Ying Ning is a realm concept which appeared indescribed person who can not be disturbed by the outside.The concept of Ying Ning shows the truth with the narrative metaphor of randomness,which treating all things with the universal imagination and reflecting the life and death with the empty and broad state of mind,while all troubles will not disturb the mind.Mind has the function of holding,dominating and positive,which can surpass the disturbance of other things with its state form.As a realm expression of mind-things relationship,the essence of Ying Ning is to realize the sublimation of one's own realm through the cognitive sequence of “heart-things” → “Tao-things” → “heart-Tao” → “heart-things”.Among them,knowning where to stop,eliminating things,and getting rid of deliberate heart are the inevitable path to achieve Ying Ning.
