摘    要:微流控芯片或芯片实验室或微型全分析系统是在微机械、微电子、生物工程和纳米技术的基础上发展起来的.与传统的实验技术相比,微流控芯片技术以其微型化、集成化、自动化、快速分析、低消耗等优点,不仅在分析化学,物理和化学工程等领域中有出色的应用,近年来在生物工程和再生医学等方面的应用也崭露头角,尤其是微流控技术在肿瘤发生发展的时空微环境研究中发挥出巨大优势.本文就微流控芯片技术在肿瘤微环境中的研究优势进行阐述.

Microfluidic Chip Technology and the Tumor Microenvironment

Abstract:Mierofluidie chip, or lab-on-a-chip or micro total analysis system (miniaturized total analysis systems, TAS), which is based on micro mechanical, microelectronics, biotechnology and nanotechnology. Compared with traditional experimen tal technology, mierofluidic chip technology, with its miniaturization, integration, automation, the advantages of rapid analysis, low consumption, not only in analytical chemistry, physics and have good application in chemical engineering and other fields, in recent years in the application of biological engineering and regenerative medicine, also especially microfluidle technology in the development of tumor microenvironment play a huge advantage in the study of space and time. In this paper, the microfluidic chip technology in the study elaborates the advantages of the tumor microenvironment.
