| 摘 要： | 仪式介入逐渐在安宁疗护中得以运用。通过对有关安宁疗护的纪录片及媒体报道的研究发现，安宁疗护中的仪式活动对患者、亲属、他者主体而言都蓄藏了不同的生命蕴意。根据患者的特定生活状况和临终遗愿，医护人员和患者家属共同设计个性化的仪式活动，如生日庆祝会、临终前的婚礼、“四道”告别等，帮助患者实现自我的生命凝望，帮助亲属完成自我的哀伤疗愈，帮助他者强化自我的生命激励，可以让逝者善终、让亲者善别，也让他者善生。

| Abstract: | Ritual intervention has gradually been applied in palliative care. Studies about documentaries and media reports on palliative care have found that ritual activities in palliative care contain different life meanings for patients, relatives and other subjects. Based on the specific living conditions and end-of-life wishes of patients, medical staff and family members jointly design personalized ritual activities, such as birthday celebrations, pre-death wedding ceremonies and farewell parties for patients and their family members to express four themes of life including gratitude, apology, love and goodbye, and other specific activities, to help patients achieve a meaningful reflection on their lives, help relatives in healing their grief, and help others strengthen their own life motivation. This approach allows the departed to have a peaceful end, enables loved ones to bid farewell gracefully, and encourages others to embrace life positively. |
