2005年国际复苏联盟(ILCOR)及美国心脏协会(AHA)重新修订了CPR及ECC的推荐方案,并求得学术上的科学共识。“AHA心肺复苏和心血管急救指南2005”主要有以下变化。(1)有效的心脏按压;(2)单人CPR按压/通气比30:2;(3)每次人工呼吸为1Sec并可见到胸部起伏;(4)除颤时仅做1次电击,之后立即行CPR,2min检查1次心律;(5)认可2003年ILCOR有关1-8岁儿童使用AED的推荐意见。

The Highlight of International Guidelines for CPR and ECC 2000 - 2005

In 2005, ILCOR and AHA had revised the in the guidelines for CPR and ECC, The 5 major changes as follow: (1) Emphasis on, and recommendations to improve, delivery of effective chest compressions, (2) A single compression-to-ventilation ratio for all single rescuers for all victims (3) Recommendation that each rescue breath be given over 1 second and should produce visible chest rise, (4) A new recommendation that single shocks, followed by immediate CPR, be used to attempt defibrillation for VF cardiac arrest. Rhythm checks should be performed every 2 minutes. (5) Endorsement of the 2003 ILCOR for use of AEDs in children 1 to 8 years old (and older); use a child dose-reduction system if available.
