| 摘 要： | 自体脂肪组织移植技术已有上百年的历史，可用于填充各种先天性及后天性软组织缺损，但移植脂肪成活率较低极大地限制了其在临床的广泛应用。随着自体富血小板血浆（PRP）在整形外科领域中的应用及其取得好的成效，PRP 技术逐渐成为了自体脂肪移植修复材料的研究热点。下面就 PRP 的获取与制备、基础研究、临床应用成效及遇到的问题做一综述。

| Abstract: | Autologous adipose tissue transplantation has been a century of history ,can be used to fill a variety of congenital and acquired defects of the soft tissue ,but the low successful rate of transplanted fat greatly limits its wide application in clinical practice .With the application and to achieve good results in the field of plastic surgery with autologous platelet -rich plasma （PRP） ,PRP technology is becoming a restorative material autologous fat transplantation research hot spot .PRP acquisition and preparation ,basic research ,clinical application effectiveness and problems encountered will be reviewed below . |
