In recent years ,with advances in medical technology ,surgery to treat cardiovascular disorders has become an effective method cardiopulmonary bypass （CPB ） , which is a necessary means to carry out cardiovascular surgery . However ,CPB is an interdisciplinary and it involves a wide range of medical and non-medical knowledge .The process of CPB will produce different effects on the bodies of patients .From the point of philosophical in non-medical aspect ,the whole process of cardiopulmonary bypass contains a wealth of materialist dialectics . To look at issues related to cardiopulmonary bypass with contact , contradictory and dialectical philosophical thinking will improve the quality cardiopulmonary bypass techniques and reduce the damage to patient .
