| Abstract: | The ethics of the health law is the combinative results of medicine, the law and the ethics. The research of ethics of the health law has the special research objects as an independent course. The moral of the law examines not only the necessary road of the research of ethics of the health law,but also the mission of the research of ethics of the health law in modern China. |
