| Abstract: | To discuss the effect of psychological intervention on the life of postpartum patients with mental disorders, 85 postpartum patients with mental disorders were divided into two groups randomly, research group（ 45 patients） and control group（40 patients）. Both the tow group were underwent routine psychiatric cares, but psychological care was given to the research group. Hamilton depression scale HAMD）, Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） and quality of life scale（SF-- 36QOL） were used to assess difference of the two groups. There are significant differences between research group and control group（P〈0.01）. Psychological care can improve the metal state of postpartum patients with mental disorders, thus improve their therapy compliance and life quality. |
