| Abstract: | With the aim of exploring the general reading comprehension ability of children, 738 students of primary school grade 4 through Junior high school grade 1 underwent the same reading test developed from pieces of general texts. The result showed that there were mainly 7 factors in constructing the reading comprehension ability. But some differences could be found in different grades. |
