| 摘 要： | 为了明确降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）、血管活性肠肽（VIP）在先天性胫骨假关节（CPT）病变组织中的表达，取10例CPT病变骨膜作为实验组，以10例正常骨膜作为对照组，采用免疫组化方法检测两组标本中CGRP、VIP的表达。结果显示，CGRP、VIP在CPT的骨膜中较对照组表达减弱。因此，CGRP和VIP在CPT中的异常表达可能是导致CPT的因素之一。

| Abstract: | To determine the expression of CGRP and VIP in congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia（CPT）. 10 periosts were taken from 10 CPT patients as experimental group, and 10 periosts were taken from normal persons as control group. Immunohistochemistry stains were applied to determine the difference between the expression of CGRP and VIP in two groups. CGRP and VIP were positive in periosts, where expressions were less positive in periosts of CPT than those of control group. Therefore, the abnormal expressions of CGRP and VIP in CPT may be one of the causes of CPT. |
