| 摘 要： | 该研究通过298名大学生的调查，用质的研究方法对大学生核心人格进行了分析，结果表明：北京大学生核心人格结构由七因素构成，依次为敢为性、宜人性、道德感、开放性、责任感、务实性和情绪性。这七因素在大学生生活的不同领域发挥着各自的核心功能。

| Abstract: | This study explored the core personality of undergraduates. The subjects were 298 undergraduates from 6 universities. By using the qualitative research method, it was found that the core personality of undergraduates was constructed by 7 factors: social boldness,agreeableness, morality,openness, responsibility, realism, emotionality. |
