| 摘 要： | 2005年国际心肺复苏和心血管病急救指南制订中有5个最有争议的问题以及一些重要的新改变。这5个问题分别是:(1)室颤时,按压与电击何者优先;(2)按压—通气比;(3)一次电击与三次电击除颤的争议;(4)电击剂量;(5)复苏后处理。有利于在心肺复苏和心血管病急救工作中施行。 |

| Abstract: | There are five controversial topics and some important changes in the 2005 international guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency cardiovacular care.The five topics are:(1)when ventricular fibrillation happens,which is the first choise,chest compression or shock;(2)compression-to-ventilation ratio;(3)single shock or three times;(4)closage of shocks;(5)management after resuscitation.Doctors should know these controversial topics and changes,it will be very useful in cardiopulmonary resuscitwtion and emergency cardiovascular care. |
