| 摘 要： | 脓毒症是一种发病急、病情进展迅速、病死率高的危重疾病，长期以来脓毒症的本质及概念一直混淆不清。对脓毒症发病机理认识的深入、脓毒症概念的更新以及治疗方法的扩展都贯穿着综合思路，体现了当代医学发展的综合特征。脓毒症仍是危重病医学研究的热点及难点问题，未来研究的发展仍需以综合的思路来指导。

| Abstract: | Sepsis is an urgent, rapid- developing critical disease with a high mortality. The essence and concept of sepsis have been confused for a long time. The integrative thoughts run through the study of sepsis that has gotten an improvement in understanding the pathogenesis, renovating the definition and extending the treatment methods. These embody the integrative features of current medicine. Sepsis is still the hotspot and difficulty in the study of critical care medicine. Getting more progresses in study of sepsis should depend on new integrative methods in future. |
