The Comparison of Two Kinds of Therapy to Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

The commonly used therapy of primary trigeminal neuralgia is nerve block. This paper compares the therapeutic effect, safety, complications , expenses, etc. of the two kinds of therapy of percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation and nerve block with adriamycin and shows their advantages and disadvantages. Comparative study principle and methodology for better therapeutic efficiency ,decreased medical cost and increased quality of patients＇ life are used to guide the clinical decision.
