自我效能感影响航线飞行安全绩效的多重中介模型

摘    要:采用问卷法调查了138名民航飞行员,探讨了自我效能感对飞行安全绩效的影响,以及在这一影响过程中组织信任、组织承诺和工作投入的作用。结果显示,自我效能感对组织信任、组织承诺、工作投入和安全绩效有直接正向作用。组织信任在自我效能感对组织承诺、工作投入、安全绩效的影响中有部分中介作用。组织承诺与工作投入在自我效能感对安全绩效影响中发挥着部分中介作用。结论:自我效能感对安全绩效有直接效应,并可通过组织信任、组织承诺和工作投入对安全绩效产生间接影响。

Abstract:Abstract:A questionnaire survey of 138 civil pilots came from China Southern Airlines Ltd.was conducted to explore the effect of self-efficacy on flight safety performance and the mediating role of organizational trust,organizational commitment and job involvement in the effect of self-efficacy.The results showed that self-efficacy had a direct positive effect on organizational trust,organizational commitment,job involvement and safety performance.Organizational trust was an important partial mediator in the effects of self-efficacy on organizational commitment,job involvement and safety performance.And organizational commitment and job involvement played partial mediating role between self-efficacy and safety performance.The conclusion of this study is that pilots' self-efficacy can directly affect flight safety performance and also indirectly affect safety performance through the direct effects of organizational trust,organizational commitment and job involvement.
