The Addition of Counseling Staff at Racially Isolated Schools: An Assessment by Students and Counselors

Results of a special program to provide counseling assistance to high school students attending racially isolated minority schools indicated congruence between the students and the counselors regarding the program's impact in bringing minority students regularly scheduled counseling.
