| 摘 要： | 首先应明确房颤的病因,积极治疗控制房颤的基础疾病,对于需要手术矫治心脏病患者,才考虑选用手术治疗合并的房颤。对阵发性房颤,首选药物或电复率,而药物治疗无效或不耐受药物不良反应的各类型房颤,可考虑择期导管消融治疗。

| Abstract: | Following the principle of medical science and technology philosophy, applying the way of clinical thinking and depending on the evidence - based medicine, to analyze and compared the advantages and disadvantages of medicines, surgical operation and interventional treatment that were used on atrial fibrillation. This would provide helps for difining treatment principle and selecting treatment ways. |
