two decades, firms have become creative in their efforts to make knowledge sharing take place. Meanwhile, Machiavellian orientation has been regarded as one of the most important variables in the study of management and organizational behavior for the last three decades. However, the existing literature does not offer any measure of relationships between Machiavellianism and knowledge sharing willingness. Therefore, this research aims to explore the relationship between Machiavellianism and knowledge sharing willingness. With a total of 325 valid questionnaires completed by employees, the paper presents some conclusive and valuable suggestions for businesses and scholars alike.  相似文献

This study proposes a model for evaluating virtual community members' knowledge-sharing intention toward Chinese Wikipedia. The results of this study reveal that knowledge-sharing intention is influenced directly by attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, whereas anticipated reciprocal relationships and enjoying helping are positively related to attitude; sense of self-worth and peer influences are positively related to subjective norms; and self-efficacy and resource-facilitating conditions are positively related to perceived behavioral control on knowledge sharing.  相似文献

The general purpose of this work is to analyze the overlap between organizational identification and commitment. Specifically, our study focuses on the analysis of the differences and similarities between sense of belonging (a dimension of organizational identification) and affective commitment (a dimension of organizational commitment). In order to do this, we analyzed their discriminant validity and raised their relationship with variables that previous research had showed like precedent and subsequent variables of them: value congruence, perceived support, organizational citizenship behavior, and intention to continue in the organization. A total of 292 people at one organization completed surveys measuring the variables previously described. The results showed that sense of belonging and affective commitment are different concepts and they have different relationships with relation to precedent and subsequent variables. Affective commitment seems to be more useful than sense of belonging to predict organizational citizenship behavior aimed at the organization and intention to continue. 主管承诺(supervisory commitment or commitment to supervisor)是20世纪80年代以来在组织承诺(organizational commitment or commitment to organization)基础上发展起来的员工承诺理论的一个分支。对它的测量,学者们主要是借鉴Allen和Meyer与O’Reilly和Chatman对组织承诺的测量方法,目前属香港学者陈振雄的测量最为细致和全面。对影响主管承诺的前因,学者们目前探索到文化、感受主管支持(PSS)和领导—成员交换(LMX)三个因素。对主管承诺的结果,学者们普遍认为,主管承诺比组织承诺更能影响员工的工作绩效和组织公民行为(OCB),但在对工作满意感和跳槽意图的影响上还存在不同的意见。另外,在目前大多数学者的研究中,主管承诺与组织承诺是并列关系,但Hunt和Morgan更主张二者是因果关系,而且是主管承诺带来组织承诺。在全面述评的基础上,作者对未来的研究提出了四点展望。  相似文献

新冠肺炎疫情之下教育部要求教师利用网络平台“停课不停学”。本文以人-环境匹配理论为基础,探讨疫情之下过度胜任教师的知识共享行为。采用126份一线教师问卷调查数据,应用bootstrap进行了中介效应的检验。结果表明,过度胜任感较高的教师会产生更多的知识共享行为; 角色宽度自我效能感和知识共享意愿在过度胜任感影响知识共享行为过程中起中介作用,且角色自我效能感和知识共享意愿还存在链式中介作用。研究成果深化了过度胜任感影响教师知识共享行为作用机制的认识,在重大社会事件下探索过度胜任带来的积极影响,并提出相应的政策建议,为学校教师提升教学水平以更好地完成教育教学目标提供理论和实践依据。  相似文献

Public security, traffic management, and service for the people are the 3 major functions of policing in Taiwan. This definition encompasses not only the traditional job characteristics, but also the level of contextual characteristics and social characteristics because of police work's characteristics and its frequent interaction with the public. Thus, the present study conducted a multilevel model analysis by taking self-efficacy and collective efficacy as the mediating variables. The purpose was to investigate the influences of motivational work characteristics (knowledge-oriented) and social work characteristics (socially and contextually oriented) of work-design model on the police officers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), by using first-line police officers in Taiwan as the research objects. The study showed not only that knowledge characteristics will influence the self-efficacy of a police officer and that self-efficacy can in turn influence individual police officers' OCB, but also the contextual effect of social characteristics, contextual characteristics, and collective efficacy on self-efficacy and individuals' OCB. Additionally, there was a crosslevel moderating effect from contextual characteristics on the relationship between knowledge characteristics and self-efficacy and the relationship between self-efficacy and the individuals' OCB. Community participation is essential for community development and enhancing quality of life. Several studies have focused on the relationship between sense of community (SOC) and community participation in organizational settings. Guided by the community experiences framework, this study aims to examine how a SOC improves community participation in Chinese residential communities. Moreover, the study aims to assess the mediating role of SOC responsibility (SOC-R) and prosocial tendencies in that relationship. A sample of 433 residents completed questionnaires regarding their SOC, sense of community responsibility, prosocial tendencies, and community participation. Using a linear regression model, we found that a SOC can positively predict the level of community participation. Mediation effect analysis revealed that a SOC-R mediated the relationship between SOC and community participation. In addition, prosocial tendencies mediated the association between the SOC and community participation. Using multiple mediation analysis, we found that SOC-R and prosocial tendencies mediated the link between a SOC and community participation in a sequential manner. The findings of this study complement existing research by uncovering the mechanism underlying the relationship between a SOC and community participation.  相似文献

学习投入是预测学生学业成就的重要指标。如何提高学习投入一直是学者们探讨的具有较强现实意义的研究课题。然而,以往鲜有从课堂公平的视角进行的探索。本研究从社会交换理论出发,以621名高中生为被试,探讨课堂公平对高中生学习投入的影响,以及师生交换关系和学习自我效能感在二者关系中的链式中介机制。发现:(1)课堂公平与师生交换关系、学习自我效能感以及学习投入两两之间均呈显著正相关;(2)课堂公平不仅能直接正向预测中学生的学习投入,而且还能够通过师生交换关系的单独中介作用、学习自我效能感的单独中介作用及二者的链式中介作用间接影响学习投入。研究结果揭示了课堂公平对学习投入影响的内部心理机制,为通过营造课堂公平而改进师生交换关系与学习自我效能感以及更好地提高中学生学习投入提供了科学参考。  相似文献
