The View of Value in Public Policy and its Influence of Health In surance System

With the establishment of socialist market economy system,the traditional health system has been more and more unsuitable to the requirement of social development and shown lots of shortcomings.Such system is in great need of reformation.Being as a type of public policy,health insurance system should be improved and reformed according to the requirement of the policy sciences.This means we should analyze the view of value in policy deeply in order to execute all kinds of proposal smoothly.To analyze the different view of value involved in the reforming of health insurance system and evoke the notice of those concerned.
