Dialectic Thinking about the Technical Development to Produce Dental Restorations

The technical development to produce dental restorations came through three stages from handiwork to computer aided manufacture, from numerical control milling to additive fabrication, from indirect fabrication to direct manufacture. Reviewing and analyzing the contradictory of the technical development could be helpful to dentists to set up the concept of dialectics of nature self-consciously, to improve the dialectic ability and to master the objective law of the development trend of prosthodontics better.
