| 摘 要： | 本研究探讨了时间管理倾向、自我效能感、学习归因与初中生学业成绩的关系。结果呈正相关。努力归因通过自我效能感的作用间接影响学业成绩。在努力归因、能力归因和时间价值感上女生得分显著高于男生。
