| 摘 要： | 个体道德需要即个体对道德的依赖性，这种依赖性是由个体作为社会存在物的规定性所决定的。个体道德需要不仅是个体道德认识的出发点和归宿，是个体道德态度的核心，而且是个体道德活动的内驱力，因此，在公民道德建设的过程中，我们应当以个体的道德需要为切入点开展道德教育工作。
