| 摘 要： | 美国心理学家马丁•塞利格曼和德国精神病学家诺斯拉特•佩塞施基安都曾提出过“积极心理治疗”思想。二者都倡导人性的积极观，重视积极的人格特质，强调思维的积极转向，提倡心理自助、积极预防和积极社会组织，不过在科学特征、研究方法、研究路线、研究普适性等方面还存在诸多差异。从当代价值的视角来看，两种积极心理治疗虽然各胜一筹，但难免都存在着一定的不足。有必要以整合的视角看待二者的异同，以推动积极心理治疗的长足发展。

| Abstract: | Martin Seligman, an American psychologist, and Nossrat Peseschkian, a German psychiatrist, both put forward the idea of "positive psychotherapy". Both of them advocate a positive view of human nature, attach importance to positive personality traits, emphasize the positive turn of thinking, advocate psychological self-help, active prevention and active social organization. However, there are still many differences between the two in terms of scientific characteristics, research methods, research routes and research universality. Although two positive psychotherapies have shown many advantages, there are undoubtedly some drawbacks to some extent from the perspective of contemporary value. Therefore, it is imperative to view the similarities and differences of the two from the perspective of integration, which will promote the rapid development of positive psychotherapy. |
