| 摘 要： | 晚期乳腺癌患者的治疗一直存在争议。不同治疗方案优势人群的选择仍有待细化和确认，以便将“个体化治疗”的概念落到实处。新药的开发为我们带来更多的选择，但是经济条件的限制，带来的临床问题更需我们冷静思考。相信通过不断的尝试和努力，定会获得进一步的突破。

| Abstract: | Treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer has been controversial .The advantage to choose different treatment options remains to be refined and confirmed ,in order to realize the＆quot;individual treatment＆quot;concept .Development of new drugs brings us more choices ,however ,because of economic conditions limited ,we need to think more clinical problems calmly .I believe that continuous attempts and efforts will acquire further breakthrough . |
