| 摘 要： | 心房颤动（房颤）机制与治疗的研究取得了巨大进展，起搏器预防房颤的疗效已经被否定。由于导管消融已经取得比较满意的效果，在一定程度上改变了对房颤合并缓慢心律失常植入起搏器时起搏器类型的选择。对阵发性房颤终止后长间歇的认识与治疗是近年来房颤与起搏器相关的最大进展，进而也改变了对病态窦房结综合征的传统认识。

| Abstract: | Radiofrequency catheter ablation could be reasonable therapy strategy for patients with atrial fibrillation today. Thereby, this changed the strategy of handling the long pause followed by paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and it also challenges the benefit of VVI pacemaker to patients with atrial fibrillation and symptomatic bradyeardia. |
